We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. I did pay a fee to do that but it was half of the Rogers fee. So you lost a customer. Because you can't provide customer service.
