    @gamerhales @RogersHelps Company is swindling money. They are gonna lie and say a wire was cut but it happens every week. Disconnect your service with rogers and try bell. They are faster and dont swindle money while lying

    @RogersHelps @venkatragavan80 They have been planting trees up and down Lisa Street since 9 AM today. I wonder if they have anything to do with it. It’s 5:45 pm now and they’re almost done.

I thought by having Natalie coming over from Telus would make customer service better. But with Edward putting in an accountant in his place Im sure his focus will be on the customer rather than $

    @RogersHelps I have contacted @startca they're great but it'll take 24 hours to send a ticket then 2 days before you can send a tech to fix the outage YOUR tech caused I contacted my neighbor and we had another Rogers tech come out to resolve the issue but we're still offline. I work at home.

    @RogersHelps My internet has been down (>1mbps, can't load anything) for 2 days. Called yesterday & they told me it was due to AWS. AWS is up but Rogers is not! I've been on hold for 2 hours, DMed on Twitter, and tried the website chat; no responses! what do I have to do here?

    @RogersHelps im about to lose my job because you idiots can't fix ur internet issues. Someone cut a wire SO HOW IS IT OUR FAULT. Im cancelling my service with this garbage company. I lost my job cause the internet outage. **** you clowns

    @RogersHelps there’s Rogers Home Internet outage in Lisa Street Brampton from morning onwards still we don’t have any information … when service will be restored?
