    @MonikaGul @NEWS1130 @canantifraud True story. Happened to me last month as well as I thought the text was spam. Got into my PayPal account as well. Luckily @AskPayPal and @Rogers rectified the issue within a couple hours and got my phone number back.

    @RogersHelps a serious security breach occurred on my family members phone recently. Fraudster did a SIM swap - phone number ported to another company. No compensation from @rogers, no customer service . Seems they dont care

I went to both @AppleSupport @Rogers stores in person, was told by staff at both the only way to get reconnected is to do a reset on the phone every time. @Apple says it’s a Rogers/Fido network issue. Rogers staff said no one wants to take responsibility.
