  • MetroManTO Pedro Marques (@MetroManTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@JasonParis @Bell_Support Yes. That’s what I do. There’s Fibe TV which is just internet access to Bell tv service. No box, no cable. I just use it for basic channels and add on a 4 channel package for $5 bucks (AMC, SyFy, CNN and MSNBC). You can add Sports packages too which I do during the NBA playoffs.

  • sritchietoronto Steve Ritchie (@sritchietoronto) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support help. My internet and TV down for days. You keep sending the wrong jr tech guys. Tree has k Ickes down actual cable running along street. 3 visits all the wrong people. Send “line techs” to install new Fiber cables. Nobody on your phone support understands

  • jmwensley Matthew (@jmwensley) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@OPCYARockette Given that #China uses facial recognition as part of social control, enabled by #Huawei 5G network, I have said we cannot trust them. I’m shocked and disappointed that @Bell continues to sell Huawei handsets or uses networking equipment. #China will spy on us, no question

  • jadehoof Gil (@jadehoof) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@willyly @Bell @RPZ_82 Our virgin home internet is still down, midtown.

  • Mobilio47 Ross Mobilio (@Mobilio47) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Beware of @Bell_Support @Bell with promotions TV, Internet and Home Phone. Great deal first year, sign you up for two years and then increase your rate by double. If anyone is having the same problem, please tweet.

  • KevinVuongTO Kevin Vuong 🇨🇦⚓ (@KevinVuongTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@markrmcqueen @RogersBiz @MapleLeafs @BuffaloSabres It isn’t outage free, but @Bell #FibeTV is good and always up during a game. I find if it’s down it’s usually in the afternoon or at end of day before game time, happens quarterly.

  • RossMorley Ross Morley (@RossMorley) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell Enterprise businesses wanting better service than a Tier2 carrier like Bell, can get connected directly to a Tier1 Internet provider - fewer hops, lower latency, faster downloads. Ask me - I’ll get you connected! #ISP #Internet #connectivity #latency #jitter #Tier1

  • rhabayeb Rabih Habayeb (@rhabayeb) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support your billing support rep just hung up on me while discussing some issues. I'd like to cancel my service today and will be moving to @Rogers , your service is absolutely ludicrous and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

  • Mobilio47 Ross Mobilio (@Mobilio47) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Beware @bell promotions, this is the fifth time coming back with an offer. Down to 210+ taxes, for the first 5 months then back to 220 not even close to @rogers $169.41+taxes or even Bell’s new client offers, this is comical, certainly not customer friendly

  • courtneybeans2 Courtney beans (@courtneybeans2) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support maybe tell everyone to turn there network settings. Turn off your lte to another network and you can text again

  • BarackOTrauma Taige Smith (@BarackOTrauma) reported from Ionview, Ontario

@Bell_Support internet service at speeds lower than 1mbps , Scarborough region. Why is there nothing posted about this. This has been occurring for two days now.

  • Rajendra Rajendra Singh (@Rajendra) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@andymci @Bell_Support This is two strikes against them for me. If there's another outage in the next year, I'm done with @bell.

  • lloydthelostboy Lloyd (@lloydthelostboy) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Ugh, @Bell internet sucks this morning. Hampers my productivity.

Called about my spotty internet service and @Bell first solution was to get me to pay more by buying their Wifi pods - and their second solution is to blame my home “equipment” like my iPhone 11 Pro for not getting the speeds I’ve been paying for. ….?@Apple BELL is blaming u ??

  • Azeez87066383 Azeez (@Azeez87066383) reported

@Bell_Support Account number if ur customer service gave me a service then I will have an acct number. I have called 3 times or more visited 3 location all 6 people gave me 6 different prices. How is that even possible

  • BradIsCanadian Brad (@BradIsCanadian) reported

@Bell_Support Hi! Is there any way to set up an auto text reply for when I don’t have cell service? I get a lot of service request texts and calls when I’m camping and such. I’d like a way to have them informed to call the main office. I’m on an iPhone. Thanks!

@jae__wade @RancidGinger @Bell It is NEVER THE VICTIMS FALT DRUNK OR NOT WHAT YOUR WEARING DOESNT MATTER WHAT YOU SAID HOW YOU WALKED IT IS NEVER THE VICTIMS FALT PERIOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ginger_cam80 Old Chunky Boy (@ginger_cam80) reported

@Bell_Support Can you provide an option that allows customers to just cancel a service without being given a sales pitch? It’s not fair to your CS reps or customers.

  • DaRealSkijinook Leonard A. Nicholas (@DaRealSkijinook) reported

Don't watch cable often, so I have no idea how long this issue has been going on, but @Rogers better get this **** worked out fast or I'm switching to @Bell before football season.

  • softspoknman nene (@softspoknman) reported

@Bell_Support people living in another condo get $70 CR for 1.5 internet speed but people living in different Condo gets only $5 CR for 1.5 speed, exactly same service. Unfair. Bell charge you a lot more after your first promotion ends. $60 per month more. $720 more per year.

  • _valeriei Dr. Valerie Irvine (she/her) (@_valeriei) reported

@davemccr @Bell @Bell_Support I understand but having had a system that doesn’t work before with Rogers, I am just hesitant to make any switch away from my set-up that finally works. Endorsement from a Shaw tech support person that Bell is the best (and parent to Telus I think?), I’m not budging

  • softspoknman nene (@softspoknman) reported

@Bell_Support @Azeez87066383 Moreover, after your promotion ends, they won’t give you a good promotion. My promotion ended yesterday, I called. The “best” offer they gave me is $60 more per month with the same service, $720 per year more. And they expect you to be loyal with Bell.

  • _valeriei Dr. Valerie Irvine (she/her) (@_valeriei) reported

@danmcguirempls @Bell I meant three separate account numbers into one group account with main line and additional lines. They could not seem to figure it out as there were a mixture of corporate and consumer lines and their support could not seem to wrap their head around it. The two sides don’t talk
