@Bell_Support network/system reset, but still my fibetv lags/buffers every few minutes. This is the new fastest service? Unbearable.

  • AmandaRisser1
Amanda Mae Risser (@AmandaRisser1) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I heard this wasn't allowed but I still see and hear it. Also I heard @Bell blocked unpaid and paid "experts" from talking to other news outlets, etc. and that they had to have permission before doing and saying what they want. Why? Is that a problem? Why?

  • iSlutsky
Matthew Slutsky (@iSlutsky) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Hi @Bell, can I cancel my cable via the app?

  • terrator
J Terra (@terrator) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@CP24 She is such eye candy. Too bad that the only avenue she has is to use the human rights quasi court. @Bell should treat its workers better.

  • ShaunProulx
Shaun Proulx (@ShaunProulx) reported from Toronto, Ontario

.@Bell_Support check your damn DMs. Immediately. You are making me lose my mind. #BellLetsTalk

  • burkby
Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@chriscrerar @Bell_Support Like why not send affected customers a push notification of a text? Why do I always have to call Bell and ask if there's a problem.

  • matstamind
m (@matstamind) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support 1 week into having internet and already connection issues and I supposedly got the highest speeds. 🙄

  • KevinVuongTO
Kevin Vuong 😷🇨🇦⚓ (@KevinVuongTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Hey @Bell_Support, is there an Internet outage in downtown Toronto? I got a new modem and everything, and still no joy. Hard to work from home without internet...

  • cadenceweapon
Cadence Weapon (@cadenceweapon) reported from The Beaches, Ontario

    @JennJefferys @Bell_LetsTalk @Bell I’m speaking hypothetically. I’m a Virgin customer (I guess they use Bell lines)

  • burkby
Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

  • BobbyBarbieX
Bobby Barbie (@BobbyBarbieX) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support Hello. Are affected customers being compensated for the outage? My services have been affected.

  • urbanplan_b
Brett Howell (@urbanplan_b) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Spoke with a customer retention rep at @bell who spent a ton of time with us. He was so helpful. Thanks.

  • AmandaRisser1
Amanda Mae Risser (@AmandaRisser1) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@UniforTheUnion @Bell why would an employee that doesn't get the same pension, etc. vote yes to strike to support people they don't even know and possibly lose money(income) and/or their job? They have nothing to gain from it. They aren't 'brothers' and 'sisters' as u say.

  • dangordonTO
Dan Gordon (@dangordonTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support No they haven’t been restored. I was just informed that service can be out until 10:00 pm tomorrow. Terrible.

  • SaTSlabYorkU
Shital Desai (@SaTSlabYorkU) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support I have already done that several times. The support staff keeps giving new timelines. 12.30 pm was the latest, there is no solution. Do you think that giving us 30$ as compensation is enough after an outage for 2 days

  • ifonezombie
Jeffery (@ifonezombie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support quick and pleasant customer service but maybe have resources to say there is an outage rather than sending an unvaccinated guy to a mall to replace a modem which wasn’t broken? Better communication in and outside company would be great

  • Aaron_Rosenthal
Aaron Rosenthal (@Aaron_Rosenthal) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@bell has the gall to charge 50.00 s/h when buying an extra tv box for 8$/MTH to access their 300/mth service better. No option for pick up. #endmonopoly #endduopoly

  • carolinegodin
carolinegodin (@carolinegodin) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@louford1 @Bell_Support If it makes you feel any better, @Rogers told you to do that and then when it doesn't work they try to up-sell you to Ignite. I told them when they get the service that I have actually working and stable, I'll consider upgrading.

  • NanciGuestRDPhD
Nanci Guest PhD, RD, CSCS (@NanciGuestRDPhD) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@M_Nichol @Bell_Support @Bell Matt Join the club!: I spent 7 hr on the phone w bell over 2 days as my Internet was down for 4 days & they also charged me $650 while I was away, even though my Internet was supposed to be disconnected for the whole 6 months… day 5 - no manager call back yet on this😠 #Bell👎

  • MLarmon
Michael (@MLarmon) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support I would like to know how to get off your telephone spam service. I am getting multiple calls a day from 18669880885 after installation of services to my apartment. I would like the incessant calls from your marketing department to stop.

  • HRHDeets
    Carter Ferda (@HRHDeets) reported

@bell When will you stop your impersonators from calling me 10 times a week to update my modem when I'm not a Bell internet customer? I ran out of block numbers on landline. #belltakeaction

  • miss_peepers
    Miss Peepers (@miss_peepers) reported

@Bell_Support Oh well. The third agent told me that he could offer me a new credit. I'm going to call back during the day to speak to someone. This is poor customer service. Hope the AI layoffs don't hit Bell agents. When you can't find competent people, AI will make decisions for you

  • RogueNerdOne
    Peter Skinner (@RogueNerdOne) reported

@nath_beauregard @Bell I've been with Telus for decades with my internet, and not once has the bill gone up but the speed of the service did. When I started I was paying $99/month for 1.5Mbit DSL service and now I'm still paying $99/month for 3000Mbit up/down. Just look periodically at their plans.
