@AldrenDaKeer @Rogers @RogersHelps This is literally the same problem I had. No one pays attention to upload (including tech support) because people primarily only use download. I finally gave up and went team blue because it took team red 8 months to find a competent tech support person to figure it out.

@AldrenDaKeer @Rogers @RogersHelps Only thing I can say is ask them to cut your bill in half. Point at your data stream and say I pay for and use both up and down stream - they can look at your bandwidth usage history. Packet loss is a problem. It’s impacting your business so it should impact theirs too.

@Rogers If Rogers wants high-speed internet then Rogers should pay for it, and not the taxpayer. Consumers pay high enough prices already, without having to subsidise network upgrades with their tax dollars as well.

So it turns out we bought a router from @Rogers for ignite to upgrade our internet and they sent us a broken & used one. The tech came by and told us ignite won't work out here. And NOW we're apparently paying extra for a service we can't even use! Roger's is SCUM and a SCAM
