I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

He has showed good customer service and did way way better than the previous customer representative I have spoke to.

This particular problem, it's been nearly a month ... nothing done. Sadly, not an encouraging launch for your partnership with them. @Bell_Support has never responded.

I had been out running errands & working outside most of day, only realized TV was not working near 9pm. Guess scheduled shows won't be recorded to PVR. Watching Netflix.

Of course sane with my PVR recordings I'm so so tired of calling & spending wasted hours on phone! After replacing PVRs twice now I'm still having trouble. Terrible customer service!

My internet/tv has been down since 9:30pm it was also out for several hours at 3am . Spent 2 hours w/ service this week on another issue - no resolution, no refund.

Ahmed (@araouf) reported@Bell so your "loyalty department" employee kept me on the line for 1 hour and 16 minutes and decided that it was OK not to apologize for the wait. Just wanted to let you know the least you could do to your "loyal" customers is to hire people with manners to service them.
