@CP24 She is such eye candy. Too bad that the only avenue she has is to use the human rights quasi court. @Bell should treat its workers better.

  • oralpholiveira
Ralph Oliveira (@oralpholiveira) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Two of your agents are in my house right now installing a new order that I put of pure fiber, @Bell_Support Jesus Christ, why those guys have to speak on the phone all the time while they are at customer's house? This is completely inappropriate!

  • Bucky_5000
Ariel White (@Bucky_5000) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Ok @Bell_Support four texts, several emails and app updates are appreciated during an outage but the outage was like seven minutes. I’m ok.

@Bell_Support I would like to know how to get off your telephone spam service. I am getting multiple calls a day from 18669880885 after installation of services to my apartment. I would like the incessant calls from your marketing department to stop.

Third times the charm! Was a production number for the poor guy to fix it tho. Thank you, Bell. ! Now let’s talk rebate for no phone or Internet for 2+ weeks, @Bell_Support. More in my DM. 👍🏻

  • BoissiereRealty
Damian Boissiere, CFA (@BoissiereRealty) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Trying to switch from Rogers to Bell for internet and somehow Bell keeps dropping the ball. It's as if they don't want new customers. @Bell it should not take 3 appts and counting to figure out what is needed for my installation. Terrible first impression.

  • FarmsCanada
Canada Banana Farms (@FarmsCanada) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support is in the internet down in Scarborough, Ontario?

  • JeffreyLuscombe

Tech can’t fix the problem with my Internet but he did understand the problem. He’s trying to fix the one phone jack but Internet can’t be fixed (tho still being billed, of course). @Bell_Support

  • JeffreyLuscombe
Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I was told an hour ago @Bell_Support is on the way to fix the problem the other tech couldn’t fix a couple of days ago after days of them trying to fix remotely. Think I’ll get a rebate for the weeks not working?

  • JeffreyLuscombe
Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Nope. Tech didn’t understand problem and he can’t divert from his service ticket. Internet won’t be fixed (tho still being billed). @Bell_Support

  • JeffreyLuscombe
Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Make a note how surprised I am the technician made everything worse because they were determined to switch me to fibre optics which I didn’t want then was unable to finish due to some problem but another tech is coming in a few days. Thanks for nothing @Bell_Support

  • T_Bar12
T-Bar (@T_Bar12) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support is there a problem with the Bell TV app or is just me?

  • nejsnave
jennifer evans 🇵🇰 (@nejsnave) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support interested in the policy. as you know we pay sone of the highest rates in the world for mobile service. what is the rationale behind service demotions? is it supposed to discourage ppl from using bandwidth? is there an upgrade option?

  • Toronto_PR_Guy
Barry Waite (@Toronto_PR_Guy) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Bell continues to have the worst mail platform ever. Glitchy, not user-friendly and now not working. @Bell_Support

  • itoope
ist🏌️⛳️🥃🍻🚴‍♂️ (@itoope) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support your new fibetv update has been horrible. Freezing for the last two days. Rebooted. Restarted. Re everything. Still sucking.

  • JeffreyLuscombe
Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

My favourite line working with @Bell_Support when I asked them to try calling my phone line when it suddenly went down. “We cannot call out by phone.” The phone company said (wrote) that to me. They cannot call out by phone.

  • ConsumerSOS

@PhillSnel @Bell The anchor was disconnected. That’s bad for connections!

@Bell Customer service got BETTER? Oxymoron.

  • ggmunsen
    Garrett (@ggmunsen) reported

So @Bell contracted @AeconGroup to bury Fibe lines in my nbhd. Ended up costing me $ to repair my sprinkler system. Be aware letting Aecon do work on your property bc it’s been a week now & they still haven’t responded to me in regards to the damage they caused

  • LeafsDad84
    Mike Brierley (@LeafsDad84) reported

@Amy_Brierley84 @Bell @Bell is the worst. Thanks for ruining our night. Again.

  • thomasdowling
    Thomas Dowling 🧢 🍎 (@thomasdowling) reported

@bell_support Hi is there a management level support line I can contact I’ve been passed around to five different people and no one is willing to solve my issue, it shouldn’t be this hard to spend money with your company

  • krellomat
    x-Michael Krell (@krellomat) reported

@Bell Except when you cancel a service. That “can only be done by telephone” so they make you wait and wait and then, as a condition, you have to speak to a “loyalty specialist” who tries to sell you what you just canceled for a lower price and just won’t let go. It’s the worst.

  • Scholefie
    Hannah Scholefield (@Scholefie) reported

@salimah @Bell_Support We replaced our router and it’s working fine now! Though the internet issues were usually between 5pm-ish & 10pm so time will tell 🤞🏻

  • MorganjCharles
    Morgan Charles (@MorganjCharles) reported

Hey @Bell_Support we have a bell line down on our street and it’s impossible to reach your support by phone without an account number (?!).

  • AlishaBard
    Alisha4ft9 (@AlishaBard) reported

@Bell Mine was down for 6 days. Kid missed 4 days of school and I lost $. Tech fails sometimes, but 6 days lost? Not necessarily reliable.

  • jdeq
    Jerry DeQuetteville (@jdeq) reported

@hirschw1 @Bell LOL I know 11 people now who have done this. I know it is possible. I even asked 6 times to be put through to a supervisor who could help me but they refused. Who does that?

  • Scholefie
    Hannah Scholefield (@Scholefie) reported

@Bell_Support Why is this still happening? It’s been all week! It’s 2pm, my internet has been out for an hour, yesterday it was out for hours. This is the only thing I have to contact my friends & family and work with like so many others. Help! Us!
