@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile carriets throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ChrisMunday31 Chris Munday (@ChrisMunday31) reported

@RogersHelps ignite tv still unwatchable in London... Any plans to fix it?

  • 0418GM Gloria (@0418GM) reported

@RogersHelps I certainly hope you’re crediting more than just 2 days of outage bc Ignite TV is worse today than Saturday’s consistent picture freezing or no sound every 10-30 secs. Picture either freezes, no sound or both or black screen...4 days later u should have ur $hit together by now🤬

  • kel_minns Kelly Minns (@kel_minns) reported

@CP24 Ignite TV has been off more than it’s been on since @Rogers “fixed” the issues. I seriously doubt it’s a very small number of customers! This is ridiculous

  • NanaHer26453079 babaseven6 (@NanaHer26453079) reported

@RogersHelps hello??? I am paying for ignite tv and internet services. My channels are all glitching and stopping during the shows. Fix it or what???

  • Kathy_Barratt Kathy Barratt (@Kathy_Barratt) reported

Hey @Rogers I don’t think 2 days credit is going to cut it. TV service stills sucks today! And I list a day’s business because of your outage!

  • cupquakez ᶻᵉᵉ (@cupquakez) reported

@Rogers I haven’t been able to use my TV service in 4 days. Every channel freezes and shuts off every 10-20 seconds. Have reset modem, restarted everything and nothing is working. Really contemplating canceling if not locked in a contract. This is ridiculous at this point.

  • shurmanator ℙ𝕖𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝕊𝕙𝕦𝕣𝕞𝕒𝕟 (@shurmanator) reported

@rodethedragon @bellfibe_tv @Rogers Still happening here too...stutter TV. WTF is wrong with those folks?

  • LindaLoo4 Linda Strother-Bynoe (@LindaLoo4) reported

@RogersHelps no ignite at all for last two hours. Ignite was coming in and out since Saturday. Now nothing. Why are you ghosting your customers? I have more friends without full service than I have with full service. L4C. Vast majority not restored. More lies.

  • cassidy_berg Cassidy B (@cassidy_berg) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers trying to watch the bachelorette and seems cable is not working

  • erinea905 Erin (@erinea905) reported

@RogersHelps we have ignite and the TV is still a mess and we can't stream shows either. I hope you aren't still planning on sticking to the insulting 2 day credit. I don't want to have to spend 4 hours getting through to your customer service dept but I will
