@Rogers Belleville ON im struggling with phone calls especially data usage. Says full signal but thats wrong! Have to put on airplane mode and off to get data

@gamerhales @RogersHelps Company is swindling money. They are gonna lie and say a wire was cut but it happens every week. Disconnect your service with rogers and try bell. They are faster and dont swindle money while lying

I thought by having Natalie coming over from Telus would make customer service better. But with Edward putting in an accountant in his place Im sure his focus will be on the customer rather than $

@RogersHelps I have contacted @startca they're great but it'll take 24 hours to send a ticket then 2 days before you can send a tech to fix the outage YOUR tech caused I contacted my neighbor and we had another Rogers tech come out to resolve the issue but we're still offline. I work at home.

@RogersHelps My internet has been down (>1mbps, can't load anything) for 2 days. Called yesterday & they told me it was due to AWS. AWS is up but Rogers is not! I've been on hold for 2 hours, DMed on Twitter, and tried the website chat; no responses! what do I have to do here?
