Hey @AirCanada I just reached out to @RogersHelps and they got back to me within 15 minutes... that’s how large company’s show they care about the consumers that make them millions a year. #aircanada going on 5 days with no support!

@Rogers walked by a rogers store at eagles landing (duff and major mac) and asked if they can help change my billing online.. they said do it online yourself.. I am thinking there's no one in the store so what can they be busy with to not help a customer

@glott77 @Rogers @RogersHelps Or the simple thing of viewing your real time mobile data usage, not a 12 hour delay, unless you're on a specific type of plan. Even paying 80$ didn't qualify for me to view my real time data. Give yourself all the gold stars and accolades you want, your service is subpar
@RogersHelps A half hour later light is flashing green/amber/red over and over. Is this something Rogers can fix?
@rcarrick @Rogers takes the cake on hold times. Unless ofcourse you are a new customer or want to renew... then it feels like there is no wait time.
@rcarrick My family and I are living the most ridiculous customer service issue with @Rogers. My mother who is 81 and dementia has been unable to receive calls from landlines and cell phones EXCEPT from one mobile number for more than a week. So much more to tell. Pls help!
