    @RogersHelps hi there I can’t connect a friends phone to my wifi? I’m on my wifi but their phone shows wifi but it has an “!” Beside it? Can you help me out? I know you’re busy with the outage right now but I hope you can help me.

    @RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

    @RogersHelps These changes were made early this week and taken into effect today. I’m trying to reach someone in customer care and have had no success.. still on hold now… it’s ridiculous any time I have any changes this happens

    @RogersHelps sorry to give up on you so quickly, I went to the house and checked all the cables, unplugged everything, it came back on very briefly and then went off again. I called tech-support and was put on hold for 41 minutes, hung up. White light on front flashing.

    @RogersHelps This is piss poor service. I waited for over 2.5 hours and now the live chat automatically ended my chat and it was almost my turn to be served. Very angry but not at all surprised.

    @Rogers Just wanted to let Rogers know that putting people on hold for an HOUR+ to reach someone at your tech support desk is an affront. You overcharge, your billing practices are pure larceny, and now your customer sevice - the only thing that you sort of succeeded at- is nonexistent.

    @RogersHelps strikes again. Internet down, outage map shows green. Tried to chat , didn't work. On phone waiting for 45 minutes and yet to talk to anyone. What sort of crappy service is this..

    @RogersHelps A Tech over this aft to troubleshoot pixelation. Hv a 3-bedroom townhouse. Signal is not gr8 upstairs. Sol'n is 2 move modem upstairs. I asked to move but he said I havd no cable outlet upstairs. Call my drywall guy to move cable through so then modem can be moved

    @RogersHelps I have an accessibility issue. My 95 year old mother cannot operate her TV on her own. She wants it on 24 hours a day but the standby screen comes on every 5 hours and that cannot be extended with the controls available at her end. How can this be fixed?

    @Rogers I called to move my internet services to my new address and your agent disconnected my services. No internet for 2 days. Waited an hour in the queue tn & was told I had to call tech support. Called. Customer support closed. Told to call tomorrow @ 9AM (when I start work)
