Another day, another internet engineer. Chap tells me that it's a bigger issue possibly effecting my whole apartment building & has to be referred up to another department; which will take up to 72 hours. So enjoy your intermittent @rogers ignite service is what you're saying.

How does one of Canada’s biggest communications companies fail so bad at communicating a “planned” 8hr internet outage in my area?! Thanks for nothing @RogersBiz

To any of my subscribers or followers on @Twitch I'm sorry I cannot stream for you right now. Rather annoyingly my internet is randomly dropping out on me without warning & has been a regular issue for quite some time. Right now it's the worst it has ever been. Thanks @Rogers 1/3

@DrVivianS @jaze_ca @Rogers My experience was so opposite; I surmise it's a location issue. Although when I went, no security, just two store staffers. I had to wait outside, answer a slew of questions, get my photo taken, and show my ID before I could even enter. All that just to return a router 🥴

@Rogers internet service has been down since 7:45am EST in the L4E neighborhood in Richmond Hill. People are WFH and kids can not connect to online school. What’s the situation and ETA to resolve. Unacceptable given people are dependent on you as an ISP.

@Rogers Sure. Why not all of Rogers's customers have this option in the App? Second thing, all Canadian Telecom come together and launch one app to stop such frauds so it will help to understand what kind of frauds going on and what is new in the Market.

It's so disappointing to deal with @Rogers and recieve no help at all. Getting problems instead of solutions. The preferred program for employees is terrible 👎🏻

My s/o & I are on calls all day, working on large network servers & connecting with dozens of people for our jobs. Everything in our condo is connected to our @TekSavvyBuzz WiFi. Our TV, our work, my cell phone (b/c w/o using @Rogers WiFi calling, every call I make drops).

@RogersHelps service continues to be slow-to-out in our east york place all day. We were told 8 hours ago service people would look into outages in our area but so far - no improvement. This needs to be fixed promptly or we should be compensated for the lack of access.

@RogersHelps It's the last thing you want us to experience? REALLY??? We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. Others are terrible.

@mubarakchaudhry @Rogers Rogers out in Waterloo for me as well. Both internet and TV. I need internet to work. During the last outage when phones came back I asked them for extra mobile data to cope and they tried to get me to upgrade my plan instead. It costs them NOTHING for extra GB's and would help

@CapitaJim @Rogers @Bell_Aliant If BellAliant offered me free internet for the rest of my life, I'd never go back. They magical created a third account in my name and never told me, two years later I had a ding on my credit for a missed payment on an account I never knew about. Customer service is crap too.
