    @mattlitwin @Bell They wont credit you. They don't care if you are satisfied or not. We'll in my case they didn't move a finger except to hang up a few time...

    @Bell_Support @AndrewWc44 I’m having the same issue trying to access the FibeTV app on my Insignia Smart TV. Tried reinstalling the app, didn’t work. This issue didn’t start until this Monday. What else can we try here?

    Its sad when companys as big as @Bell_Support have next to no customer service, and is there really a loyalylty dept or do they just transfer your call to the next cubicle?

    @Bell_Support Yeah I've been doing that for literally 5-6 months now and It's the same constant run around of "we are sorry to hear that but we can't do anything", I want someone who ACTUALLY knows their job and is going to help instead of brushing me off...
