    @RogersHelps how do you claim a deduction will be made from the next bill for the lost of service during the outage??? I have home internet service from Rogers and five mobile lines from Rogers, and their bills came with full amount!!! Can someone explain? @Rogers

    @Rogers dear Rogers, kindly get your entire service crew up to Thornhill Woods and fix (once and for all) the area connectivity, otherwise your about to lose 10000 area residents to Bell. Your service fails multiple times EVERY DAY, every day of the week. It's a horrible service.

    Just received my Rogers bill for next month and was credited a whopping $27 for the outage earlier this month. What happened to the $50 credit they promised everyone? Gee, thanks @RogersHelps 🙄

    @Rogers I just wasted time talking to a Rogers service rep to ask when we're receiving the 5 day credit. Turns out it'll be on the August bill. Can't your PR team write this update on the Rogers site, so that millions of Canadians aren't tweeting and asking? Too logical?
