@RogersHelps I have a promotional deal. I’ll just cancel my current account, as I own the phone, and sign up for the promotion. It’s not hard but apparently it is for @Rogers

  • kellymanloves kelly (@kellymanloves) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps can you confirm if 18008289828 is your Cantonese/mandarin customer service line, because my mom got from them saying they’re from Rogers not sure if it’s scam or not because online it says the # is 18007877953 and when you phone both of them

  • RiazMeghji Riaz Meghji (@RiazMeghji) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps a serious security breach occurred on my family members phone recently. Fraudster did a SIM swap - phone number ported to another company. No compensation from @rogers, no customer service . Seems they dont care

  • sheilamoris Sheila Morissette (@sheilamoris) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Yes I am pretty sure that you would rather talk to me privately but I am so disappointed in @Rogers & lack of any customer service that I am ready to go very public about this incident

  • Rparmarr89 Vasily Podgoalzin (@Rparmarr89) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@MonikaGul @NEWS1130 @canantifraud True story. Happened to me last month as well as I thought the text was spam. Got into my PayPal account as well. Luckily @AskPayPal and @Rogers rectified the issue within a couple hours and got my phone number back.

  • oneweedram Eva Pang (@oneweedram) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Getting tired of @Rogers and @Apple @AppleSupport bouncing me back and forth for every iPhone or Apple Watch issue I’m having. Wish someone would just take responsibility already instead of laying the blame on each other! 😡 #customerservicefail #CustomerExperience

    Cancel your sports cable packages people. @Shawhelp @TELUS @TELUSsupport @BellMediaPR @RogersHelps @TSN_Sports @Sportsnet

  • JefferySimpson Jeffery Simpson (@JefferySimpson) reported from White Rock, British Columbia

I worked in sales and CS for @Rogers for 10 years. It wasn’t my favourite job but I knew who I worked for, didn’t have to scam people and people understood what they were buying. Yes I sold phones to people I knew but I never had to pressure people into selling phones for me.

  • j_holtslander Jay Holtslander (@j_holtslander) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

  • MorganeOgerBC Morgane Oger (@MorganeOgerBC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile providers throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

  • j_holtslander Jay Holtslander (@j_holtslander) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps btw your recommendation to enable Wi-fi calling didn’t help me at home in my Vancouver apartment. Was already on.

  • kikithekrakra99 Kiefer Abram (@kikithekrakra99) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

    @RobairreG @RogersHelps #rogerswireless #crappywirelessservice #surrey #176st #canadaway #burnaby #hwy1 Restarted my phone at 192th & hwy 1 now at Canada way and it's still on crappy slow 4g singal

@Post_Brodie @RogersMobileCa I plan to go to @RogersHelps customer retention tomorrow. If not .... I'm switching. today's discovery of top up charges remaining for ages (years) is not cool. I'm done with shady.

  • AccordXTC Wyatt Thompson (@AccordXTC) reported

@RogersHelps You claim to be positively credited for our services for the day. Why only a day and most of us it's been two or more days with services not working. Where's the commitment there of making it right for your customers??? #rogersoutrage

  • ChrisHe24808549 Chris Henderson (@ChrisHe24808549) reported

  • markblei Mark Blei (@markblei) reported

@andyboyce2404 @RogersHelps I'll also add that those same companies who use the "We'll budget for a missing day once a year" logic to validate not having a fail over acct with another ISP, are still outraged at the loss & talk about not being able to afford missing a day when outages occur.

  • BigJ89600627 BigJ (@BigJ89600627) reported

@RogersHelps Can't wait till u fools do this again and then prob say it was a cyberattack hahahahaha u guys are horrible...can't even handle 39 mill ppl

Where is the fake media outrage over @rogers still having left their customers without service? Rogers says everything is fine now and they just go away?
