@Rogers No you don't. If you truly valued your customers, they wouldn't be paying these high rates for such mediocre service. You're losing my "gigabit" internet sergicr (which I have never seen get remotely near that speed), and three phone lines on Fido.

I’ve definitely had my fair share of issues with @Rogers services over the years. However, due to a recent unsolicited promotional offer my internet is faster, my bill is cheaper (could do better), and I am enjoying free Disney Plus for 12 months. Not bad, guys.

@MjbOriginal @RogersHelps Both my boxes had the same problem. I restarted each at least four times, both by unplugging it and by using the menu. I even tried switching the box locations and I had the same issue. I had to leave both my boxes disconnected overnight before they stopped glitching.

@RogersHelps Thanks, however the bigger issue for me is that your system is set up with no redundancies or separation..that whatever caused the problem was able to affect not just cable, cellular but all services including banking and emergency services nationwide, those should be protected!!
