@beanfield @Bell Heads up, there’s been a Bell rep in my building trying to siphon away all the Beanfield customers. Ironically, that’s what prompted my call to Bell which ultimately reminded me of their bad customer service and why I switched to Beanfield. DM me if you‘d like the address.

  • KevinVuongTO Kevin Vuong 🇨🇦⚓ (@KevinVuongTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@markrmcqueen @RogersBiz @MapleLeafs @BuffaloSabres It isn’t outage free, but @Bell #FibeTV is good and always up during a game. I find if it’s down it’s usually in the afternoon or at end of day before game time, happens quarterly.

  • Mobilio47 Ross Mobilio (@Mobilio47) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Beware of @Bell_Support @Bell with promotions TV, Internet and Home Phone. Great deal first year, sign you up for two years and then increase your rate by double. If anyone is having the same problem, please tweet.

Beware @bell promotions, this is the fifth time coming back with an offer. Down to 210+ taxes, for the first 5 months then back to 220 not even close to @rogers $169.41+taxes or even Bell’s new client offers, this is comical, certainly not customer friendly

  • Rajendra Rajendra Singh (@Rajendra) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@andymci @Bell_Support This is two strikes against them for me. If there's another outage in the next year, I'm done with @bell.

  • sritchietoronto Steve Ritchie (@sritchietoronto) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@donfazool @Bell Thanks for sharing this. It's environments like that I'm afraid of going back into. At times I feel shit on by life, so hell no going back into that.

  • auzzieintoronto Austin Larusson (@auzzieintoronto) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support the frequency of your internet outages is unacceptable. The service constantly cuts in and out regularly, and the technicians are not helpful at all. If customers can't rely on you 100% of the time, you have failed.

  • aniketagnihotri Aniket Agnihotri (@aniketagnihotri) reported from Toronto, Ontario

  • rhabayeb Rabih Habayeb (@rhabayeb) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support your billing support rep just hung up on me while discussing some issues. I'd like to cancel my service today and will be moving to @Rogers , your service is absolutely ludicrous and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

  • jmwensley Matthew (@jmwensley) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@OPCYARockette Given that #China uses facial recognition as part of social control, enabled by #Huawei 5G network, I have said we cannot trust them. I’m shocked and disappointed that @Bell continues to sell Huawei handsets or uses networking equipment. #China will spy on us, no question

  • MetroManTO Pedro Marques (@MetroManTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@JasonParis @Bell_Support Yes. That’s what I do. There’s Fibe TV which is just internet access to Bell tv service. No box, no cable. I just use it for basic channels and add on a 4 channel package for $5 bucks (AMC, SyFy, CNN and MSNBC). You can add Sports packages too which I do during the NBA playoffs.

@TELUSsupport Crave is Canada’s worst embarrassment - brought to you by @Bell

  • sirchadoawesome Chad Poole (@sirchadoawesome) reported

@JoeTassone @Bell That sucks man. I get it, things happen…. But when you call the people that are supposed to be there to help you and it’s basically counter productive it’s hard to have faith in a company.

  • ChristyBarnett0 Christy Barnett (@ChristyBarnett0) reported

@Bell_Support I cancelled my home phone yesterday and no one I talked to told me that there will be a 24 hour service distribution. My husband lost money cause he works from home. That is unacceptable and unprofessional. Now I have to wait until the back

  • MgniM The Canadian (@MgniM) reported

Cancelling my @bell tv service will mean I lose my promotions on the other two services and my bill would end up being the same as it is now but with no tv service. They get you coming and going.

  • BourqueKearney Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

@Bell your “country satellite” internet sucks. It sucks. Up and down and up and down. You just replaced the modem AND the satellite and it STILL sucks. You’re a joke.

  • imtherealmorbid MORBID (@imtherealmorbid) reported

@Bell I’ve been with bell for 4 years and my service has never been close to decent like right now I’m running on 5g unlimited and can barely weight this

  • CurtisJacyshyn im4eyedcameraguy (@CurtisJacyshyn) reported

@Bell_Support Not a problem I will message you now

  • MgniM The Canadian (@MgniM) reported

@Bell_Support The customer service agents all tell a different story. None of which has been accurate. Horrible way to treat loyal customers. Bell clearly doesn’t care about customers.

  • Sheila_YT Sheila Y. T. 🌻🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Sheila_YT) reported

@Bell_Support waiting for Bell service with appointment this am. To finally finish burying cable for Fibe internet installed at beginning of Covid. Haven’t kept track but probably our 5 th time waiting during their 4 hour appointment window. Hope they show up this time!

  • vball_chic14 T (@vball_chic14) reported

@Bell_Support I sent you a dm. no one responded. Now I have another issue and no one is helping...so frustrating!
