@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile carriets throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

@RogersHelps Fix your replies. Because you keep replying to tweets that don’t start with a mention, all your Remind tweets end up in the timeline.

  • jodyvance Jody Vance (@jodyvance) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Post_Brodie @RogersMobileCa I plan to go to @RogersHelps customer retention tomorrow. If not .... I'm switching. today's discovery of top up charges remaining for ages (years) is not cool. I'm done with shady.

Getting tired of @Rogers and @Apple @AppleSupport bouncing me back and forth for every iPhone or Apple Watch issue I’m having. Wish someone would just take responsibility already instead of laying the blame on each other! 😡 #customerservicefail #CustomerExperience

  • JCog88 Joshua Coghlan - IG 》 (@JCog88) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Bell_Support or @RogersHelps is it true we #Note9 users don't get 9 Pie or #OneUI until the 11th. Damn

Rogers Issues Reports

  • ursus_blancus sum guy (@ursus_blancus) reported

Been on hold with a billing issue with @rogers. This is part of the reason I dropped four lines in 2022 that were with you guys.

  • Reillygrimes Reilly Grimes (@Reillygrimes) reported

@willomount38 @Rogers What a positive, solutions-oriented guy. What are you using to rate all your bad customer service experiences - your own ****** attitude?

  • danny_gargaro Danny Gargaro (@danny_gargaro) reported

@Rogers Worst service I’ve EVER encountered

  • Moving2Canada10 Moving2Canada101 (@Moving2Canada10) reported

@RogersHelps (Pt1) I just downloaded every bill & realized that was the ONLY time a notice was shared. Aside from the fact that there was nothing to draw attention to the text there, the fact remains that this increase was decided within months of a major Rogers outage.

  • jackryan8210 Jack Ryan (@jackryan8210) reported

@RogersHelps Do something. Not able to work for hours. Very unreliable service. I wish I could have another internet service

  • oneous Oronno (@oneous) reported

Reached out @Rogers support over chat in last two days. After initiating chat, every response coming 6 to 8 minutes later! Simple support conversations span over 40-50 minutes. Probably support agents doing too much multi-tasking. Time to get back to phone support. Disappointing.

  • gregdownham1999 Greg Downham (@gregdownham1999) reported from Brantford, Ontario

@Rogers Do you support the Galaxy Watch5 PRO LTE service?

  • Dalejustdale1 Dale.just.dale (@Dalejustdale1) reported

It wouldn’t be @Rogers @Sportsnet NOW without frozen streams and buffering every ten goddamned minutes!! Worst sports streaming service ever!! Way to go @NHL 🤬🤬🤬

  • Greatness69 Greatness 69 (@Greatness69) reported

@RogersHelps PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get Home / Away feeds for NHL ,like it used to have. #SNNOW is an absolute GARBAGE product without it

  • Moving2Canada10 Moving2Canada101 (@Moving2Canada10) reported

'Principle' is a serious thing. Oftentimes, we hold on to a blind sense of loyalty to companies who do not care about clients and we pay them an arm and a leg to treat us like garbage. Your days getting my money are officially numbered @Rogers #wicked #rogers
