    If I wanted @Bell quality service, I wouldn't remained with them. Fix your security billing method. And put more into your customer services. You certainly charge everyone enough to be able to afford it.

    Hey, @TELUS your customer support is becoming weak like @Bell. I'd love to pay my security portion of the billing but to do so you'd have me/customers dismantle the actual panel to find the IMEI code on the back. You need to seriously think about that for even a second.

    @Bell_Support last few days, watching tv has been glitchy/stalled/broken up. Reset the modem but Fibe still acting up. Also affecting web use, ie-slow page loads. thanks

    @Bell How is that my fault?? I don't work there! I'm just be given information and advised what to do a d assuming what I'm being told that it's correct. I get penalized because apparently I'm supposed to know ALL of the policies and procedures. It's complete crap!

    @Chris_Lumley @Bell_Support I’m having problems with @Bell_Support as well. On Vancouver Island near Qualicum. Data is really slow and sometimes doesn’t work at all. Where are you?

    What's next @bell technician would request vaccine proof to install wifi in the house? Please fix this behavior, we are not anti-vax, anti-mask people but don't want a rude moron inside our house either

    @Bell_Support just wondering if there is a service issue in my area. I’m near Qualicum Beach and Bowser. Service keeps coming and going for LTE data.
