The US has the same issue with cell service today it had 15 years ago. Youโll get excellent connections to the tower and slow service b/c there is not enough bandwidth. Itโs incredible that is still an issue

This is after 4 people (including 2 supervisors) told me it was impossible to know the time. I guess @Bell_Aliant considers missing an appt and making me wait all day good customer service
