@Bell_Support I would like to know how to get off your telephone spam service. I am getting multiple calls a day from 18669880885 after installation of services to my apartment. I would like the incessant calls from your marketing department to stop.

My favourite line working with @Bell_Support when I asked them to try calling my phone line when it suddenly went down. “We cannot call out by phone.” The phone company said (wrote) that to me. They cannot call out by phone.

Watching the #BlueJays game on a chrome book. @Bell Fibe is down and looking at a website it looks like it is down all over Ontario (I've seen Ottawa, Collingwood Toronto, Mississauga etc.,) and even saw a report from Quebec. Atleast the internet is working 🤞🤞🤞

Dear @Bell @Primus_Canada my 77 year old dad has been without internet/phone for 3 wks due to an error. Now, after service being restored a @Bell tech came and disconnected it again. His brother who lives out of the country died and he can’t call his family. What’s going on??
-
ru (ts10)

@Bell_Support the assistance you could provide is ensuring your technicians know what they’re doing when they come to a home. He told me the modem couldnt be installed on the ground floor (guess what, it can he just didnt want to spend the time on it), this is NOT a $130 a month service
