@Bell_Support I did connect with your retentions as a long time customer, and they could not help with the pricing thus why you lost a customer.

  • v1d2m3 Victor March (@v1d2m3) reported

@Bell Why pay for the extra pods, my service provider gives them to me for free!!!

  • aerospacerock Dave Mercer (@aerospacerock) reported

@AuroraNatura1 @stevemartinish @Bell I get higher speed than that in my basement! Bell sucks.

  • AuroraNatura1 Bry the Buddhist Gamer / 🇨🇦 Builder of Wall Art (@AuroraNatura1) reported

@aerospacerock @stevemartinish @Bell What type of phone do you have? Cause that could make the difference. I have an older entry level A series Galaxy. So 80 is pretty much my max speed. If you have a better phone you are definitely get a better wifi signal on your phone

  • Barrny6 Barrny (@Barrny6) reported

@Bell best internet 5g network. BULLSHIT. IN GUELPH turtles walk faster. Back to dial up. Would be quicker.

  • mattyv747 mattyv747 (@mattyv747) reported

  • 76songbird Kestemmler (@76songbird) reported

@Bell_Support What is wrong with your mobility service?!? Have barely been able to send txt msgs all week and iMsgs won’t go thru at all until I’m on wifi. Since R went down your service has been worse! Mirko, wait PR, should never have posted the “we’re so great letter”! Joke!

  • embot1998_girl HexDawn (@embot1998_girl) reported

@Bell Genuinely curious on what your excuse is for this; why do I have better internet connection a block away from my house than I do in my basement? My house has a wood floor And no, your boosters are crap too. Constantly disconnects, not worth 30$ a month

  • TacoCat_16 Tacocat (@TacoCat_16) reported

@Bell_Support the internet service that you are providing for us in southern Ontario is unusable, you give us a $10 credit yet the internet can’t be used. We are not the only ones having issues, it’s the whole village. Everyone deserves more than a $10 credit or at least fix it.

  • brobeans944 Trev (@brobeans944) reported

I just learned that @Bell doesn’t support IPv6 which is an internet standard and has been since 2017. We, as Canadians, pay more than almost anyone in the world for internet access. Yet we only have access to old technology.
