@Rogers Yeah.....on my fourth ticket in 2 years.... Still the same. It's absurd we have to tether our phones to a work phone on Bell. And tech support keeps telling us to get rural internet-which doesn’t exist here.

  • G995Stu
    Stuart T 995 (@G995Stu) reported

@RogersHelps Question: I lost 18 hrs of service so far this month (internet, TV, home phone) due to outages. Why can't Rogers just prorate that next month and take 18 hrs off of my bill. Why would I pay for those 18 hrs?

  • MattDungey
    🇨🇦Matt Dungey🇨🇦 (@MattDungey) reported

@Rogers and @Bell do not give a **** about their customers. This is why the CBC is so important in this country. So again , **** you @Rogers

  • zohrasool
    Z (@zohrasool) reported

@RogersHelps Why does my cable go out when there’s issues with wifi? I pay for cable it should be separate. And why does wifi have issues every single day?? @RogersHelps

@EricFrancis **** @Rogers and @Sportsnet canceled 4 phones and my subscription. Off the Bell and will get the NHL network for Flames. Typical hate for the West from a company who only cares about Toronto.

@RogersHelps Please explain why I've been on hold for 48 minutes and counting to speak to tech, again. This never ending issue is going to send me straight to Bell. After Saturdays techi visit I thought issue solved. Evidently not. It may never get solved I think.

  • ireney33
    Ireney (@ireney33) reported

@EdmontonOilers Too bad we won't be able to watch the games at all anymore. No more Hockey Night in Canada. @Rogers #Nhl Sad for Canadians. Smells like greed to me.

  • akohlsmith
    Andrew Kohlsmith (@akohlsmith) reported

@RogersHelps Yes my credentials work fine on the website, and if I intentionally give bad username or password the Xfinity app tells me and doesn’t try to 2FA, so I am sure the login info is correct

  • MikeDelpieroX
    Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported

@MustardSports @MyHockeyBurner @Rogers Good. More Canadians need to cancel and send Rogers the message they deserve. Overpriced, restrictive sports packages are pushing fans away. No wonder Canadians look at options like ESPN+ with a VPN or turn to IPTV. Rogers created this frustration — not the fans. Do better.
