  I’m telling ya @RogersHelps I’m losing patient … how long does it take to get a SIM issue fixed .. I’m not getting any updates .. nobody even bother to call to tell me of the status .. what made it worst your bloody IVR sucks … no one answer on the other end and after 2 hours of waiting it just hung up .. and it’s the same with the chat feature on your bloody web or chat … I’ve been without my phone access for almost a week now … and @HedyFry this is what we have to go through with @rogerrwireless

I'm basically paying for internet that I've not received yet, and don't know how long more I have to wait for an agent to respond.
