An agent had agreed to not have me charged for overage fee due to a glitch in usage text alerts and my bill shows I was charged. So much for them promoting 100% Canadian call centers. Back in the day, they used to answer the phone with “you’ve reached Jane in Moncton, how can I help you?” Notice how that is gone?

Make sure you read the terms and conditions and change your carrier to the new SIM card otherwise @Rogers will still charge you roaming even tho you have an overseas SIM card installed. Immensely terrible service. Canceling everything today.
