If @RogersHelps isn't able to inform public what caused this outage was or assure us it won't happen again, part of their "compensation" for customers should be to allow us to void our current contracts (without penalty) & switch providers. Rather this than some measly discount.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @Rogers I have a unknown charge in the bill and when i called customer service they don't have info on that charge and won't reverse the charge as well. I have never such a worst customer service.

@BuNdOAVFC @RogersHelps Hey dude... Am switching to telus... Was getting 200-250mbps down on a Saturday night back in February or March ish.... Even better on Sunday nights like 400mbps now this.... Only 50 down... On an medal 200 ft cell tower with rogers/telus etc on it with in 15 ft of direct line1/2

@RogersHelps you're claiming service has been restored, but I cannot receive SMS messages. As a result, I cannot log into my bank because @TD_Canada solely supports SMS MFA (which is also a joke). When will your services be fully restored including SMS? Thanks.

@RogersHelps, Houses across from me and houses on my side have internet yet I don’t. I called yesterday and a ticket was opened. Today I was told a ticket had to be resubmitted because it might’ve gotten lost. How am I to be confident you’re actually working to fix the problem?

Many more storms like that are happening so i guess we should all go to bell where there loss of seevice is limited and there communication about it to customer’s is direct. @RogersHelps So how about fixing the Anna bot to say that? Have to give a lot of info to even get that, including power cycling the modem. Rogers lack of communication is terrible.
