This is after 4 people (including 2 supervisors) told me it was impossible to know the time. I guess @Bell_Aliant considers missing an appt and making me wait all day good customer service

But after 3 calls and a wonderful girl that helped me on the last call, I'm hoping my problems are resolved this month.

Thankfully I have had one helpful person add some data to my account but my tech missed the appt and no one can tell me when they're coming. I guess I'm going into lockdown for the day waiting hah

I pay for your fastest Fibe internet and you don’t even meet the speeds you indicate we would get for download and uploads. It’s been weeks of days with crappy internet. Fix it.
