Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

@RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

Update: So it’s > than 1.5 hours & now on a NEW ‘Hold’ que w @Rogers after technical support could NOT help me:so I was transferred. Im on hold again w/o even the option of a call back.... I know it’s snowing @Rogers Ignite, but my bills should reflect Actual Service!
