Yappiana 🇧🇧🇯🇲♈️ (@poppy4161) reportedWhat's happening with @Bell is exactly why I'll never work there, those people are disgusting excuses for human beings, if everyone could afford to they should quit and let them go bankrupt, I'd be happy to see them become the next Hudson Bay they treat people like garbage

Peter Skinner (@RogueNerdOne) reported@nath_beauregard @Bell I've been with Telus for decades with my internet, and not once has the bill gone up but the speed of the service did. Kevin Roberto (@robilarious) reported@Bell_Support @Bell If your strategy was to roll out a stinker of an AI customer service replacement and frustrate long time customers Congrats, you’ve succeeded! I always longed for a $130/mo service supported by low IQ robots, sending callers back to the main menu 10x 😖😡
-
Cameron Smears (@camsmears) reported@Bell_Support I’m also trying to report a downed line that’s blocking a street. No options when you call and agent can’t help. Maybe setup an online form for these requests?
-
Irene Woike 🇨🇦🇩🇪 (@ChristelPeter1) reported@Stephbujo @nath_beauregard @Bell Not just Bell, Telus is the same. They tried to tell me I never sent them the equipment back ( that after some Telus goof tried to make me believe the Canada Post will come driving out to the sticks and pick it up ) luckily I didn’t believe him and sent it by registered mail. Took me almost 3 months and many phone calls and a lot of grandstanding by Telus before they finally stopped being jerks.
