Amanda Mae Risser (@AmandaRisser1) reported from Toronto, OntarioWhile working at CP24, Bellmedia & BloombergTV Canada I never understood why the anchors, reporters had to have their hair & makeup done by hired employees. -
Mobeen Lalani (@mobeenlalani) reported from Toronto, OntarioThis is the third or fourth time this has happened with no communication to the customer this year. Beyond frustrated. @Bell, time you lost another.

Shital Desai (@SaTSlabYorkU) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support I have already done that several times. The support staff keeps giving new timelines. 12.30 pm was the latest, there is no solution. Do you think that giving us 30$ as compensation is enough after an outage for 2 days
-
Tyrell William Lisson (@TyrellLisson) reported from Toronto, Ontario@PrintGuyChris @Bell_Support I’m in the same area, error code 1201 no internet since last night and their rep said no ETA on the fix. Which is crazy.

Oleander Floral (@OleanderFloral) reported from Toronto, OntarioHi @Bell_Support our internet and phone lines stopped working at 4pm today. 3 hours, 5 calls to Bell, different departments and disconnections and told tech can’t help us until Thursday July 1st. Small business relying on phone and internet. This isn’t acceptable. We need help!
-
Mrtn Rd (@Mrtnreid) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support We have had our Internet down all day today. As a business with 28 employees and many customers coming in we can’t afford to wait till Monday for a service call. What can we do?
-
ist🏌️⛳️🥃🍻🚴♂️ (@itoope) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support your new fibetv update has been horrible. Freezing for the last two days. Rebooted. Restarted. Re everything. Still sucking.

OLASEGA (@olasega) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support I went and got the new modem and after connecting it, it still wasn’t working, so I called them again and we were on the phone for about an hour and still no solution and the agent was telling me that the new modem I went to get is faulty as well.
-
Michael Hainsworth (@hainsworthtv) reported from Toronto, OntarioHey @Bell, way to kick a guy when he’s going through a COVID divorce. @AnnDooseTO moved her phone to her own account and now you’re hitting me with a $368 “cancellation fee” even though you haven’t lost a customer. “Let’s Talk” about THAT.
-
Matthew 🇨🇦 (@jmwensley) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support I have a problem that I’m sure you can help with. I spent hours getting transferred from one department to another today, and then was told “can’t help you”
-
Shital Desai (@SaTSlabYorkU) reported from Toronto, Ontario@G5Rovic @Bell_Support And found that another technician in the process of fixing the outage in the area disconnected my internet. Shouldn't I be compensated for this mistake @Bell_Support ?
-
Alessandro Stillo (@alstillo) reported from Vaughan, Ontario@AmazonHelp @Bell_Support - Be advised, a multitude of newly "refreshed" network names/items continue to mask their own digital identifiers (IP/MAC) to my network's integrities, accessing and serving remotely for their unauthorized accesses to my devices...
-
Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, OntarioMy favourite line working with @Bell_Support when I asked them to try calling my phone line when it suddenly went down. “We cannot call out by phone.” The phone company said (wrote) that to me. They cannot call out by phone.
-
elle alder (@analogmotoring) reported from Toronto, Ontariofun: 3 hrs referred from @Bell store to store to store to find one to verify my identity at this address, only to find that I can only do so with a gas/power/water bill, but *not* a rental agreement—even though that covers all of those utilities. Never thought I’d consider Rogers
-
m (@matstamind) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support 1 week into having internet and already connection issues and I supposedly got the highest speeds. 🙄
-
Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario@imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐡 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐞, 𝐏𝐡𝐃 (@ModernAgri_Tips) reported@Bell If the average Canadian consumer matters to you, please send me a DM instead of asking me to send one to you. You know there are restrictions that prevent some users from initiating DMs. Asking me to message you when I can't does little to resolve the issue.
-
Elizabeth J Duncan (@ElizabethDuncan) reported@cityoftoronto what a ridiculous, outdated requirement that our pool cannot open because @Bell cannot sort the line needed for emergency landline telephone. Most people here wouldn’t know how to use a landline and in an emergency would use their mobile.
-
Sovereign Bladekiss | Sommelier VTuber 🍷 (@sovbladekiss) reportedNot often one to be an angry customer, but here's a solid piece of advice for @Bell_Support: Take that AI chatbot offline and stick to exclusively human technical support, your bot is utterly useless. My router's power supply cable failed, but the AI refused to understand it.
-
