@The_IT_Nerd @Rogers That really, really sucks! Not that this is a solution for everyone and not that this ought to be necessary but the bright side is that with things like libraries and coffee shops open again it isn’t necessarily a total day ruiner (vs during the height of lockdowns)

@CRTCeng @Rogers @RogersMediaPR I would like to know how in 2022, Rogers is blatantly refusing to unlock older devices for non customers. In fact, if you call them, their managers refuse to speak to you and agents refuse to help you.

@RogersHelps I tried stopping at your Rogers store at 7690 Markham Rd. 1130 and the doors were locked. Staff demanded I remove my mask look into a camera and then stated I needed photo ID to enter the building. Terrible way to treat customers.

@johnnyfastcat @schnookums13 @Rogers Story changes constantly. First it was the area. Then just my house. Then the area. Several times they have claimed the problem was solved & closed my ticket. Then give me a new ticket # when I call to say it’s not solved. Recent ticket has stood for 2 days. No updates.
