When I logged back in I was 65th in line. The only thing worse than Rogers is Doug Ford's Health care. Seems like Ford and Rogers are related!

We need a new TV box, so wife calls and waits, and waits, then gets a guy who says he'll fix it by reprogramming it, and to call back if further problems arise...which they did the first time we tried to use it. Now it's another phone call and a wait..WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A CALL BACK FEATURE?? You're supposed to be a communications company and you SUCK at it. You NEVER follow up...
