    Hey @RogersHelps, my elderly parents in Rexdale are 30+ hours now with no phone, internet or cable. No one seems to be able to tell them when service will resume. How will you compensate them this time?

    Garbage @Rogers giving 5 days refunds for "1 week". Where's my tax portion refund and those two extra days? Tax fraud. @BBBCentralON and @CanRevAgency better look into that ****

    @ettenyl @RogersHelps Same. We have had on and off issues for a month, since their major outage - we have also been told we have nothing going on and should be fine.

    @QueenofCastoria @Rogers It's not just this. My wireless wasn't working this morning. My internet has been intermittent since the outage. They obviously are having issues.

    @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers They will wait to reach out once they are set-up with their new provider. I cancelled all my services recently because they are terrible with customer service. Now I get a call about 3x a week wanting to offer me the world. Ridiculous.

    Super frustrated with @Rogers . My building got bulk upgrades to ignite. Despite promises of good ignite wifi guarantee. Don't expect them to come through on that. Their wifi 6 modem has the same issue their AC one had with concrete walls. Their mesh pods can't be hardwired 😢

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Went to upgrade my phone to new iPhone and pay using my debit card. I wanted to walk away with my new phone and couldn't. What's up with that Rogers? Horrible service. May not get it now. #iPhone13

    @RogersHelps I lost out on a chance to register for my vaccine today due to the service outage. My cell number is needed for verification. I’m sure others have had worse emergency issues than this today, but I thought you should know of the impact this outage has had.

    @RogersHelps How can such an important service from an enormously powerful company be down for such a long time? A software update caused this? What if someone calls me offering a free trip to somewhere? They're probably never gonna call back. Seriously though, people need their appointments.
