@RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

Hate to make this post again but I’ve been either on the phone or on hold with @RogersHelps for over 2 1/2 hours. Very frustrating. I don’t want a private message from them here. I just want them to call me back and deal with my issue.

@RogersHelps how do I get a customer service rep to answer the phone? As a paying customer a 2 hour wait every time I call is unacceptable. The online chat can’t deal with my issue. Your customer service is in desperate need of improvement! I need help!

After spending 14 combined hours on the phone with Rogers to get Ignite, the guy who came to install it got a message that the order was canceled...14 HOURS!!! We switched to Execulink and now I've been on the phone AGAIN on hold trying to cancel Rogers 😞 😒 @RogersHelps

@TerryCoombs @Rogers Likewise. Call got dropped after 3hrs with a message stating we’ve exceeded to maximum time for a call. Another 2h15 and the guy said call back tomorrow. Solid service. 5h15 on hold for absolutely no use.
