Rogers Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Sweet Tooth (@sweet_tooth19) reported@JustMeJamie64 @mike_kozar @Rogers They outsourced all their call centers to be in Casablanca and also India. So much for them promoting 100% Canadian call centers. Back in the day, they used to answer the phone with “you’ve reached Jane in Moncton, how can I help you?” Notice how that is gone?
-
Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported@2BikeisLife1 @Rogers They have AI support now, but AI couldn’t handle my issue.
-
Daniel Voisin (@nailedvision) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers There are several factors. Cost is a big one. The wages are far less elsewhere. As are the expectations of wages and benefits. And it's the work. How many people here would even be able to handle being yelled at by a customer? Or taking back to back calls for 8 hours solid?
-
Chevy Guy (@chevy__guy) reported@Rogers i’ve been trying your customer service line for three days. Only to be told that you were too busy to answer my call to try again later.
-
🏀🏈🍁🏒⚾️ (@Tdotsportsfan9) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Have to agree. Long time rogers customer and I’ve noticed a massive shift in the quality of customer service in the last two months (of course I had a number small things to deal with) lovely people on the other end of the call but they have no idea about the service at all.
-
Breeze (@chester43998848) reported@Ady_Co @RogersHelps Forget Roger's, they're useless. I have Starlink here in Windsor. I can take it anywhere! It's never been down. More expensive, but you get what you paid for!
-
Corey (@inkdota) reported@Rogers hey retards fix your ****! you guys have been useless retards for 20+ years
-
Don Bradshaw (@RealDonBradshaw) reportedKudos to @JoeyVotto for actually discussing Vlad’s struggles as a real problem, and actually posing possible solutions. Those inside the @Rogers @Sportsnet Mothership are all just waiting for him to break out of his ‘funk’, as if it was a week-long slump. #BlueJays #BlueJays50
-
Wake Turbulence (@Airwave_1_) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They did, they used to be 100% Canadian support and marketed it that way. They just started offloading them in the last couple years. Sorry to say you missed the boat. It’s headed the other way now.
-
Sue Sproule (@SprouleSue) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers AirCanada tried this in the early 2000's for the AirCanada Website Technical support services We trained them the quality of the service was really bad but they were extrêmely polite, With customers complaints high they brought it back to Canadian Call Centers
