Been getting mixed messages from Loyalty saying it would be 3-5 days or 7 days and now 7 BUSINESS days. Not a great way to treat a new customer.

When contacted @Bell_Support discovered the tower we are on is over capacity - they say “full” - & they don’t know when it can be fixed? 1/2
