@Bell_Support Are internet services having issues?

  • CodeyDaly Codey Daly (@CodeyDaly) reported

@bell has to have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 2 days on the phone with them and still nothing done absolutely ridiculous

  • aryoungson aynslee youngson (@aryoungson) reported

Ok @Bell_Support or @Bell_MTSHelps I honestly don’t know which one we have for wifi but man has it been terrible lately what is going on

  • Laura_Craik Laura Craik (@Laura_Craik) reported

@Bell_Support Hi! I’m trying to call and make switch from a bundle to just internet, but the customer service reps keep either losing connection or hanging up on me, do you know if there’s any other way to contact or if there’s an issue at the call centres?

  • justCharles04 Charles (@justCharles04) reported

@Rogers I’ve been without internet for two days now! I’m struggling to understand why your internet service is unreliable during a pandemic where THOUSANDS of people are working from home. It might be time to switch to @Bell

  • treshuppe Awful Phraseology (@treshuppe) reported

@Bell_Support I would also like to be sent an agreement that states the following: going forward, every time this customer is asked by a bell technician to drive to a bell store to replace their modem, we will give them a $150 bill credit

  • treshuppe Awful Phraseology (@treshuppe) reported

@Bell_Support Okay here’s the help id like: I’d like for someone to call me to apologize, and offer me 2 month’s free service. Let me know if I should still message you that info.

  • treshuppe Awful Phraseology (@treshuppe) reported

@Bell_Support Bell: we don’t know why there is such intense competition in Québec with videotron Also Bell: we don’t know why your internet is down for the 6th time this year and we will do nothing to investigate this clearly odd occurrence that is constantly making us to replace your modem

  • treshuppe Awful Phraseology (@treshuppe) reported

@Bell_Support What the hell would that do? Your solution is to drive to a bell store for the second time this year, replace my modem for the 3rd time this year, and not have internet for the 6th 24 hour period this year. There is nothing YOU can do. Clearly. Your service is pathetic.

  • treshuppe Awful Phraseology (@treshuppe) reported

Have to drive to a @Bell_Support store to replace our modem for the 3rd time in the last 12 months. Our internet service has gone down for over 24 hours a total of 6 times in the last 12 months. Moral of the story: don’t choose Bell.
