    Absolutely disgusted with @Bell, canceled my tv service last week in error, promised 100$ visa gift card, Internet got disconnected, and unable to locate my account. Absolutely shit company to be with. Just returned all their crap and better not see a bill.

    @Bell all I have to say is that if you come across door to door agent offering you 100$ visa gift cards to sign up with Bell...don’t take the offer, not only will they offer you that but will also offer service not available in your area. 100% scam.

    @alexrobert Just called them (new customer, perfect for them!) and I got redirected to a call center with insane sales pitch about the fact that I need a phone package as well, and after 5 times telling them I had to hang up lol @Bell_Support.

    @CRTCeng @Bell #bell #bellcanada I wish to report Bell’s practice of notifying customers that they are close to reaching their allowed data on a plan. The problem here is that Bell only notifies you at 95%. With no option to change that setting. This is not acceptable

    I called to cancel my Bell mobility account on July 12. I got the freaking employee ID number of the person I spoke with, confirmed she cancelled my account, and today I was charged for an entire month of service. I call @bell to resolve it-they have no history of me calling them

    Day 16 waiting for @Bell to deliver Wifi Pods. 3 hour long phone calls and 3 separate promises that they’d be delivered in 3-5 business days. No tracking number. No wifi in half our house. Funny how they had no problem finding our address to set up the wifi and start charging us.

    Love how @Bell's "reward" for my "loyalty" is two free months of a service I don't want and that will auto-renew at full price if I don't cancel it (which they will admit but only if you ask them that specifically, reject their dodge answer, and ask it again). Gee, thanks!

    @Bell_Support 4K PVR was down repeatedly for almost 2.5 months. Multiple calls asking for help with tech support ended with us having to pay to upgrade router. Didn't fix problem. Finally new tech installed a new 4k PVR and working again. Ended up losing all recordings.

    @Bell been having problems with internet for over a year. Called several times, technicians have came by. Called back today. Tier 2 support tells me that the best way to make sure I dont have issues with bandwidth is to have nothing connected to the network! I kid you not

    @Bell_Support 3/3 to explain to techs that the line cannot handle it set at 5/6 that you sadly have to put my internet at 3 or so and no more or else it will be overworked and crap out on me again, but by no surprise they set it’s at 5/6. I’ll be switchin providers soon I’m sure

    @Bell_Support 1/3 I had no internet all afternoon and all night so after trying everything I could on my end I called to see what the issue was this time as its always doing this. Your tech said the line is degrading fast and will have someone call me today so here I sit waiting
