@bcorms @Bell Hey @bcorms , So. About 5 years ago we had everything with @Bell TV,home phone, family mobile plans (5) and internet. Due to poor customer service we now are mostly Bell free. My suggestion move on we use #Shawdirect, #Xplorenet and other providers are much happier. Good luck

@EdtheSock @Bell @Much So it is the same thing they have on every other channel that sucks now compared to when they had good content?

Talk about INSTANT regret moving our business away from Telus. Pals, the grass is not greener. Worst customer experience. @Bell should be ashamed, they sure wanted that 6 new device sale though… They messed everything up in the initial call then proceeded to blame it all on us.

@Bell I called Bell today to move from Rogers to Bell for tv, net and phone. The 1st rep was so rude and aggressive. The 2nd rep was unbelievable and the 3rd was like an aggressive used car salesman. I did not switch. And won’t now.

@Bell This is from a company that's literally running TV ads in Canada right now, bragging about how much their customer service experience has improved. I told the rep if they call me again, I'm cancelling my order. I hate that our regulators allow this kind of monopoly.

@bell_support it shouldn’t be this difficult to get in touch with someone. For the amount of money I pay Bell monthly I shouldn’t be going days without wifi. Lord knows the service is spotty at best

@Bell_Support is terrible. Internet goes down at my restaurant, refused to help get it going until Monday. The tech department refused to even acknowledge that I had an account.

How do I get @Bell_Support to stop sending me random marketing crap? Why kill trees to send unwanted mail when I've more than once told them that if they were the last communication service provider in Canada they still would never get my business again?

@EdtheSock @Bell @Much So, the garbage that it was when it went away meekly.
