And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

Zerve (@Captain_C2) reported@Rogers non-stop internet service outages for the last week. It's also impossible to get a customer support agent to answer the phone, and the online support chat queue just randomly disconnects you and doesn't save your place in line, making that also basically impossible to use. Probably going to switch providers when I move in a couple months, because this is terrible.

Trizent (@Wizalters) reported@RogersHelps Problem is the Rogers team on phone didn't know there was outage even though it apparently was reported hrs earlier. Was suggested I PAY for a tech to come out Sunday AM (in 3 days) even tho I told them 100s have no service it isn't just me. Supervisor refused to listen to logic.

s. (@silmapps) reported@RogersHelps 2/3 Internet, land line and cable like they are automatically trying to avoid payments. It's a fkg ridiculously high price. Highest in the WORLD. Don't threaten them with cutting off services if your arrangement is not fulfilled, especially if they've never missed a payment
