@Bell_Support Someone I know went the extra mile a bell store I've been going to for decades. Got the packing slip. As for the second person I called pls review the recorded message and listen then tell Why he hung up on me ! I will dm my acc# I want file a complaint against that inept fool !

It seems our contractors cut out internet line and barried it and @Bell said it would be another full day before they can get someone out 😫 Can't work, kids can't do school, can't watch TV, can't even stream TV.

@Bell_Support have u recently called in to get support? It’s kinda a gong show! Continuous on holds, not following along, not intuitive or smooth IN ANY WAY!! Called 4x today! Best was roosters in background! They never said the calls would be recorded-I know why!!!
