  • zachanthems Zach (@zachanthems) reported from Woodstock, Ontario

@RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

  • Molloy36 Steve Molloy (@Molloy36) reported from Norwich, Ontario

  • jsopercook Gloriously Horrible (@jsopercook) reported

@mrfumblethumbs @Rogers It always comes down to money - how to make the most of it while providing 'slimline' services to the customer. Horrible.

  • lyoung04 Liz Young (@lyoung04) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers You may say the service has been restored but my wireless is very slow and my tv channels are not all working. A cynical person might think you are trying to save reimbursing me for a second full day of not providing service to the level I have paid for.

  • RuairiOFarrell ROF (@RuairiOFarrell) reported

@RogersHelps Don't worry guys! They've assured me they will credit me 4 dollars for this... Absolutely ridiculous. They still couldn't explain on the phone why or when this will go back to normal. They couldn't tell me what the issue is.

  • JuanSebastit7d Juan Sebastian Rueda (@JuanSebastit7d) reported

@NotitiaSophos @Rogers This was always so weird to me as an international student, the prices for anything related to network providers were so insanely expensive for how restricted/poor the service was and how few options were out there. I remember being met with condescendence when mentioning it lol

  • Natsunoz Brandon (@Natsunoz) reported

Wow still cant get my paypal texts or anything **** you @Rogers this is the most embarrassing thing that’s ever happened you literally got ******* hacked for over 24 hours what a stupid ******* company

  • Dr_PNL Paul Nesbitt-Larking (@Dr_PNL) reported

The @Rogers response to the service collapse yesterday was a master class in how not to do customer service. Key takeaways: 1. Cliches instead of explanations 2. Inadequate information 3. A public spokesperson looking bored, distracted, faintly annoyed at being questioned

  • LurphyOG Lurphy Lorrigan (@LurphyOG) reported

@WCoaster77 @thevivafrei @Rogers That isn't because of competition. Interac should have redundant networks (most backbones and corp connections aren't even running on Rogers network). That's a failure of interac - their credit card competitors did fine.

  • Hendy111 I Don't PC (@Hendy111) reported

So @Rogers has fixed the issue that caused the day long outage but can’t/won’t say what the cause was. I smell a huge dead rat. Typical shady slimy lying corporation.

  • toplagal patty (@toplagal) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers So I'm connected to local network but cannot connect to tv

  • alanbeemer Beemer (@alanbeemer) reported

    @vote4robgill @RogersHelps *when the compensation is ****
