The joys of @Bell internet. After speaking w/ many customer service reps about my intermittent service, I was told: your internet is fine, this happens in condos & you should use an ethernet cord if need your internet for something "important". What?! What's up @beanfield?

  • PrincessKOut Princess K OUT (@PrincessKOut) reported

@Bell_Support Can you tell me why a representative is scared to forward me to a case manager, out of fear of losing their job? The rep, literally told me that if they fwd my issue to a case manager, they would be fired? Is this the environment that Bell fosters for its reps?

  • yetti_boy Mike (@yetti_boy) reported

@mikeystephens81 @Bell It's funny how you call these companies all time to deal with problems and they don't do anything. As soon as you mention something on twitter or social media, they're suddenly willing to help.

  • mikeystephens81 Mike Stephens (@mikeystephens81) reported

hey @Bell the router you gave me died this morning & you still haven’t called me to tell me if you can deliver me a new one today. I kinda need the internet to do my job. wanna fix this please?

  • PrincessKOut Princess K OUT (@PrincessKOut) reported

@Bell_Support This is the 4th time that I've called to ask to speak to a case manager. I've invested 5 hours in total. Is that normal? I understand that the rep cannot help me which is why I need to speak to a case manager. WHY can't I be directed to a case manager?

  • OlyBackstrom Oly Backstrom (@OlyBackstrom) reported

@CCTS_CPRST @Cory_Boehm Thanks for reaching out and offering the help! I'm awaiting a call back from @Bell in the hopes that they have good news and will honour the plans sold to me as explained at point of sale. If not, I'll be in touch.

  • PrincessKOut Princess K OUT (@PrincessKOut) reported

I have an inquiry about getting the service level promised in my contract since Bell has upgraded my area. Reps can't give me the pricing promised on my original contract w/out significantly changing my price. I know I need to speak to a case manager to escalate. @Bell_Support
