Iβve attempted to cancel in-contract cell service and gotten calls from retention begging me to reconsider. This time? Nothing. I guess @RogersHelps churn numbers are good this quarter :)

He said that I must call customer support. This is ******* unbelievable!! Where is the respect with the customer? Do you call this an installation?

Since my apartment is new it has cables already on all rooms and fiber in the building He gave the fiber converter and the modem but he wonβt install using the apartment infra already in place

I canβt organize anything in my day off to solve all issues related to my moving but @RogersHelps thinks it is fine for me to take the entire day just to seat and wait for them

Internet is working but no cable and Rogers website is down. Ignite TV tells me the issue is on your end. Occasionally I can pull up the guide but canβt access any channels.
