And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

Chat today transferred me 3x and the agent was beyond rude.. I've worked in chat for a major bank and could never chat like that. I'm still not satisfied. Likely cancelling all products.

But what you didnt do was increase your staff to match your accounts accumulation...to the point where, I heard "Sorry, we are too busy to take your call, goodbye" Over and over and over for more than a month. Pssst It's Business 101 to NEVER EVER let that happen. Oh and Ive switched to Telus. Am I one lost customer, or 1 of many? ๐ค
