    I’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

    @imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

    Never thought I’d say this but….I miss my internet and TV services from @Bell. @Rogers is included in the new condo but the speed is pathetic for 1GB service.

The part that hurts me the most is that bell calls me family but stands behind this predator even though he is no longer employed by bell & still he has more support then me a woman on sick leave for 12 yrs trying to stay sane through the abuse taking place in litigation

    Enough is enough. @CRTCeng there has to be something you can help with. This is absolutely atrocious the way @Bell @Bell_Support is handling their services for paying customers. I’ve gone above and beyond trying to restore my services. Even drove to a store and replaced my modem
