    Hey @AirCanada I just reached out to @RogersHelps and they got back to me within 15 minutes... that’s how large company’s show they care about the consumers that make them millions a year. #aircanada going on 5 days with no support!

    @Rogers These copy and pasted responses look so bad for you guys. I don't even have a Rogers phone, but because you own @Fidomobile my cell service is dead as well. No info, No customer interaction, no return of service. This is why Monopolies should be illegal.

    @RogersHelps Fido is not working because of the issue at Rogers! This needs to be fixed now. Why have ya’ll not updated us on what the issue is and for how long we can expect to be without service. Do you all not comprehend the issue at all? Someone needs to be held accountable!!
