Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

After an hour on the phone with bell, was told “the technician said you weren’t home so too bad for you”. Said they couldn’t contact the technician cause they “don’t do that”. Great customer service.

I have the Amazon dot and use it as an alarm clock and half the time it doesn’t go off bc the connection randomly stops reaching my room. Alexa will tell me there seems to be a problem with your connection go restart the router
