This is literally ridiculous.... I have my ps5 hardwired to my router and the internet still drops... clearly it’s not cause the wifi🙄 I’m losing full with this dog water company, like theyre so free, boxed like a fish, no thumbs type ****. @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp Our internet has been dropping for the last 2 weeks and you won't give us a credit on our account, and we still have to wait til the end of the week for a tech to get out here to try to fix it. Can't wait for our contract to be up so we can switch providers.

@Outroupistache1 I agree with you Telus sucks when I was with them they were rude unkind and never helpful since switching to @Shawhelp they have been kind been getting awesome service even with @RogersHelps never been happy with these two companies!.
