    @Rogers your virtual assistant Anna said at 238 pm there was “an ongoing outage in your area” (Church/Carlton downtown Toronto). 3 hours later it’s still down. Any timeline on the fix?

    @jilli_dee @Rogers They hooked up a generator to the pole, chained it onto the pole and left. I received a text message saying the problem was fixed. Couldn't be more wrong.

    @Rogers OMG! Got a copyright infringement notice that definitely didn’t come from this household. Telephone support was useless, I was on hold most of the time. Not a satisfactory result at all, who has this kind of time to be on the phone for an hour over a basic issue? 😡
