    @Bell_Support You blocked me from viewing @bell and I have a ticket open already, after having to call in twice as the first person I spoke so didn’t have a record of the call where I requested a cancelation. I understand customer service, and this is just.... bad.

    I called to cancel my Bell mobility account on July 12. I got the freaking employee ID number of the person I spoke with, confirmed she cancelled my account, and today I was charged for an entire month of service. I call @bell to resolve it-they have no history of me calling them

    Day 16 waiting for @Bell to deliver Wifi Pods. 3 hour long phone calls and 3 separate promises that they’d be delivered in 3-5 business days. No tracking number. No wifi in half our house. Funny how they had no problem finding our address to set up the wifi and start charging us.

    @marylamey @Bell Never had that problem with videoton ! I know why u send two technicians a witness for complaints maybe hire technicians that respect the fact they are entering someone’s home ... simple enough !!!

    Wow just off the phone with @Fidomobile and this is the exact quote of the supervisor I spoke with: "we don't care if we lose your business". I've been a loyal customer for last 15 years, but this is just ridiculous @FidoSolutions #CustomerServiceFail #fidosucks @Bell here i come

    @Fidomobile To bad @Fidomobile rips their customers off on travel packages to the USA now. Went from $50 to $60 to now a whopping $105 per month per line, #RipOff. @fido is now as bad as @TELUS ,@Rogers and @Bell for #ripping customers off. Canadians deserve better!

    @Bell_Support Why do you need that info? Why can’t you just make sure that csrs are doing their jobs ALL THE TIME for every customer. Deal with it on here. In public and tell me what you are doing about this.
