Wayne Rodrigues (@WayneRodriguez) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell I'm having the worst #CustomerService right now chatting with a Bell rep on the Bell website. He was desperate to call me to discuss "the best deal" and when I said I don't want to have a phone call, he's making me wait while he finds the deal. Pathetic service.

Michelle Herder (@ioverherder) reported from Toronto, OntarioWhat a shame that @Bell is about to lose a customer who has used them exclusively for 24 years. They really need to improve how they treat customers. It brings me no joy to be looking for a new provider.
-
AlMac (@SparkAlMac) reported from Toronto, OntarioThis is what @Bell does when you attempt to cancel your internet. They put you on hold for upwards of an hour, then hang up on you and make you call back and go through entire process again. What a bull shit scam artist company with nothing but a criminality and fraud mindset.
-
Austin Newdick (@AustinNewdick) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell this is the second time that #FibeTV #AltTv failed when it absolutely mattered most. It’s sad that I had to use an illegal source because my paid service is clearly not “Canada’s most reliable network” And $10 is not at all going to cut it. #divorce

-
deBeauxOs (@deBeauxOs1) reportedAre other Bell internet service users having this problem? Every 30 seconds, a crap website called _Noovomoi.ca_ opens an unwanted tab on my browser. I click it closed, two more pop up. WTF, @Bell_Support? @BellNews

-
Fluffybunny (@Fluffy_Bunnykin) reported@Bell_Support No worries, @Rogers got us all set up over there. Do pass on to your installation team the the "blonde" woman "who wouldn't be able to understand" because it was "too complex" reconnected all the breaks. Did find some property damage - the bill will be headed your way.
-
Wen Chie (@Wen__Chie) reported@Bell_Support Unplugging & rebooting didn't help.
-
Cristian Asenjo (@cristianaasenjo) reported@Bell_Support I had a fibe installation appointment and the tech said he couldn't do it because there's tree branches in the way. That's pretty poor preparation on Bell's part :/ Is there anything else that can be done? All I was told is that someone would call us to reschedule.
-
INKS (@MO_INKS) reported@Bell_Support Are your login servers down? I can't login, when I click on the login button is just gives an connection error.
-
Peeyush Thakur (@peeyush_thakur) reported@Bell_Support @fordnation @Bell When a customer doesn't pay on time, there is a penalty of 3% per month. Now I am told that I will receive the refund in 60 days!! Why? Is this fair?
-
Wayne Chow (@wayne_chow) reported@Pammerhockey @Bell_Support Never trust big biz. Remember when insurance cos. first introduced data tracker apps, advertising "it'll only be used to calculate discounts, never to increase premiums". The whole time lobbying insurance regulators to let them use the data against customers. ON let them last yr.
