    Get your act together @Rogers Having to pay for phone service and not being able to make a call is not right! I pay for service and when I need to make a call, I can’t? How can this last all morning?? I need service!!!!

    Hold on...trying to figure out Rogers Ignite since the end of January. Still doesn’t work and @Rogers @RogersHelps now states that there is an IGNITE WIFI PROMISE. - where they guarantee wall-to-wall wifi and “proactive monitoring” - can’t help but laugh this Saturday morning

    @UnderHisEye6 @RogersHelps 💯 agreed! We are expected to pay high rates and on time regardless of our situation but when **** hits the fan for them, they are like oops looks like it’s all fixed now sorry but no one ever gets anything in return

    PSA @RogersBiz customers check your download and upload speeds by putting “Rogers speed test” in your browser. They are ripping you off. You aren’t getting the speed you pay for. Cancel and go to a real company. @RogersHelps is horrible too #internet #isp #rogerssucks

    @RogersHelps No cell, no connection on my cell started intermittently on Saturday full off on Sunday and now Monday. I for one will be demanding a rebate. Rogers your wireless charges are high we should not be experiencing these issues. Get it together. Cells are used for more then social

    I truly don't know if I've ever had a worse experience with a company than with @Rogers. They give zero ***** about anything but gobbling up as much money as they can while giving increasingly terrible customer service. It's honestly baffling.

    @RogersHelps I have been told Sukhi is in the know. There are many errors on Rogers part in this one transaction. False charges on a January bill. Incorrect checks x 2. Five months delay. Many hours of my time wasted. Hence my tweet..
