I’m so very done being a customer.

To cut costs, they quietly scrapped their "100% Canadian" PR pledge, cut domestic support contracts, and pushed call center roles right back overseas to offshore vendors. I asked what all the background noise was and he said he was driving, using a car phone. 😭
