Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

I have made several attempts with Customer Service team to resolve issue related to promotional offer that was applied to my account. At the end the two years cycle, I ended up paying more than what was offered to me.

Instead @Bell_Support treats all customer outage reports from MTL and the surrounding area as unique cases... @Bell keeps showing their poor network management practices.

We receive an automatic message saying they rebooted the modem and to call back if there are problems and then they hang up with no chance to speak to anyone. You have to call back. What the hell even is this @Bell_Support
