    Switched from @Rogers to @Bell based on a promise of faster internet speed. Disappointed outcome after just 24 hours. Bell might be faster since it uses finer optics, but their current hardware bottlenecks the wifi capabilities. I’m multiple tests with support tier 1,2 and 3

    @RogersHelps really sad that you and the big 3 are choosing to raise the 10GB NO TAB plans now for no good reason. you know us customers have no recourse but to absorb it and just pay up. For the service we all get everyone knows we still pay really high fees as it is. #crooked

    @Rogers It's not just me. I just had to download a phone app to call you guys. Over a 3 hour wait on the phone to speak to someone. Said there's an outage for ontario, Quebec, Manitoba and Alberta. confirmed my work phones are all down. I have over 70 phones down right now. Not good.
