Horrible horrible horrible @Bell @Bell_Support @BellMobi experience specially after they've hired the staff in Phillipines and India. over 1 hr of unprofessional uneducated, & untrained staff. What a bunch of losers that Bell have hired. cheap people only provide cheap service.

@Bell Your 1.5 "Gigabit" offering doesn't even hit 200 MBPS on most days. It's not my devices either. Waiting for a new Modem but I have a feeling your gigabit service is a marketing ploy. If I continue to get sub 200 MBPS connections on my speed test I'm done. @fido @Rogers

  • DrJohnAquino John Aquino (@DrJohnAquino) reported

Unless they reboot your modem for the gajillionth time, @Bell support people seem incapable of taking any next steps.

  • mrmattswan Matt Swan (@mrmattswan) reported

Hey @Bell_Support. My 1.5gb internet service is clearly being throttled. Is this something if I call they'll actually tell me why or just pretend to not know why?

  • JustANe04349165 JustANerd (@JustANe04349165) reported

@Bell Why do you falsely advertise service availability? I moved based on your false info, now we can't WFH and risking the health of my family. Not cool, especially during pandemic third wave. @CRTCeng needs to end the Rogers / @Bell duopoly.

  • Fung_Henry Henry 🏳️‍🌈 (@Fung_Henry) reported

@Bell I just noticed my phone has Bell 5G signal. My location is not covered currently according to Bell’s website. Is 5G really here?

  • tayldave David Taylor (@tayldave) reported

@SusanDelacourt @Bell Welcome to Canada’s telecom oligopoly service. What saddens me most is, at least in the old days they produced a few “feel-good” long-distance service phone ads. Now we get squat.

  • JustCanadianGal Old Woman’s Chair (@JustCanadianGal) reported

How much for your service provider per month ? What a mortgage cost, then a car, now a device and internet monthly fee. Are we still in top ten for user fees @crtc Ending it this month. Excessive fees goodbye @rogers @bell cable and services bye bye Not worth the $
