And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

Scott Denoon (@sdenoon) reported@RogersHelps Is the current expected resolution time of 10 PM for the outage in Calgary accurate? If so, that's unacceptable as that would be 18+ hours without Internet for all your customers on a Monday. Can we expect some sort of bill credit after this?

I know because the people told me they emailed me but I still never received them.
