    Waited 3+ hours for a @Shawhelp tech to arrive for an appt, only to call and be told the tech was sick. Would’ve been nice to be told that. Looks like @TELUSsupport is getting a new customer!

    @Shawhelp Our wifi is down. We have tried resetting both the modem and router. Both by unplugging and pressing reset button for 10 seconds... we are eating through our cell data trying to troubleshoot this. Please help :)

    @Shawhelp ow have to drive from Maple Ridge into Vancouver to my office to finish up some work because I can’t connect remotely. I pay you for 24/7, 365 service. I’m not getting what I paid for. $225/mo I have one TV out right now too. Shouldn’t have to pay for something I’m not receiving

    Hey @Shawhelp I'm guessing your phone queues are so long because your garbage blue sky system is broken AGAIN. I pay an AWFUL lot of money for cable and Internet given that I can't watch Netflix AGAIN.

    I tried to cancel my @FreedomMobile account and they refuse to give me my money on my account back. Had no problem getting my money back from @TekSavvyBuzz when I cancelled. They sent me a cheque. @FreedomMobile is absolute horrible service, do not recommend. @ShawInfo
