    @Rogers very disappointed with customer service. Upgraded internet and was told by agent work order placed to drop off old modem but store refused as they couldn’t find said order. Unable to speak with anyone after waiting over an hour on phone and made a big unnecessary trip!

    @Rogers customer care service 👎 Being as loyal customer with rogers since the arrival in canada i had yesterday bad experience with their customer service when i asked something better for my service their employee 👎👎👎 instead of giving better service their loyalty team 👎👎

    @Rogers keeps calling me (automated) to threaten to interrupt my internet service, even though I paid my bill weeks early, and since it's impossible to just call and talk to somebody (2h15 wait time), I'll just yell at them and threaten to change providers on here!

    Hey @RogersHelps this is the THIRD *no-show* for installation for my elderly mother’s install. She’s without home phone, internet and living independently so this is an unacceptable safety concern. Been on calls with “support” for about 15h since the weekend. Absurd.
