@RogersHelps They do have 2 nextbox’s a 1.0 and a 2.0 as well on the main floor but I have never in all my life since this box was brand new when we got it when it came out seen it do that normally like the nextboxes it will just say download.

Most reliable service my A$$ @EdwardSRogers @Rogers you have no problem taking my money monthly yet I can't have relatively stable Internet services! Tired of calling, tired of having to ask for credits, just plain tired.. If nothing else I want to Run this mdm over with my car.

@klrobson @RogersHelps This was my experience as well today. The agent would ask me a question and then disappear for 15 minutes. At one point he even started commenting on things that had nothing to do with my issue and then insisted that someone come to my house to fix the issue.

@RogersHelps @iamacraftymama You never answer your DMs unfortunately and we have to wait for hours on the phone until we reach a customer service rep- that’s assuming that we don’t get transferred to a different department at a risk of loosing the call!
