  • OllonqvistMarko Marko Ollonqvist (@OllonqvistMarko) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Thank you! This is how you show appreciation & respect towards your customer; it doesn't even matter that I'm no longer with you guys, but I sure will reconsider my decision after this. @Bell has a lot to learn from you guys; they only reacted when I made this a public matter.

  • physioRock Andrew Wadhwa (@physioRock) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps really sad that you and the big 3 are choosing to raise the 10GB NO TAB plans now for no good reason. you know us customers have no recourse but to absorb it and just pay up. For the service we all get everyone knows we still pay really high fees as it is. #crooked

  • CarlosCarli Carlos Carli (@CarlosCarli) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Switched from @Rogers to @Bell based on a promise of faster internet speed. Disappointed outcome after just 24 hours. Bell might be faster since it uses finer optics, but their current hardware bottlenecks the wifi capabilities. I’m multiple tests with support tier 1,2 and 3

  • GHills6 Greg Hills (@GHills6) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Manny Machado is getting $30M pervyear as part of his new Padres $300M 10 yr mega-deal. Meanwhile the moron @BlueJays - who, newsflash aren’t trying - are shelling out $35M per year for Tulo and Martin NOT to play for te #Jays You cannot make this shit up. **** you @rogers

  • jazminnhayes jazminn 🌱 (@jazminnhayes) reported from Toronto, Ontario

hi, @RogersHelps, just got off the phone with customer service... and they’d rather lose a year of sales (almost $900), than adjust a month of my bill by $40 to the rate that was promised me... ok 😂😂😂

  • leciagonsalves Lecia gonsalves (@leciagonsalves) reported from Toronto, Ontario

When I signed up for Rogers Ignite TV @rogers I explicitly asked if something happens where I have to cancel the service, would I still maintain my email address & I was told yes by the sales person. Today I’m being told something else. #sofrustrated!!!

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BaoDeQiang BJRP (@BaoDeQiang) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

I love how @rogers has no compunction about billing customers when their service is spotty, ******, or just inexplicably down. Oh, it’s a holiday? Irrelevant. Do your bloody job. Charge obscenely for crap service, the absolute minimum you could do is deliver what you promise.

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@BuNdOAVFC @RogersHelps If there is a wooded area between the cellular tower and your location, signal interference can change as trees grow and lose leaves. Are there system settings available somewhere to determine signal strength?

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@BuNdOAVFC @RogersHelps Their Wireless Home Internet is based on sending/receiving signals from cellular towers. It would be limited by the same issues which cause interference for radiowaves. There are many factors which can affect cellular reception. Not sure what freq they use, but Bell uses 3500 MHz

  • tanyahayles tanya hayles (@tanyahayles) reported

Unsure why random devices are on my wifi network @RogersHelps. And it won’t let me delete it either. I just did a sweep of a whole bunch. WTF.

  • BassicNic Nic Bakker (@BassicNic) reported

    Haven't been a @Rogers client since 2016 and yet they're still ******* with me today. **** company.

  • kgj011783 Ken Johns (@kgj011783) reported

If you are thinking of using @Rogers for your cell phone service, stay away! They use false advertising and deceptive sales tactics. Worst cell phone provider in Canada by a long shot! Stay far far away from them

  • SerarAbFadheel Serar A. Fadheel (@SerarAbFadheel) reported

  • ColonelAngus17 Colonel Angus 💜 (@ColonelAngus17) reported

@7N7420 @Rogers I could certainly. I would rather see them have to forfeit the entire month's bill if they fail to provide service.
