    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers I got rid of Rogers YEARS ago for internet and TV.....way too expensive.....same service with other companies for a fraction of the cost

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps it took over 6 hours but I finally got someone to help, meiji, a rogers specialist figured it out for me. Bills paid in full. F you for making it so difficult to accomplish (satirically, I don't really mean f you) I hope I never have to go through this again.

    @RogersHelps I've been on hold for 1hr 35min trying to get my wife's sim card working after it just stopped working. If you want to keep customers, answering the phone might be a good move. Tried self service - can get a text, tried the store, people sat everywhere waiting....

    @Rogers Refrain from Hiring Customer Service employees who can't speak Proper English to us. Incoherent Un-Intelligible .. Call from a young man I could barely understand. He didn't know his job and what the supposed offer was either. He called his supervisor who let the call Drop. before explaining Do better!!! You haven't learned a thing. CSR's MUST SPEAK AND BE UNDERSTOOD IN ENGLISH.

    @RogersHelps Hi, all recordings made today have issues with the audio, as well as the fast forward feature and other functions. Itโ€™s pretty much unwatchable, and leads to an error message eventually. Very disappointing. Is there a way to salvage the recordings?

    Thatโ€™s some award-winning journalism there. ๐Ÿ™„ Itโ€™s not like the #BlueJays50 have 742 other serious problems that could be addressed. Itโ€™s a below-.500 ball club with numerous players in slumps but yeah, go ahead and focus on their toy box. Keep cashing those @Rogers paycheques.

    @RogersHelps Two nights in a row I had no internet over TV. Why is my bill so high if you can't provide reliable service. The first night was hours and last night was all night. I'm going to switch to Bell because these happens too often. ๐Ÿ˜ก
