    @Bell_Support Already did the online char last night, just poor communication from @Bell_Support to let customers know that there was a problem and the fact that it would take more than 24hrs to fix

    @Bell is sending me an email to answer a survey about "service experience". I clicked on the link to find out that the survey is "currently not available, please try again". I think this answers the question about their level of services... #EpicFail

    @alanabananners @Bell_Support from what I have been able to put together, there's fiber damage in east London, impacting west of Highbury... just not sure how far south/north along Highbury this is

    @Bell @KayNurse11 That's great for the support but why not try and do something for loyal customers on their bill or services. Bell are a bunch of crooks and all they do is gauge customers. I already cancelled my mobility and fibe and internet are next. Bunch of crooks.

    It's just incredibly frustrating. We get strongly worded replies when we follow up with @RemingtonBuilds about how they don't know anything. But its Remington thgat signs up for all this **** but then the onus is on us to update @Bell And @DeluxeAlarms and it's a bit ridiculous
