This is disgusting and the @CRTCeng needs to investigate your horrible service.

Obviously they don’t need or want my $600 a month. As they still have me on hold. Always zero customer service with Rogers.

That 5-day bill credit that we’re getting for the outage before now needs to be a whole month credit because of the unreliability!!!
