@Rogers - Internet has been completely offline, no signal from the box, since Tues and all the first 3 support agents wanted to do was upsell me to Ignite. Earliest appointment is Friday after escalating to a manager, 5 workdays. #rogers how did things get so bad? #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps I’m having issues W/ my PVR. I can’t get closed captioning on any of my recordings. I have to go into on demand to watch them. This hasn’t been an issue before. Any ideas?

  • frankieg1000 Frank G (@frankieg1000) reported

@andi_1117 @Rogers So, then, they’re no different than Bell. Customer service is dead everywhere. I guess that’s what happens when we only have a couple viable options. Best of luck.

  • snowgirlct C. Turner (@snowgirlct) reported

@altNOAA @comcast Internet/wifi/TV with @Rogers went down in Canada for almost 48hrs. No 911, banking govt...anything on their service was impacted. Gave every customer a 2 day credit. PLUS govt legislation now that carriers must be able to share their vital services in case of an outage.
