@RogersHelps an employee at a Rogers store told me putting my phone in airplane mode can sometimes fix problems. Is this true? Why? She didn't know why, just gave me that tip. I was having trouble listening to music apps when she told me to do that.

@RogersHelps Lipimoni from Vancouver is not very good sorry to say. Some system issues on her end……super painful. Trying to add @TvCrave and @rogers website is not able so Rogers Live Chat. Something should take 5 minutes TOOK waaaayyyy too long. She’s gone again…..

Just got more info… When my SIL called, they created the account based on the number she called from, not the number she gave you. This problem was created by an error by your staff. A dying woman is suffering. The situation is not acceptable. Pls fix it now @RogersHelps 3/

@RogersHelps It seems to be the same problem as Octoberish 2021 - your other team that does something with rogers cable boxes on streets were involved back then possibly -must be notes sone where. Another tenant notices same problem.

@Rogers Been w/ Rogers for years w/o issues despite rogers giving me the bird on one occasion. Phone is now outdated.. I'd appreciate some love rather than having to switch to another provider before Rogers gets serious w/ loyalty on a call back.

@PdotChan @RogersHelps Checking VM either uses minutes or data on a foreign network. How can that not be considered using roaming services? You could call your mobile phone number from a different line to access VM that wzy, but it would likely be considered a long-distance call on that line.
