@CRTCeng And yet, in Canada, both @Bell and @Rogers can one, charge way over the true market value for a phone, then put in place a "Device return Policy" which leaves the customer with nothing? T-mobile for an example. Unlimited everything and four lines for $140 a month.

@Bell Bell internet it’s bullshit. If helix was not so expensive, I switch right now. Bell never be so slow. It’s like if I had an old modem 28k. And I can upgrade without loosing all my rebate! So , I waiting for a good deal from Vidéotron. One year with Bell, it’s very too long

@Bell_Support Thanks. It turns out it was one more screw up in a chain of them made by Bell as part of our recent move. Fix something/break another. Repeat. This one "may" be fixed in 24 hrs. 🤨

@ThePuRRRBlog @Bell We have situations where Rogers internet has random mini interruptions (12 to 30 seconds) few times a day, bad enough to drop Zoom calls. Ended up getting a 2nd internet from Bell as a failover (buy a router that supports 2 internet link). Now chances of drop both same time is 0.

.@RogersHelps is the worst internet provider. They have cost me money and time. The internet has been intermittent since September. I've got a new modem, router, cable, three technician visits. No follow up calls. I'm switching to @Bell. Bell any Boxing Day specials for internet?
