@FemiNelson1 @Bell I managed to get through around 8am but call-taker said his board went from nice quiet start of his shift with zero callers to almost five-thousand in pending in span of ten minutes. Sounds like Canada-wide Bell service outage. Glad my mobile phone is with Telus!

@OPCYARockette Given that #China uses facial recognition as part of social control, enabled by #Huawei 5G network, I have said we cannot trust them. I’m shocked and disappointed that @Bell continues to sell Huawei handsets or uses networking equipment. #China will spy on us, no question

@markrmcqueen @RogersBiz @MapleLeafs @BuffaloSabres It isn’t outage free, but @Bell #FibeTV is good and always up during a game. I find if it’s down it’s usually in the afternoon or at end of day before game time, happens quarterly.

@Bell_Support your billing support rep just hung up on me while discussing some issues. I'd like to cancel my service today and will be moving to @Rogers , your service is absolutely ludicrous and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I've had grievances with Bell Canada in the past, but not with regard to the service outage on Saturday. I reached knowledeable & friendly tech support person in under 15 min who was quite earnest & apologetic about breadth of the issue & no ETA for restoration. @Bell_Support

@AmyLEngland @Bell Most medical/dental offices need it to do any work. We can't see your chart/reports/xrays. For my place of business it's a huge problem for all our patients. This is a huge problem all over the province today. Our office is closed until internet is back

@JasonParis @Bell_Support Yes. That’s what I do. There’s Fibe TV which is just internet access to Bell tv service. No box, no cable. I just use it for basic channels and add on a 4 channel package for $5 bucks (AMC, SyFy, CNN and MSNBC). You can add Sports packages too which I do during the NBA playoffs.

@Bell Enterprise businesses wanting better service than a Tier2 carrier like Bell, can get connected directly to a Tier1 Internet provider - fewer hops, lower latency, faster downloads. Ask me - I’ll get you connected! #ISP #Internet #connectivity #latency #jitter #Tier1

The solution @Bell_Support has for avoiding US roaming charges when working in Canada near the border is keep your phone in airplane mode. Um. No. The point of the phone is to be able the communicate not to be a paperweight.
