    @RogersHelps Not impressed with your Ignite TV service. Keeps freezing. Replaying last 15 seconds over and over again. Calling my concierge assigned agent, wrong extension #, then transfered 3 times and still on hold. This is not the promised premier service. I want my $$ back.

    @RogersHelps Tried many times. It still did not work. The agents tried it it did not work - they sent reset links on email but I never received the email. Yes I checked junk mail.

    @RogersHelps What is included with the home phone service in the Ignite package? Impossible to find any info unless you have desktop computer. Cel phones are redirected to your rogers home page when trying to find info about IPTV.

    @Rogers Without internet the past 2 days. I confirmed with Rogers that there is a optic fiber cable break. Now I have to take vacation days since I am unable to work from home. Rogers CSR was rude and only offered $13 credit. This is unacceptable considering my tenure w/ them.

    In the last 4 weeks my @Rogers internet has gone down 7 times. Extremely dissappointed. Have to hotspot to my phone to get work done. No wonder I exceed my cellular data limit. Can’t even bother to call them to complaint. Wait is too long. @RogersHelps #rogerssucks
