    I was on phone yesterday for good 4hrs trying to get the @Rogers customer care team guys for my home internet issue, no one picked. Went to live chat, the fellow said they can only help through the care team department. That’s after being no 190 on queue @RogersHelps.

    @RogersHelps I have 5G turned off, opting to use LTE and the same thing still happens in my home. Sometimes turning it into airplane mode then turning it off works, but it still will go into SOS mode. Simply put, I’ve never had this issue in my house until I upgraded, and got 5G access.

    @RogersHelps service was cancelled as of june 9, my last bill was paid june 28. I’ve not yet received my equipment return shipping label

    @RogersHelps It is literally only affecting me and my neighbour. I’m on with tech support right now and they’re trying to tell me there is no outage in that area but LITERALLY YES THERE IS

    @RogersHelps Of course. And I know there is an outage… both from your website and inside my house! But your support folks have zero information to offer. There have been no emails or texts from you to update affected customers. This is very, very poor customer service.

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps I have already contacted technical support multiple times. I waited for over 2 hours on the phone, and a ticket was created. Today I also waited over an hour in the Anna online chat queue. I started at around 95 people ahead of me, and when it was finally my turn, the system suddenly ended the chat without connecting me to an agent. That was extremely frustrating. My internet has now been down for 2 days, I had to take leave from work because I work from home, and the earliest technician appointment I was offered is Monday. I don’t think this level of service is acceptable. Please escalate my case and advise what Rogers will do regarding compensation for the service outage and the loss it has caused.
