    Just got a scam call in Toronto from an automated service claiming to be @RogersHelps and repeating something in Chinese! @RogersHelps needs to do something about this!

    @RogersHelps Internet is down yet again. Too many times over the last few weeks. :/ I know you always try to help on here, but really, we just want some consistent service, and not to have to keep asking for help. :(

    @RogersHelps please HELP! I seem to be locked out of my email and @YahooCare is sending recovery codes to .. you guessed it, my Rogers email. Which I cannot get into.

    @RogersHelps Thx I got through to chat help. When I cancelled my internet for my move the agent didn’t transfer my email to the new account

    Having an internet connection with @Rogers is pretty much like gambling. You will lose all your money and If you’re lucky you might win a week of uninterrupted service but the chances of that are pretty low.

    @RogersHelps I just can’t have any of my services fail at any time. I pay for them , they need to work with no explanation specifically during these times that we have to endure right now. @RogersHelps doesn’t help with the patronizing questions. Fix your end and I’ll pay on my end

    @Rogers I haven't received my bills for April yet. I know you switched to no longer doing paper bills but my accounts are set up for paper billing so no email was sent to me. I wish to continue with paper. Please help.

    So my @Rogers Ignite is down. Used my @Bell service to contact you. Got a COVID questionnaire even though your tech people won’t come inside anyway. Internet is essential in these times. I work from home and have to pay double as neither is reliable.

    @Rogers disconnected my cable, internet & phone at midnight. I called & they said its cus I'm going to another provider!!! I had complained about my internet being so bad and said I needed it fixed or I'm leaving. They cut me off before I had a chance too. Pathetic. @RogersHelps

    @stevenhorgan4 @RogersBiz @RogersHelps You’ve lost a customer. That’s my friend above. We are also seriously considering changing, last two months tv has been terrible, picture goes on and off. Technician again today. Wifi signal barely carries video. And we pay a fortune each month.

    @Rogers have the worst possible customer service. Been on the call for more than an hour, still on hold. Chose the callback option and no response at all and this is my fourth day trying. Regretting my decision for choosing Rogers. (“Tweeting during the never ending hold”)

    @Rogers seems I’m not the only one that took your upgrade even though you where not ready for it. Fix it now for the love of Peter Paul Mary and Joseph. Why why do you do a release before it’s ready. I’m sure I can say we can’t wait the whole weekend.

    @RogersHelps do you ever charge customers the correct amounts? I was told no activation fee on 3 new services and 2 of the 3 (3rd install is Jan/23) have activation fees applied. Wait times of two hours to get issues fixed that shouldn’t need fixing is unacceptable. DM sent.
