  • sheilamoris Sheila Morissette (@sheilamoris) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps a serious security breach occurred on my family members phone recently. Fraudster did a SIM swap - phone number ported to another company. No compensation from @rogers, no customer service . Seems they dont care

  • MorganeOgerBC Morgane Oger (@MorganeOgerBC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile providers throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

  • kikithekrakra99 Kiefer Abram (@kikithekrakra99) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

  • BlueCedarAngel #IndianStatus531 (@BlueCedarAngel) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

I pay an average of $4000 annually to @Rogers for my phone bill. I've been with them for over 20 years, or when they set up shop in Vancouver BC 1/4 of the time we get treated like ****. I always think about switching then family crisis happens. #NotHappy #badservice

  • BlueCedarAngel #IndianStatus531 (@BlueCedarAngel) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@RogersHelps That's just great! Why not tell my son the first time at the store?! Never before have we had to go through all this bs!! Why have codes of your not going to use them?! The manager got me to yell my code to her in the store?! A simple call for authorization? #badservice

  • MorganeOgerBC Morgane Oger (@MorganeOgerBC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Getting tired of @Rogers and @Apple @AppleSupport bouncing me back and forth for every iPhone or Apple Watch issue I’m having. Wish someone would just take responsibility already instead of laying the blame on each other! 😡 #customerservicefail #CustomerExperience

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • WouldStaley93 Michael Cohen (@WouldStaley93) reported

@JaneBrownNews @LIZPR @Rogers That would make sense. I got my recent bill with zero credit. Par for the course for such a god awful piss poor company like Rogers. No surprise to me given how people like John Tory and Tony Staffieri are on the board of directors along with that pompous elitist Ed Rogers

  • NRGSerge Serge Cormier (@NRGSerge) reported

@jfmezei Actually after reading their response, excessive use of the # character by @Rogers could very well be the cause of this outage. They stated that a filter in their router's configuration was accidentally disabled and in most configuration files, the # is used to comment out lines.

  • jtreble_me John Treble (J3) 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@jtreble_me) reported

@RogersHelps Rogers svc msg: There is a service interruption in your area. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble using your TV, internet and home phone services. Our technicians are working as quickly as possible to get services up and running again. If you’re able to connect …

  • samhinthecity Sam Houston (@samhinthecity) reported

@RogersHelps @JaneBrownNews Communication was a big issue for Rogers during the outage… And it continues to be. Very bizarre that a communications company would have such a problem communicating

  • masterofn001 🚫1 . . : (@masterofn001) reported

So, @Rogers says it was an 'update' that killed the network nationwide. And they are responsible for security updates on your phones. Even more reason to remove the carriers from their all too powerful role of controlling what software / bloatware / spyware you must use.

  • hl_eee HL (@hl_eee) reported

@RogersHelps - Is there anyone who can help? I have shared my concerns related to incorrect billing on my Rogers account 3x and was assured each time that the correct charges will be reflected on my bill. Well, it was not - how many days of hold would it take?

  • rdcoulthard Roy (@rdcoulthard) reported

Well, @Rogers, this is the end for you and me, but mostly for you. I can state unambiguously that it wasn’t me, it was you. See you never! #rogersoutrage #rogersletsnottalkday

  • gina_tsaparas Gina T (@gina_tsaparas) reported

@RogersHelps Internet down in Markham nothing working again what’s the status please?

  • CampbellCoal The House Super HiFi podcast (@CampbellCoal) reported

@RogersHelps this is the third cable outage this month.

  • krazyakira kara (@krazyakira) reported

@Chilli_Momma @Rogers I was off for 3 days. Back on Sunday 12:20 pm. Finally when I could do live chat. But still slow or no connection. With a $330 plus Rogers bill a month this should be better service and a 5 day credit isn't enough. That's about $60 total. Peanuts.
