Word to the wise- don’t use @ShawInfo - they added charges to my bill and I’ve been bounced from messenger, phone and now “email” customer service reps each time I’m told “sorry I’m not able to help me”. Careful - don’t sign a contract. #shady

@danat8n @Shawhelp Strange. I’ve rebooted the modem twice now and still having the same problem. Issue is the same on my laptop as well. Even went to my sister’s and tried her wifi (also Shaw) and it didn’t work there either.

There’s nothing like watching a really intense scene in a movie and getting the notification that your bandwidth isn’t enough or you’re having connectivity issues @Shawhelp, every night this week. I’ve had uninterrupted service for over 10 years and now this.

I change my internet provider Telus to Shaw on the 15 Feb 2020. Shaw said we fill a form and send it on the 24 Feb 2020, but the Telus said there is no request from Shaw. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo @TELUS . Please talk to each other guys I need a solution. It is your miscommunication.

@Shawhelp this Bluecurve PVR is crap. Trying to rewind or fast forward recorded shows is near impossible. It freezes & jumps forward erratically, plus the dropping of sound while watching recordings I messaged you about a few days ago is still happening. Please fix this!

@JenniferGurke @ShawInfo Bell MTS is terrible….you get what you pay for. Customer service hours are very limited. Bills are a ******* mess of gibberish and when you cancel be prepared to get a bill in the mail 2-3 months later saying you still owe money and that it’s gone to collections

@JenniferGurke @ShawInfo Horrible decision…we were without internet and TV for 2 weeks. We had been MTS users for over 50 years. They had no idea when it would be fixed…called Shaw..got hooked up the next day and cheaper. And we live in the city!

Had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life with @ShawInfo. Really having a great night having multiple panic attacks about not being able to have discord date night with my long distance girlfriend for a week!
