Yesterday it took me an hour just to find out if the service I wanted was even available in our area and it got worse from there. Quoted a price of 104 dollars..,

Shoutout to the @Rogers tech who came to fix our internet connection & tried so desperately not to break any bird eggs in the best present. He felt so terrible about accidentally breaking one I thought he was going to cry. Good guy.
