    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers I got rid of Rogers YEARS ago for internet and TV.....way too expensive.....same service with other companies for a fraction of the cost

    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

    Just to inform you guys @Rogers - if a real human is reading this. Your online customer services need to include real humans. The AI assistant doesnt resolve any issue. I have to now visit a nearby outlet to get my issue resolved.

    @RogersHelps @TheKarltopia Karl, what their AI bot is really saying, is that this basic feature has existed for a decade, but our systems and tech teams are too old, stupid, or stubborn to implement it, so please PLEASE choose another provider. Just wait until you have to call their business support....

    @BudgetOrganics @TorontoPolice @Rogers I suppose you didnโ€™t read the full post then. I have records of Rogerโ€™s telling the CRTC it was by police direction. Maybe I wasnโ€™t clear on that point? Either way, I never authorized a device protection program with Rogers. They activated at the insistence of cops with an agenda

    @Rogers Itโ€™s been a whole month since i upgraded my internet and a whole week since i followed up with customer service waiting for my new modem, when can i expect this ?? iโ€™ve been paying for an upgrade with no benefits this is ridiculous

    Baffling to me that in the year 2026, @Rogers has such ****** support services. Almost 2hrs on hold, 1hr on hold yesterday, and two days with no resolution. No email to contact either, only phone or online chat which is also backed up. Embarrassing. #Rogers #Shaw #RogersShaw

    @CoryJudson @Bell @Rogers I was having issues with Bell. They were finally resolved but I had mention to the Bell rep that i had investigated the option of switching to Rogers as they gave me a great offer. The Bell rep basically told me to go ahead and take the Rogers offer

    Very disappointed with @Rogers experience. On May 1, I got 2 prepaid SIM lines from the Rogers Longueuil store and was charged $80 activation fee per line. Later, Rogers customer care confirmed I should receive a full refund and asked me to visit the store.
