We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. Others are terrible.

Rika (@Rika_Creative) reported@RogersHelps SUGGESTION On NHL live. Start with Scores turned OFF as default, as opposed to ON. That way those who dont want to see the scores don't inadvertently do so because they start ON. Where as if they are OFF to start, no problem.
