@RogersHelps I was watching on my smart tv and suddenly the connection was lost and my Tv is connected through Ethernet cable so I assume it’s a network isssue and not my modem.

When I signed up for Rogers Ignite TV @rogers I explicitly asked if something happens where I have to cancel the service, would I still maintain my email address & I was told yes by the sales person. Today I’m being told something else. #sofrustrated!!!

Corporations do not care about providing services or products they want to make money so if it’s profitable to let the system crash every now and then without any back ups then they Will.
