    @RogersHelps 7 hours over two days with a dozen people from your support team only to be told that the plan I had for a year was actually not supposed to be available. Ended up canceling two lines. Very disappointed.

Tech support said Anna is wrong and gave me the most useful answers yet. The info from the tech tool told me you all know more

    @RogersHelps you guys able to give a rough estimate, at least, on an ETR for the Nepean area? I got conned into switching to ignite. Everything is now dependant on an active internet connection. According to an outage map, it's clear across Canada.
