Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, OntarioMy favourite line working with @Bell_Support when I asked them to try calling my phone line when it suddenly went down. “We cannot call out by phone.” The phone company said (wrote) that to me. They cannot call out by phone.
-
Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario@chriscrerar @Bell_Support Like why not send affected customers a push notification of a text? Why do I always have to call Bell and ask if there's a problem.
-
THE WOOD COMMISSION (@Thewoodcomm) reported from Toronto, Ontario@ItsDeanBlundell @Bell_Support Ironic how Bell can never call us back.....not allowed in the system!
-
Aaron Rosenthal (@Aaron_Rosenthal) reported from Toronto, Ontario@bell has the gall to charge 50.00 s/h when buying an extra tv box for 8$/MTH to access their 300/mth service better. No option for pick up. #endmonopoly #endduopoly

Damian Boissiere, CFA (@BoissiereRealty) reported from Toronto, OntarioTrying to switch from Rogers to Bell for internet and somehow Bell keeps dropping the ball. It's as if they don't want new customers. @Bell it should not take 3 appts and counting to figure out what is needed for my installation. Terrible first impression.
-
Oleander Floral (@OleanderFloral) reported from Toronto, OntarioHi @Bell_Support our internet and phone lines stopped working at 4pm today. 3 hours, 5 calls to Bell, different departments and disconnections and told tech can’t help us until Thursday July 1st. Small business relying on phone and internet. This isn’t acceptable. We need help!

sufferin (@DufferinRider) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support are there issues in Toronto? I can't get CBC news network. It's just a black screen.
-
carolinegodin (@carolinegodin) reported from Toronto, Ontario@louford1 @Bell_Support If it makes you feel any better, @Rogers told you to do that and then when it doesn't work they try to up-sell you to Ignite. I told them when they get the service that I have actually working and stable, I'll consider upgrading.
-

Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario@imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

-
KyFlo (@flop78) reportedwtf yet another monthly fee increase for @Bell internet. Like it runs on oil ? What's @Rogers offer? Just waive that damn "price increase without notice" clause already!
-
Stunlokked (@stunlokked) reportedEvery time I'm gonna pay my @Bell bill it makes me literally sick to my stomach. $240/month for home internet and phone. and there's no way to make it significantly cheaper without switching providers for a while until their credit expires. If I change my internet from 3gig to to 500mb/s its only $20 difference but fvcking bell keeps increasing the internet price so eventually I will be paying just as much as 3gig but getting 500mb speeds. they don't offer any cheaper phone plans either. I should have just switched service provider when the monthly credit expired, but its fvcking annoying having to re-setup internet and phone every other year. and who am I gonna switch to? back to @Rogers again ? LMAO NO WAY IN HELL am I going back to their dogshvt internet again. @TELUS ? they are basically just as expensive as bell. like ****!
-
Champ (@lakerbo13065125) reported@DownHooligan @ryangerritsen @Bell Yes. Wait an hour on the phone to talk with some Filipino that can't speak good English. Last time they screwed up my bill and charged me 800 extra. It took them 5 months to fix that.
-
Julie (@JustJulieD1212) reported@Bell_Support Hey we have 2 Bell downed wires in our backyard and your technical service is telling me I’ll have to pay a fee to get them removed. If you don’t remove them without charging me don’t worry I’ll cut them myself and you can deal with the outages that it will cause.
-
Chelseaista (@CCFCISTA) reported@LegalishCA @BellMediaPR Time to cancel @Bell
-
Chump_Canuck (@ch_morson) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell we learned this in grade 9, as a very basic concept. Large box companies equal zero competition. Always support local. Unfortunately local lost.
-
Laurie Naugle (@laurie_naugle) reported@C_Mulroney @Bell **** you and your fat **** boss you useless ****
-
Denise Quinn (@lemonwannabe) reportedUnsurprising sub standard service from @Bell to migrate a business landline to a cell , now going to be 6 days without a working phone
-
Rational Posts™ (@rationalposts) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell I just call over and over again pressing for French, getting a Haitian that can't speak either English or French, and on the off chance I do press French to get English, start shmoozing until they put me in Customer Retention.

Usman R. (@uzimtl1) reported@RogersHelps It's out AGAIN today! 4 hours almost. I've been on the phone with Rogers for 3 hours now trying to resolve this. I've lost upwards of $300 in wages because of this. I was offered a $50 credit. I can't even cancel, that's $15/Month on the remaining 19 months. @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk
