@LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

@Bell Except our #BellFibe freezes, glitches, lags, loses connection to pvr during the gold medal game the other night.. the 4K channels never worked since set up same thing is happening.. terrible!!

@Bell I refuse to buy these as I pay enough already... but a funny observation. Since these became available, my wifi signal became much weaker. It's almost as if you weakened the signals to push the sale of these.

Dear @bell @HydroOne and others, don’t force me to use paperless billing and then complain when the bill isn’t paid. Your emailed bills get lost among the other 500 emails I get in a week. I didn’t want paperless billing for this reason! Bad #CX
