@androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.

@RogersHelps Also, someone claiming to be you on DownDetector has been telling upset customers that this was a "cyber attack" and you shut everything down to prevent personal information leaking. You may want to address that when you can, please.

@RogersHelps in rural AB: no service - 2 phones. Had car breakdown, school dismissal, vax appts & no way to communicate. When will this be fixed?

@RogersHelps @Rogers This outage has impacted my work from home today. Couldn’t make any calls to my patients whom had booked phone appointment. We should have some kind of compensation for such a inconvenience!

@RogersHelps some customers.... I don't know of any that have service.. I think its closer to all customers... Also regular updates means more than every three hours, and usually includes an estimate.
