    @Shawhelp Thanks. Internet is virtually down and cable is on but signal cuts out every 30 seconds, changing channels on its own like the ghost of my old Aunt Alice is torturing me.

    @Shawhelp Issues you never respond to 2 - why is there continuous poor sound quality on BBC and MSNBC (breaks up at frequent intervals). This is what I want to complain about.

    I travel around the world for professional reasons and it pains me to say that the Lower Mainland of BC has one of the worst internet networks Iโ€™ve used (itโ€™s a little better than Nigeria). Blind spots, slooooow connection, interruptions, expensive. @Shawhelp #competitionneeded

    Looks like we suffered a @Shawhelp outage on both internet and tv around 11:15 to 11:30. Services are slow but appear to be coming back. #SurreyBC

    @Shawhelp My wifi is off sending this tweet because it is slow. Iโ€™m asking telus how there optik cable install is going because all we can get for tv and Internet is Shaw. Weโ€™ve had nothing but troubles w/ wifi, cable and billing.

    @Shawhelp I was told that service would delay my cancellation and be charged for the service up until the equipment was received.

    @Shawhelp So I contacted the Chromecast Support team and they asked me if Chromecast works on Netflix and other apps, I said yes, they tell me it is a Shaw issue. So far I have confirmed that it works with; Netflix, Prime, Crave, And Disney, but not BlueCurve.

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp So again a problem with Shaw. Havenโ€™t been able to login to My Shaw for weeks now. Just spent another hour with two different techs and still no resolution. And then was disconnected from the last tech while still trying to troubleshoot. Frustrating!!!!

    @ShawInfo What the f**k are you talking about, you guys canโ€™t even provide the basic service we all pay for. You rip customers off every day. If you cant provide the service there needs to be reimbursement for every time you canโ€™t. Imagine getting in your car and it only works sometimes
