You dont offer remotes at your stores but must be sent to us BY MAIL.   So @Rogers has been down for more than 24 hours now and there's still no service restoration time in sight. I'm really regretting having signed up now. Not even a week of being with you and we have this major service outage. This is not a good look for you. #CRTC

  @RogersHelps I have already spent months trying to resolve this via phone. The account is sent to collections despite a formal CCTS resolution (#COMP-01368301) and equipment return. I will not spend more time on hold. I expect @Rogers to fix their internal error and withdraw the account from collections IMMEDIATELY. My next update will be to @CCTS_CPRST that Rogers is failing to follow the process.
