    @Rogers tired of hearing excuses. The outage in my area cannot be weather related. I had all my services Friday Saturday, Sunday. Now Monday when I'm looking out my window - no snow & the trees aren't moving #nowind I got nothing #unacceptable

    Told I can change my modem at a Rogers location only to be told that they don't have any modems to swap and I have to call support. @Fidomobile and @Rogers need to get their acts together. @RogersHelps

    @Rogers @RogersHelps 3 days without any internet during the Christmas weekend. Yet to see a single rogers crew on Finch/Islington, last customer support had said they have no clue what the notes given to them say so they can’t help me. Sick of the false times provided by Rogers

    My home internet’s been down since yesterday morning (thanks @RogersHelps) while the LTE network on my cell phone (thanks @TELUSsupport) has also been down since yesterday morning so I’ve been stuck using super slow 3G data on my phone during a holiday with no home internet

    It's been over 60 hours without internet at some parts of Toronto, incl Finch/Islington/Weston area. Totally unacceptable. Please at least provide eta & send crew to help ASAP. @RogersHelps @Rogers

    @RogersHelps how is my internet still out? I have used my phone data that’s with another company all because the company I pay for decided it’s customers weren’t worth having the service they pay for active.
