    And after sitting at home for two hours waiting for r @RogersHelps technician I find out they’ve randomly cancelled the call for no apparent reason and there’s no way to get someone out today. Absolutely imcompetent customer service.

    Wait! I remember why I’m not a @RogersHelps customer! Because while the house was being built and I wanted them to run a cable line before the walls were closed so we didn’t have to drill holes in my new walls after they were finished, Rogers said they didn’t want my business!

    @RogersHelps Thank you I will. I actually don’t mind this slowed down 512kbps data speed but since it resets tomorrow and the max speed data expires tomorrow because my data resets tomorrow imma blow it all tomorrow. All 3GB of it. 😂. It shouldn’t be too hard since I’ve already used 17GB

    Just experienced the WORST customer service in a very long time with @Rogers. I've been a loyal customer for years and years, and after this encounter, I'm seriously thinking of switching telephone providers and bringing my family with me.

    @RogersHelps Ignite tv sucks... frozen screens... pixelated fuzzy picture sometimes... black screen when you’re watching sporting events... the tv upstairs doesn’t connect anymore. So sorry I have to pay for this crappy service

    @RogersHelps Yes I’m currently with Fido. I have been with Rogers/Fido for 15 years now between the 2 and incredibly disappointed with the rates and data issues I’ve been fighting for years

    @bijuleni @zamlos I've had the low speed option for years now and haven't had any issues tbh. I first had it with @FreedomMobile and now with the @Rogers infinite family plan. I also jump on wifi when traveling and usually buy a local SIM if I'm somewhere for more than 10 days.

    @RogersHelps Save the patronizing bs. Happens too often. And because of the piss poor outside cable install by @Rogers @RogersHelps @Bell can't install without significant work. A 20+ year Customer /former employee and you've negated any goodwill.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Call Rogers after being a customer of Home ph, Cable & Internet over 25 yrs to get a better price & they say NO. Maybe it's time your customers say NO to you. Your internet & home phone constantly goes down for 10 to 15 min in my area. End of March was over 2 hrs. Infrastructure?

    @RogersHelps @AboutRogers Do you think this has something to do with canceling the Chinese 5g network as they threatened serious consequences to Canada for backing out? This seams like what the Chinese would do since they are famous for cyberattacks and also revenge for canceling Chinese 5g network

    @RogersHelps Mine tv is still out !!!! It's not restored . When I called Rogers they r trying to tell me it's my modem . It's not !!! The town of Tillsonburg is all the same !! Says we have internet, phones are working but tv will not load !!!! FIX YOUR PROBLEM
