However, the final payment has still not been processed, which is preventing me from closing my Canadian bank account.

I will pay all my outstanding bill & port out my number. It seems that Rogers doesn’t care about loyalty & repeat business.

Switched and when I called to cancel, they offered me $65 a month if I signed a locking in contract for 3 years, where they could increase it back at will
