@Bell_Support I need some help. I have what I thought to be a simple request...I want internet set up at our new house and our neighbors have Bell services but still no one I talk to on the phone at #Bell can even set up the service request to send someone out. #Help

  • jsanzsole Javier Sanzsole (@jsanzsole) reported from Midland, Ontario

@bcorms @Bell Hey @bcorms , So. About 5 years ago we had everything with @Bell TV,home phone, family mobile plans (5) and internet. Due to poor customer service we now are mostly Bell free. My suggestion move on we use #Shawdirect, #Xplorenet and other providers are much happier. Good luck

@Bell_Support I already DM'd last night, and was told "rest assured" Bell is working on it, but it isn't an "official" outage. Do you have anything else for me? Cause I just want the Fibe app back. I don't need another run-around.

  • northernpenguin ./gregory (@northernpenguin) reported

@Bell I’m 10 minutes from downtown Kitchener and your service is Purely Nonexistent Fibre. For nearly the same price as Rogers Ignite 1Gbps service on my street you offer “up to 25Mbps”. So I think I’ll pass

  • OverBrody Brody Over (@OverBrody) reported

@beautifuldistro @Bell @rivalrickytan That's just VDSL, no wonder it's slow. Hope you are able to cancel soon

  • Lauren_M_Barr Lauren Barr (@Lauren_M_Barr) reported

The data on my phone (different provider) in the woods or on the opposite side of the country is better than the service in my house next to my router. @Bell your response of “then switch providers” or having your managers call and belittle us is 🤯. #ruraldevelopment
