My wife’s cell service is through @Bell, our home Internet is through Bell, also - my cell service is through @Rogers @RogersHelps ...I’m the only one with no service today, and have a contract renewal coming up soon.

@UnderHisEye6 @RogersHelps 💯 agreed! We are expected to pay high rates and on time regardless of our situation but when **** hits the fan for them, they are like oops looks like it’s all fixed now sorry but no one ever gets anything in return

@AldrenDaKeer @Rogers @RogersHelps Only thing I can say is ask them to cut your bill in half. Point at your data stream and say I pay for and use both up and down stream - they can look at your bandwidth usage history. Packet loss is a problem. It’s impacting your business so it should impact theirs too.
