    Why didn't @Rogers send an emergency text(s) when services went down? Why don't they sell SIM cards from other service providers to use during an emergency like what travellers can buy on airplanes? Is it unsafe to buy these from @amazon and not your service provider?

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Went to upgrade my phone to new iPhone and pay using my debit card. I wanted to walk away with my new phone and couldn't. What's up with that Rogers? Horrible service. May not get it now. #iPhone13

    Super frustrated with @Rogers . My building got bulk upgrades to ignite. Despite promises of good ignite wifi guarantee. Don't expect them to come through on that. Their wifi 6 modem has the same issue their AC one had with concrete walls. Their mesh pods can't be hardwired 😢

    @RogersHelps ignite TV constantly freezing ever since the outage. Unwatchable. Have tried restarting modem and boxes multiple times for what it's worth.

    My bf, a few kms away, & at least one neighbour, are STILL without wifi. Since Friday. It’s Tuesday. How is @Rogers still in business? Why haven’t telecoms companies made agreements w/each other to ensure service during outages-it works for travel, why not at home?? It’s 2022.

    After this weekend I’m so very proud to be a “**** @Rogers” household. In 2018 an employee was using consumer accts to funnel free phones out be to sold outside of Rogers. My acct had 18 phones funnelled through it. Had I not checked into an exorbitant bill, I’d never had known.

    @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers They will wait to reach out once they are set-up with their new provider. I cancelled all my services recently because they are terrible with customer service. Now I get a call about 3x a week wanting to offer me the world. Ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps And we are aware of the scam you are pulling off by stating that you have restored service to vast majority of customers!! Well orchestrated PR damage limitation scam !! Markham is still in stone age thanks to you !! Some top level heads should start rolling

    @Rogers 3 weeks now of choppy service in Orangeville, ON. not just us It's been the whole neighborhood complaining on Facebook groups. Need to figure this out soon and give us a months worth of credits... we're going to start looking for pricing come Monday from other providers.

    @brenpolley @TekSavvyCSR @Rogers My husband called tek savvy last night and was told Rogers was working on fixing the routing issue. TS uses Rogers infrastructure so you might want to switch to someone else.

    @Rogers is there issues in Corner Brook NL with landlines? My mother's phone isn't receiving calls, but she can call out. I've called her from my phone, and she called her number from her cell and neither works, but she can call me from her landline. Is there a known issue?
