Obviously they don’t need or want my $600 a month. As they still have me on hold. Always zero customer service with Rogers.

That 5-day bill credit that we’re getting for the outage before now needs to be a whole month credit because of the unreliability!!!

mike walsh (@mikewal16285187) reported@RogersHelps The streaming buffering is a well known issue with your product that you seem to refuse to address.A local small internet provider I had before Rogers bought them never had this issue and that was with a quarter the download speed.
