    And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

    Alright @rogers, coming to you for a new phone and a refund for lost network time and lost productivity. Hope for your company’s sake this wasn’t because of an undetected hack or summat. Costs quickly escalate in such circumstances.

    Another day, another unpleasant experience of sitting here waiting for @RogersHelps to restore my internet and fix their extremely unreliable service. Atleast once a week my internet goes down and I live in one of the biggest cities in Canada, unacceptable. Going on an hour now.

    @Rogers I’ve now been holding for 2+ hours. Your customer service dropped me twice and two other times they’ve sent me to the wrong department, all for a mistake that was made by your team. Your customer service is horrendous.
