  @RogersHelps Option 1: Rogers corrects the billing error and charges me only the amount that was stated in the original offer and agreement. Option 2: Rogers refunds the incorrect charges, including the connection fee. I will then cancel the service and switch to a different service provider.

  @MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps I'm not going to file complaint for my personal time damage but will report their fraudulent behavior towards customers. There might 1000 of victims like me.
