    And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

The funniest tweets I've seen so far are the ones saying report your service outage like how could I do that. The stupidity is amazing.
