I have switched back over to @Bell and haven’t been with them in over a decade. I hope to be able to contact you later soon so I can cancel and get a refund.

My Dad worked at Bell for 35+ years and has also been a customer for that length of time. I’ve spent over 50 hours in the last year on the phone with Bell due to THEIR errors. What did they offer? $37.50 off my next bill...1/2
