    @RogersHelps Its in regards to my wireless bill. An agent had agreed to not have me charged for overage fee due to a glitch in usage text alerts and my bill shows I was charged. No agent has been able to resolve the issue and I've called twice with no help.

    PSA @RogersBiz customers check your download and upload speeds by putting “Rogers speed test” in your browser. They are ripping you off. You aren’t getting the speed you pay for. Cancel and go to a real company. @RogersHelps is horrible too #internet #isp #rogerssucks

    @RogersHelps It is an awfully long time. It is also awful customer service for a long time loyal customer to experience, especially from your higher ups. I guess there is a long queue of people before me who have been scammed by @Rogers.

    @RogersHelps I’m not getting help in the DM I sent them the issue since December and I told them I’m using my phone data at home while the wifi is here but not working, the sent a technician he couldn’t do nothing another technician came he drew holes on the walls but still...

    Hold on...trying to figure out Rogers Ignite since the end of January. Still doesn’t work and @Rogers @RogersHelps now states that there is an IGNITE WIFI PROMISE. - where they guarantee wall-to-wall wifi and “proactive monitoring” - can’t help but laugh this Saturday morning

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been on hold for over 1 hour 30 minutes. Recording said 10-20 minute wait. Totally unacceptable. Not the first time. Had to hang up the other day as I had an appointment.

    @Rogers just charged me for a movie that I never watched. OnDemand movie purchases made so easy to buy that kids can simply click on a remote to buy. Why is this not restarined out of the box? So that Rogers can make more money by cheating customers? @cbcmarketplace please help

    @RogersHelps is there something up with the NHL Live on Xbox? Works on every other device I have, but keeps telling me I need to sign in and then it says someone else is using the account??
