@imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

@Bell Why debit payment cant be refunded and can be processed only through the credit card only? or a check that will take 14 days to receive? made a manual payment ahead of time yet got another charge on my wife’s debit. Also, customer representative is argumentative and rude.
