    @RogersHelps More than 96 hours later after my first contact with Rogers, I still don't have the credit. I was told 48 hours is all it would take. Seriously frustrating poor non-existent service. I W will soon be switching to another provider

    @RogersHelps @ellenroseman @RogersHelps Hello Ellen, do you have any contacts at Rogers who can help resolve a billing issue? I have contacted Rogers via management office & social media, but my billing error remains unresolved. Very poor customer service from Rogers. Thank you!!

    @Rogers awful service provider. Charging there customer for service that’s is never been used except activation. Ripping off. It’s been 5 years with rogers but from last 3 months insane. First covid , second inflation, thirdly ripping of customers silently.Someone need to look in

    @rogers your Hitron CODA modem sucks!!! It has a know issue with voip. I need to replace this asap!!

    March madness has started … unfortunately if you live in Canada @Rogers and @Bell aren’t showing the first four. Hmmmm sounds like we need better service providers… just a thought #frustration

    @RogersHelps - not sure what to do. Agreed to a new ignite bundle package on Feb 28, and 2 weeks later the new package price is still not indicated on my account. 5+ calls into Rogers support has not resolved the issue. Please advise
