After 3 modem swaps, tech visit and countless calls to your agents my internet and sll services goes down every few minutes! Im tired and beyond frustrated. Im paying for a service test doesn't work. NS (@kojam2022) reported@Bell_Support Just checked the app and see a notice that you're doing planned network maintenance. I have done backbone IT support for some BIG providers over the years. Never would/could we disrupt service. You don't have fail over or redundancy to mininmalize disruption? 😡

We call again and have to file another claim. Someone hacked our account and ordered a phone, using bells terms and authentication.
