@AboutRogers @Rogers What is the root cause? When will this continuous, as opposed to intermittent, issue be resolved? Will you credit our monthly bills for this compete service disruption or will you only do so if the customers phone in to complain? Show some initiative and get ahead of this

Dear @Rogers there is nothing intermittent about the outage. It’s not ‘some’ people that are impacted. ITS EVERYONE. Lost network at 2 am. It’s now 6.21pm ET.
