@FreedomMobile is charging me for no reason almost 2 times more what I usually #pay per month. I called #customerservices and they're the #worst! So, I'm ready to go to @Fidomobile #TODAY, I'm tired of how #freedommobile is dealing with this kind of cases.

Worst EVER experience with @Bell! I am so upset!! Spent 2 calls with 2 reps I begged for a better offer as they don't offer shared data if you update your current plan. Now I have 20GIG that I can't share!!! Took my husband off the plan and moved his # to @FreedomMobile ...

@FreedomMobile, your #techsupport is woefully inadequate and absolutely terrible. The only redeeming quality they had was how polite they were. Thankfully you have knowledgable team at your kisoks that can figure things out.

So my experience with roaming with @FreedomMobile, why does throttling when roaming suck so much, the latency was really shitty, and in a city like Ottawa, service was really bad. Montreal was kinda okay, it worked and managed to get 200mb free.

@freedomsupport Your customer service is shockingly bad. First time my wife called to address a billing question and customer service didn’t listen and try to solve issue and was belligerent😤topped off by disconnecting. Sadly, Can’t recommend Freedom anymore.

@freedomsupport @sfeldman Just implement the damn auth app 2FA. These generic, BS Twitter responses just make you look like idiots.

Hey @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile if you are investing so much money on expanding your network, I’m sure you can afford someone to write a decent app that you know isn’t a web version that asks me for my password each time and takes minutes to load. Yours, a paying customer.

@freedomsupport It was mentioned in-store. However, you had 2 months and 6 hours of customer service calls recorded telling me nothing about it. Further, I asked multiple times what the final cost would be, with suggestion I may have to do it in store - and nobody took the opportunity to tell me

@freedomsupport I'm literally trying to buy a phone. No change to my account. No change to my contract. I asked if anybody at the company would sell me a phone and I was literally told by customer service that I had to buy it in person or buy it elsewhere. Absurd.
-
Jimbob Jones
(@ArcticEidolon) reported
@FreedomMobile Online. in store they ding you for $30 after failing to mention this fee when asked 20 or so times about "the total cost" during customer service calls. Don't forget to mention that, eh? it's not $0, it's $30.

Big shout out to @FreedomMobile who told me that nobody at their company will sell me a new phone online or through customer service and that if I didn't want to interact with somebody in person, I should change providers. Cool pandemic precautions.
