I pay for this service, I'm trying to work remotely, I shouldn't have to tether to my cell. Inconsistency is not what I want in my internet service.

Got a COVID questionnaire even though your tech people won’t come inside anyway. Internet is essential in these times. I work from home and have to pay double as neither is reliable.

Maybe less so with the current financing model, but that is one of the problems with having meaningful competition only at the top end of the market.

I was told that a technician was scheduled for 8-10am today (December 5) to make the repairs. I just called for an update and the ticket has been closed without any work being done.
