. @VMediaTV my service was disconnected 18days before actual date.I’ve been internetless for 24+ hours.Response is it’s in @ShawHelp hands now. I’m stuck trying to work during hard times and can’t. Poor service and would not recommend either isp.

Dealt with Shaw for forty yrs and thought would give Telus a try on a new service. BIG MISTAKE ! Mon. I called C/ S they told me they would call me in 48 hours or less to deal with problem. No call. @TELUS @Shawhelp Telus customer service offshore. Shaw is in Canada.

@Shawhelp I’m having an issue with sound. It drops off for a second or 2 intermittently. Does not occur when watching streaming services as I type this it has happened twice in 30 seconds. Any idea? Yes just happened 2 more times. :(

@Shawhelp Trying to deal with it over live chat but I suspect the agent is dealing with multiple conversations using copy/paste from your database of phrases to use for plebs like me. Like subtitles not working over Blue Curve on Netflix this is another issue that will never be sorted.

Hi @ShawInfo @Shawhelp My grandma in her eighties in Metro Vancouver has had no Shaw phone service (NO dial tone) since last Tues (Nov 17). I spoke with your CS & they have a scheduled service call for the end of week. Given the circumstances, can you get a tech out sooner?
