Best part of my day? Eight calls to @TELUSsupport because my Telus tech showed up this morning to do an install and left without getting in the building. Apparently, he’s the only person in the world unaware that the @rogers network is down and you can’t reach people by phone.

I’ve been with @Rogers for over 15yrs. Never missed a bill. Even when they’ve continued to bill me past my contract (billing me extra for a phone that had been paid for). There’s no reward for loyalty and this mess is the straw that broke the camel’s back. #donewithrogers

@RyanCFP @Rogers Rogers has multiple data centers across the country. It’s shocking that they do not have layers of redundancy in place to prevent this sort of insane outage. I have time-sensitive items on my plate and I can’t reach some people that are critical for those items.
