    5 days no services STILL @Bell_Support @Bell haven't done anything to fix this @cp24 @globalnews 2 buildings with older ppl who need their phone to contact doctors cannot do so because of this lack of work ethic by this monster company #Disgraceful

    @LizWhitmere @Bell_Support Just got a call from someone claiming to be from 'Executive Support' but I was having lunch. And the guy said he couldn't call back again without fixing an appointment. This is the height of #ridiculousness at @Bell.

    Alright @Bell @Bell_Support , you managed to push away a loyal customer! Already looked at other options and ready to leave. How you treat your existing customers is a complete disgrace and I will make sure to share that and teach this behaviour as "what not to do" in business!

    @shawnmicallef @JasonParis @Bell @BellMediaPR I’ve been in contact with the city about this, and last summer there was a “pilot program” to test removing those. Now they’re going ahead, with the intention of removing the ***** next. The designed a bad bin, and now they’re giving up on maintaining it.

    @Bell_Support Your Home Phone sucks. I have had Call Privacy active on my line for ages and now, suddenly, it has stopped working and all Jesse at tech can offer is “use *11 again”. No logs, no investigation. Apparently 8 blocked telemarketing calls in a row isn’t excessive.

    @ThatMattGardner @Bell I’m with Rogers. Not a huge fan, but accidentally found out if you DM them on FB Messenger, they’re really quick to reply and can resolve most issues. Has made my life way easier, and no longer ever wait on hold. Maybe similar thing for Bell - or switch!

    Oh, look. @Bell is DOUBLING the rate for data if you use more than your plan. From 6 cents per MB to 12 cents. Yeah, Canada isn't getting ripped off at all. Too bad the @CRTCeng doesn't seem to care what Canadians pay.

    @Bell it took 1 hour & 6 minutes over 4 calls today to fix your billing errors. (Including hanging up on me). Won't be forgotten when I'm up for renewal in a few months.

    I’m confused. I’m paying @Cogeco $81 per month including tax for 120Mbps download. And @Bell just sent me an offer of 15Mbps download on Fibe for $85. Is #Bell nuts thinking this is a good plan? Am I missing something? That seems like a lot for a very slow connection. #Internet

    My ISP opens a support ticket with @Bell for my connection. Bell calls me with a pre-recorded message “your ISP has indicated you are having a problem with your line. Please contact your ISP to get this resolved quickly.“ Rinse, lather, repeat. #CustomerService #fail
