    @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions I’m wondering when the discount that was promised is going to be for the giant outage that occurred? I’ve checked my July bill for internet and phone and there was 0 discount for missing an entire day of work with no service.

    @PatBouchard @Rogers Still down for me. Probably the worst major outage I've ever seen. Also, great point about 2FA. I like OTP codes because they're generated on-device, so I could use my phone to unlock my Google account even if the phone had no internet at all.
