We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. Others are terrible.

There were unresolved issues in my postal area/many households impacted. All fixed now. Tech support folks have been beaten up. Be a gentleman. It helps!

That 5-day bill credit that we’re getting for the outage before now needs to be a whole month credit because of the unreliability!!!

I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by a third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. I had no idea they'd been shut down, called the traffic line to leave a tip for them that afternoon..went to voicemail..left a message..then turned on the channel to hear nothing but dead air. @Rogers made a huge error closing a much needed station down.

Wake up, doesn’t work. I called back and they’re like sorry our system is down, call back Mon morn. This is disgusting.
