This is what @Bell does when you attempt to cancel your internet. They put you on hold for upwards of an hour, then hang up on you and make you call back and go through entire process again. What a bull shit scam artist company with nothing but a criminality and fraud mindset.

@Bell_Support PVR recording stuff is skipping and all recordings not recorded with out skipping and all on different t channels and different days..... this is a bell problem fix this so I don’t cancel my service and go to another because this is week 2
