@RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

@lyss_hall I'm in your neighborhood and pay @Rogers through the nose for internet. It's been down off and on ever since @InnPower_ started replacing the poles on St. John's Road. Good luck.

Guess what, I still did! I woke up completely soaked in milk with a crying baby at 2am (because we couldn’t do one last night feed) all because @rogers told me to be patient for 90 minutes straight, but did nothing to help me

@rogers the tech came yesterday and even changed the modem. But I am still having intermittent signals issues. The modem has lost signals 3 times in the last 30 mins. It's been happening for months. Not a good thing especially during exams times.
