    Stay away from @BellMediaPR — hidden charges and monthly service amount just jumped with no warning. Unhelpful, curt employee when trying to renew our service over the phone. Cancelling immediately and going back to @Rogers. This is ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps please, let ppl know about this issue. I have calling 3 times today to “Techs” in Rogers (even in Halifax, who had no clue). Still no “hi” (fee) speed Internet...

    I’m ready to cancel all our services @RogersHelps I want answers as to why our internet drops throughout the day. I have a request into support. I’m watching my text for an answer. We’ve had a few too many street wide outages. It also drops intermittently.

    @MaryWetton @RogersHelps Oh believe me I know. If only Bell and Rogers could mash together the best parts of their tv/internet offerings it would be great. Never going to happen. So round and round we go

    @YRP @AMBERAlertONT You spend millions of taxpayer dollars to set up any system to help the community. Not burden it. Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

    @RogersHelps That doesn't make sense. The same show on the same channel at the same time every day ie. the news sometimes has restart available sometimes doesn't. Can't be a content rights issue.

    Yet another fail by @Rogers. Woke up to find workers digging a trench in the front to run a line to the neighbour. No notice, no consideration. Rogers: “We’re not happy until the customer’s not happy.” Mission accomplished.

    This seems like an odd message to come from a police service, when @Rogers has tweeted no information about an outage themselves. Also, as a Rogers customer, I haven’t noticed any issue.

    Hey @RogersHelps this is the second time in about 2 weeks that I had to report an outage. That’s not best practice pro-active customer service. Your IVR is also extremely poorly organized.

    @RogersHelps what is the escalation process? I have had many techs come, verified all good at my house equipment etc. Every time it’s below zero outside my whole service drops, tech was apparently checking nodes etc in hood. Didn’t see anyone and no follow up. No change bad serv

    @Bell_LetsTalk Talking only helps with people who actually listen. Your company has never provided good service. This whole campaign is just a poor marketing attempt. One of many. I lump @Rogers with @Bell into the same garbage companies of #Canada pile. Your service hasnt improved in 30 years.

    @Rogers I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Rogers Ignite Internet service. Every year the service fee goes up but the service gets worse it seems. I have to call in at least half dozen times throughout the year about internet outages. Pt. 1

    @DominiqueOzelie @RogersHelps @Rogers I had to move my business bc landlord is selling building. Rogers was not available at my new location so I had to switch to bell (over $300 more per month for less service than rogers) and my early termination of my 3 yr contract I ended up settling at a $900 penalty! So pissed

    @sportsnet @rogers I pay you both a lot of $$ every month in part to watch the Leafs in at least HD on my 4k TV, 4k Apple TV w/your 4k(?) app & my Rogers internet. And you're sending me resolution I couldn't see the puck on an 100" TV. Do you want Bell to get my hundreds a month?
