    @Bell_Support Stop giving bs non-answers. We have the service already, it's the 1.5gbps fibe line. I do not have the equipment in possession yet but that's today. You have a model # for the modem/router? Is the line a dynamic IP, yes or no? Sales team doesn't have these answers, they sell.

    @hirschw1 @Bell LOL I know 11 people now who have done this. I know it is possible. I even asked 6 times to be put through to a supervisor who could help me but they refused. Who does that?

    @Bell @Bell_Support is the absolute worst. Their customer support is so incompetent and each agent has different explanations for why they can't get the job done. Regretting so much for even ever considering switching to Bell.

    @salimah @Bell_Support We replaced our router and it’s working fine now! Though the internet issues were usually between 5pm-ish & 10pm so time will tell 🤞🏻

    I don't think there is anything I dread more than trying to arrange a service from a telecom company. Today's culprit was @Bell. I had arranged an appointment at a nearby Bell store to port my land line to a mobile line and to arrange for a shared data plan with Paul's phone.

    @Bell left us without internet for 6 days. No work, no school - lots of broken promises. Lost income. Now, they’re revoking one of their account credits promised.
