@Bell I have an issue with Fibe I cannot get resolved via offshore support - the last call ended in a disconnect! I was called back by a CDN rep who at least could understand the issue. But it’s back! I need to speak to someone, in Canada, who can help me. BTW we are shareholders

Bell Canada dug up our property and left it looking like ****! promised it would be left in same condition.. we pay city tax they allow third parties to rip up own lawn and do a half *** job because it’s on city property. @Bell @cityofhamilton # no rights as a homeowner

@Bell_Support Tweet #4. Will be moving. Certainly WILL NOT be choosing Bell. Can’t get support on Twitter. By phone it takes forever & after all that time, technicians can’t resolve issues! So they refer you to more knowledgeable technicians but they call you back but never do.

@Bell I'm livid! I've been paying for device care. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. Went online to fill out the repair request, and I'm hit with a $300 service fee. WTF is the point of the insurance I pay every month!

Beware if you call @Bell with a technical issue. I called today and an hour later, an email was sent confirming a change to my account. They added a charge unbeknownst to me and without my consent. I’ve called and they’ve reversed it but be aware! #nothappy #bell #ripoff
