    @RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

    @RogersHelps still don't have service back to normal, after 2 hours on hold got rep who sent signal to TV , no help still multi black channels, so make a TICKET where they check to see if they have a problem on their end (really? and get back to you in 24 hours and if not resolved then tech

    @Rogers every affected customer should get some kind of compensation for the outage, none of us should have to pay for the whole day we had absolutely no services
