@TELUSsupport @TELUS thx Dave in Tech Support (via phone). The hour long hold was worth it. Total professional and very effective. Did he know his stuff! 👍👍
-
West Coast Coco Mermaid 🧜🏾♀️ (@sherryella77) reported from Colwood, British Columbia
@MACIConventions @TELUSsupport 30+ mins. I wish. I had to hang up at 2 hours and 3 mins. No one ever answers. I sent a DM to them on Friday and it was just answered 5 mins ago with a “sorry we can’t assist you via social media but we encourage you to call Telus”. Such a freaking joke.
-
Barbara Darling (@BarbaraDarlin20) reported from Victoria, British Columbia
@MirandaWiebe @TELUS Same here 4 hours and someone was supposed to call me back within 30 minutes twice now and I'm still waiting. Really bad customer service and I started at 730 this morning
-
Cheri S (@Cheri_L_S) reported from Victoria, British Columbia
Telus has made 0 attempt to contact me about my TV taking longer than the "few weeks" promised when I signed up 16 wks ago. I was told weeks ago there was a Covid related delay & that someone would contact me. No contact. No stock problems @ Bestbuy. Where is my TV? @TELUSsupport
-
Ty_soup (@tysoup) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

H. Neal Cropper (@RealNealDeal) reported from Metchosin, British Columbia
@dewolfe001 @TELUS I really wanted to switch to Telus but everyone I spoke with was so inept I ended up staying with Shaw and their substandard service. I just couldn't imagine having to deal with them as a customer when discussing switching and becoming a customer was so very bad.
-
Revheidi Koschzeck (@RevheidiK) reported from Langford, British Columbia
How is it the Province's fault that a million people couldn't follow simple instructions and wait to call for a vaccination until it was their turn? Not having a callback queue was definitely a big mistake which I hope Telus will fix. #blamegame #CommonSense
-
Jody Klassen (@bellasugarsega) reported from Langford, British Columbia
I was a @Shawhelp customer for 5 years, until today. Cancelling my service and going with Telus instead. Don’t use this company for internet services, all you’ll have is regrets and ****** hardware.
-
Jennifer Ross (@JRossfamilymed) reported from Prospect Lake, British Columbia
@DrRitaMc @cpsbc_ca @BCFamilyDoctors Hahahahha is that us after death? Maybe that is a new service telus health could offer? Communication with the dead doctor?
-
Jenn Tranmer (@vicmomdoc) reported from Langford, British Columbia
@antric @TELUS @ShawInfo Yup @ShawInfo asked me to DM. Then I did. Then they didn’t respond. I tried their virtual assistant online. No response either. I get better service in Nicaragua than here. @cbcmarketplace help.

Fully Vaxed Gordie Logan (@GordieLogan) reported from Langford, British Columbia
Oh @TELUS, as a 30yr+ customer, I’ve never been so frustrated. I just had my appt for tomorrow cancelled. All because fiber hasn’t been run to the house yet. This is after an appt last week was cancelled for the same reason. Plz note, I made last weeks appt a month ago.

Tam Jam💲 (@Tamjam3z) reported from Esquimalt, British Columbia
Why ******** does telus keep calling me at 745pm every night and hanging up? Get real.
-
Zach (@zaxbux) reported from Victoria, British Columbia
Does anyone have any idea why some @Microsoft web properties (recently LinkedIn and Visual Studio Marketplace) randomly refuse connections? Appears to only be an issue on @Telus IPv6. Mobile data and IPv4 are not affected. 🤬🤯
-
Brandon ::1 (@brandonscript) reported from Victoria, British Columbia
@cohix Hmmm I had a pretty bad experience with them years ago, but if my choice is them or Telus idk!
-
Brandon Rylow (@brandonscript) reported from Saanich, British Columbia
I didn’t cost Rogers a dime in staffing in the last 12 months, and I’ve been a pretty easy going customer for 15 years. I’m done though. I’m done being their customer. I want a cell phone plan with a company that isn’t this despicable, but sadly Telus and Bell are on that list.
-
H. Neal Cropper (@RealNealDeal) reported from Metchosin, British Columbia
@p_barbeau @TuraEmanuela @DrKathleenRoss1 Sorry, I have to ask. How does Telus get away with charging service fees to access longitudinal care then? I don't get how they're allowed to do what doctors cannot.
-
Ian holt (@holtyny) reported from Victoria, British Columbia
@TELUS @TELUSsupport as long as this keeps going on I will advise our new neighbours to go to @Shawhelp a lady yesterday was having problems with telus to move in next month so now she is calling shaw this morning. Shaw as been brilliant.
-
Lloyd Mildon (@LloydMildon) reported from Oak Bay, British Columbia
On my @TELUS optik TV I now have to watch ads before I am permitted to move on to the programming. This is horrible. I’m the customer. I’m the guy paying the bills. Just stop it, @telus. @telussupport
Telus Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Bryan McCann (@McCanopener1) reported
@CTVVancouver Telus was jealous about all the bad publicity that Rogers and Bell get.
-
L. Probost (@yorkie_daisy) reported
@CTVVancouver Every business accepting credit cards is charged by their bank percentage of the transaction. Telus is recovering this fee. Why is this an issue?
-
Caper4Life (@Caper4Life78) reported
Since after repeated requests not to solicit me are ignored, guess I'll have to call the Canadian Direct Marketing Association to file a complaint against @TELUS
-
BigH (@HarvGrewal) reported
@yorkie_daisy @CTVVancouver Because as a consumer you are processing 1 bill a month which Telus should consider to subsidize on the consumers behalf. It only promotes a better client relationship and therefore loyalty to there company. This stinks of another cash grab into an already inflated economy. Fail
-
sean bruce (@VpWayne) reported
As a valued customer of many years Telus has informed me that a 1.5% processing fee will be added to my bill. Not feeling valued given that the corp posted a 21% increase of earnings since May! #greedytelus
-
volume ticker (@datadili) reported
TELUS International (Cda) Inc. traded -8% below average volume, $TIXT down -4.28%
-
Devyn Farrugia (@devynfarrugia) reported
@SmartCellWI Pre-ordered this phone last week and haven’t received any updates. What is the point of preordering if you have no timeframes to give your customer? Very disappointing @TELUSsupport @TELUS
-
ziggy stardust (@taxbuster88) reported
@privacylawyer @fanCRTCProfling ...and yet that is exactly what Telus wants to do in rural areas like ours...except with POTS ... and zero cell service. Not good!
-
L (@MrsSteak) reported
@TELUS is charging me (and every customer now) a fee for paying my bills online with a credit card. I’m gonna start paying in person with a pile of cash every month. Pretty sure the costs of dealing with cash payments will exceed the credit card fees.
-
Javabean (@Javajavabean) reported
Telus you are absolutely the worst. Customer service is a joke, multiple holds for two days now, to go back and forth with no resolution just to be transferred back to the original Dept. So very frustrating the worst customer service ever! #telus
