An agent had agreed to not have me charged for overage fee due to a glitch in usage text alerts and my bill shows I was charged. No agent has been able to resolve the issue and I've called twice with no help.

I did get tech support earlier via chat very early this morning they said you need a new SIM. I said ok please send me one. On no, they don't do that you have to call customer support. Go through the whole exercise again for customer service to say you have to contact tech and they will send you one. Honestly, I am ready to turf the phone in the fire pit and cancel Rogers.
