  @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

  @Bell_Support It’s my Aunt that’s having problems with the service, she has been using your services for four years without a problem and now her internet has been turning off and on randomly and her landline doesn’t work either.
