    @mattgurney I cancelled my cable & internet last week after being a customer for over 20 years. I’ve attempted to cancel in-contract cell service and gotten calls from retention begging me to reconsider. This time? Nothing. I guess @RogersHelps churn numbers are good this quarter :)

    FYI @RogersHelps internet is down for the entire neighborhood surrounding M5V. Confirmed with a CSR. No ETA as of yet. Time to make use of one of the free networks in the area.

    @Rogers is there a cable outage in the Victoria Park/Kingston Road area of Toronto? Internet is working but no cable and Rogers website is down. Ignite TV tells me the issue is on your end. Occasionally I can pull up the guide but can’t access any channels.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps The technician left, I have all the equipment that he gave me, I did follow the instructions, NO INTERNET. He said that I must call customer support. This is ******* unbelievable!! Where is the respect with the customer? Do you call this an installation?

    @rogers so nice to be held hostage by you! Trying to cancel a phone you can see hasn’t been used for YEARS - but as original account owner is elderly and unavailable you insist on keeping it open! Bureaucratic cash grab.

    @Rogers What is the point of schedule something if you can’t make it? This destroys the purpose of scheduling. I can’t organize anything in my day off to solve all issues related to my moving but @RogersHelps thinks it is fine for me to take the entire day just to seat and wait for them

    @RogersHelps Still no Internet at home because Rogers never installed it. The new technician was supposed to show this morning between 10am and noon. I wonder if he/she will show in 9 minutes

    @RogersHelps having trouble with landline internet. Wifi off and on. Since morning. I have restarted the router 2-3 times today. Internet speed test shows very less mbps download and upload. This kind of problem there for past 4-5 months. Why????

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Unbelievable the technician got finally here, gave a bag of stuff and create a problem. Since my apartment is new it has cables already on all rooms and fiber in the building He gave the fiber converter and the modem but he won’t install using the apartment infra already in place

    @RogersHelps Hours on this ****, I had lost all my other stuff on my calendar to solve today because you guys just can’t delivery the minimum which is respect the schedule time and DO the installation. Now I’m on the wait line for customer support. This is a nightmare

    @rogers increased my bill by $100 monthly, so I cancelled my home internet and TV ... churn numbers must be good this month because I didn’t even get a call from the retention department begging me to come back! lol Anybody have any experiences, good or bad, with TekSavvy?

If there are people around. Alone at home? How is this an acceptable response to an unacceptable outage?

    @RogersHelps Why is the game in Winnipeg, Manitoba blacked out to me when I am in Edmonton, Alberta.... This service is a rip off, works about 3/8 games I've tried to watch this season.. well worth my money please respond since your customer support chat or number won't.

    @RogersHelps why is my mobile data so slow. Been like this for a few weeks. Videos take forever and buffer constantly? Sites and apps barely load. On a Samsung S21 5G. Wifi works great.

    @Stasher15 @RogersHelps I keep closing the game, I tune into another game, 5 minutes later, I open the Leafs game, and it’s replaying what I watched, and freezes at the same spot. It’s so bad.

    @RogersHelps Fix Sportsnet Now, can’t believe you make people pay for this with all the buffering and playback errors. Can’t recall a time when I used this service and it actually worked how it’s supposed to. Maybe saw 3 minutes of a 20 minute period of hockey lol what a joke.
