@Bell_Support Any reason my new replacement Shithub 2000 still resets itself daily??? I'm going to have to buy a 3rd party router to do everything except demodulating the signal, just to have stable internet. You have to have like 25mb of RAM or something in that piece of crap.

@Bell_Support still waiting for that "specialist" to call in regards to your organization ripping off my Dad. It's been over 24 hours, 3 phone calls and a rude hang up from a rep and still no call. Other carriers are looking pretty good right now.

@Bell @Bell_Support very frustrated with customer service and was even hung up on! All I want to do is speak to a manager or a supervisor who will actually help me! Never felt this way with bell since being a long time customer 😫

@Bell_Support You're asking that we follow you but you give no updates whatsoever. It's been over 24h now. Get your house in order and provide an update. An official ETA, a reasonable explanation of what is going on and make a statement on what will be offered to your customs for the trouble
