    @RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

    Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

    @RogersHelps It is down here in Nova Scotia. It is looked to be down fall customers. Change your statement. Will it be refund for us for the service you have failed to provide?

    @RogersHelps I wanna leave Rogers so badly! Bills are so high for 3 phones and the fact they have had an outage for so long makes it worse

    @RogersHelps @phil_jacobson That doesn't answer the question. When we go over our data, we're billed accordingly. Will customers be comped for the outage? I want to see a deduction on my next bill.

    @RogersHelps My dog chewed on a poisonous plant leaf and I couldn't call anyone, so I ended up rushing her to the vets & hoping they can look after her. With covid you can't just walk in to the vets, you have to call before they open the door. That's hard to do when there's No Service!!!
