I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. As previous posters have said. 1st world prices for 3rd world service. I actually had better cell service when I was in Cuba.
