@LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @BlueJays One bad season isnโ€™t a career โ€ฆ too much pressure all on him after trading away too much last season. Heโ€™ll be better next year.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I had to pay for an RDS subscription that I didn't use for 8 months. 1st time, l hung up because I waited 30 mins & no one picked up. 2nd time, some idiot couldn't verify my credentials despite calling from the verified phone # on the account. 3rd time, finally lucked out.

@Rogers WiFi keeps going down. ZERO customer service. Fired Canadian workers so we could wait 3 hrs to talk to someone you can't understand. Even your AI Anna is slow. Third world internet, out of this world costs. Canadians deserve better.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers A terrible experience every time. You're right. Why doesn't Rogers stay in Canada and use Canadian labour? Because they are greedy and not loyal to their customers. Their loyalty is to the dollar, money is everything.

  • BitterDan
    Dan Anderson (@BitterDan) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @CognizantBeing @Rogers Worked for Rogers for years. Their whole play is to charge as much as possible while making service extremely difficult or useless to reach.. means less costs for them. All 3 carriers are corrupt.

  • ThomsFoolery
    Thoms Foolery (@ThomsFoolery) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers outsources their help desk to someone else. It is not a Rogers employee you are talking to, but a call centre.

  • AngelaStow27270
    angela stow (@AngelaStow27270) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Our call centres have been managed for decades this way. It was always a long hold on the phone for technical support. All the best on hold. It can be frustrating but help awaits...

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Funny, I asked that question 8 weeks ago and got roasted for it. We have a job shortage in Canada, but Rogers has customer service all over the world and not here. Hmmmm.

  • Susie1283430968
    Susie (@Susie1283430968) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They all have their call center agents out of the country to save money but I wonder how much they save when customers leave because of the bad experience

Kudos to @JoeyVotto for actually discussing Vladโ€™s struggles as a real problem, and actually posing possible solutions. Those inside the @Rogers @Sportsnet Mothership are all just waiting for him to break out of his โ€˜funkโ€™, as if it was a week-long slump. #BlueJays #BlueJays50
