Tired of the crap answers & service. Expect them to ask you to DM them with your info so they can “look into it”.

@Rogers I did last time! The repeat outages is one thing. But you go and try on data to load your outage map! Look at the ads, its terrible for paying customers to be inundated with ads(that pay rogers more) when they are trying to find out the reason its out.
