Still no @bell internet or tv. 7 days without and there only solution is to keep doing the same thing that doesn’t work. They offer me free data to compensate that I can’t use because I have the wrong phone plan. If this doesn’t get sorted out I am cancelling.

@robertlavigne @Bell We need a Royal commission to report on these companies. Our FibeTv (Bell) conked out and it will take several days for them to send a replacement. They don’t have any in local stores. Their service is far from cheap!

@Bell you guys have proven once again you’re the absolute worst. Canceled my home phone line and you went ahead and canceled my TV AND internet as well. Numerous calls and no resolution yet. Look forward to your canned response...

@Bell thanks for hanging up on me mid call. Never fails when talking to bell about pricing. And they never call back even though they have my number! Always a waste of time, too good to be true that I got a deal without a fight.

for a technician, and if it wasn't for a work around that we personally worked out, without any help from @bell, a 93 year old mother with no access to a phone to call for help should she need it! #shameonbell 5/5

@beanfield I'm a very happy Beanfield customer. I'd like to complain to the crttc and I don't know if it's your fault or @Bell. Why are all their stupid commercials so much louder than the ambient volume. It's offensive and diaruptive. Can you let me know who is at fault please?

@Bell_Support Awful, Awful experience with the “techs” in your office. Just horrible. A hamster on a wheel is more productive.
