@Bell_Support It’s outright harassment at this point, and if it keeps up I’m going to cancel my account to go with another company that understands that no means no

Great. Thanks Bell. 2 jumps in my bill pricing in November and December and now this. $6 increase as of March 1, 2021. Before you'll reply with the generic contact customer service support, please note that I have already. @Bell @Bell_Support #bellinternet #bell

@Bell_Support finally got in touch with someone from Loyalty - rather than try to help me reduce my bill (promo's expired) the lady was offering me home phone for an additional $35.95. WDF? What kind of training do they get? Time to make the switch to another provider. SMH!

@TSN_Sports you having issues with your sound? Every warm up game the announcers volume is low (of course I have to turn it up at an abnormal level). Then commercials comme on and they blare super loud. Maybe @Bell is the problem. However all other channels are fine.

@Bell_Support Is it policy to keep calling a customer and harassing them about adding stuff onto their package even after they say no they’re not interested? I’ve gotten a call every single day for the last week by you guys about it and each time I say no I’m not interested.

@Bell with the weekly ****** up service. Today the remote either goes to 0 or 100. Nothing in between. Fresh batteries. the great news, and I mean REALLY ******* GREAT news is that Bell is adept at apologizing. Providing reliable service? meh.. but they can say sorry with aplomb!
