    What in the actual hell, @RogersHelps @Rogers. There’s no internet again. This is the fourth time in the span of a week. That 5-day bill credit that we’re getting for the outage before now needs to be a whole month credit because of the unreliability!!!

    @RogersHelps been having lots issues with our internet service here in Stouffville this past month. Continued outages almost everyday. I’ve called in a few times and granted I got a few days credit but this is completely unacceptable. Not a happy customer

    @RogersHelps Appreciate the reply, my internet intermittently drops, unplugging and plugging the modem does nothing. This is not an isolated incident as I can see many other customers in various parts of Ontario experiencing the same
