    So @Rogers doesn’t allow for @TDBank_US texts to come through to Canadian numbers - you know, in case you need to activate your Mobil bank app in this borderless digital age. Rogers tells me it’s a @CWTAwireless code issue. I can’t make this stuff up if I tried. #CXlegends

    Not having internet sucks, but it sounds like @RogersHelps is working diligently on it. And it was an excuse to walk to the @torontolibrary Dawes Road for the first time - nice little branch and nearby too!

    @jenn1662 @TheRyanSupreme Avoid @Rogers... Since i got ignite my tv experience is garbage and my internet has been crap... Oh this is still after 3 technicians have come to my home tondonthe same thing ive done. #Frustrated

    @Rogers ignite TV is an absolute subpar service. Resolution consistently drops, signal drops, screen cuts to black. If you have the option of "upgrading to ignite" don't do it. The voice recognition in the remote is hit and miss too #rogers #ignite #CustomerService

    @Rogers you are the biggest scam ever! Been with you for over 10 years and every year I have to call to update my “promotion” that I never signed up for. And my price goes up for the same mediocre service with no explanation and you still call it a discount.

    @RogersHelps I've given @RogersHelps more than one opportunity to fix my issues. Your company has messed this up amd I'm still not satisfied. Smearing images, slow connections, and now i get a text from my son that the tv's atent working at home... Atrocious

    Had to change my ph # due to harassment. Spoke with a @RogersHelps agent today. Extremely dissapointed. In his words at the end of the day it's not about customer service there's a cost. Gee thanks. #worst #worstcustomerservice #rogers why did I go back to Rogers again #EpicFail

    @RogersHelps Is there an issue with email as I am having all kinds of issues sending receiving them receiving old emails then receiving the same email 10x, etc the last 24 hours.

    @RogersHelps I have 2 different speed tests on my laptop I can send screenshots of it helpful. Just need a resolution that gets me consistently much closer to the high speed I pay quite a bit for.

    Words to the wise: CHECK YOUR BILLS CLOSELY. Turns out I’ve been charged the “business” rate for my home #Internet. Disappointed in myself for not noticing earlier. Mad at #Rogers for selling me the wrong service. Hopefully, I can get this resolved. 💸🤬 @RogersHelps

    @Rogers I am now 24 hours without any internet. Work from home with deadlines I cannot meet. Technician didn’t show up because missed call. You texted my mothers cell for technician updates when I gave you my cell. Never showed even though it’s for a cut line outside.
