Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

@RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

Another “wonderful” conversation with @Rogers. Internet went from totally fine to completely down, and apparently they won’t be able to send someone to fix it for three days. We live 20 minutes from the downtown of a major city, but there are no techs available in our area… ugh
