Have you been to a @Rogers store lately? Before entering I had to scan QR code for my turn to enter, show ID, and was then asked to pull down my mask and look at the camera. WTF? I also wasn’t allowed to open the door on my own. All of this to return a modem.

That's really the most you'll be able to try and fight for. Then again, its Rogers. They're looking for ways to bill us for this
