-
David J. Doorey🇨🇦 (@TheLawofWork) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Rogers could spend the equivalent of the GDP of the USA on ads claiming it cares about service. But I still won’t believe it until a friendly human being answers the phone on the third ring when I call and immediately solves my problem. Good luck with that.

Phil w. Tequila (@LiteBlCollarWkr) reported from Markham, Ontario@RogersHelps @CTVNews @CP24 So hundreds (maybe more) of your email users suddenly "lost" their email access due to passwords "changing" and this is not an issue? But, we haven't been hacked? Have you tried turning the system off and then on again?
-
Karen Lopez (@datachick) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Supermathie @wd5acr @Rogers I thought about it. I was able to unlink the account, but that account still is allowed to use my email address. And they are the email address provider and still don’t see this as anything they can fix for me.
-
t. anon 👽 (@tyrelasaurus) reported from Toronto, OntarioI could do with 100% less grovelling emails from @Rogers and instead just offer us all REASONABLY PRICED mobile plans. Have you considered this option for customer retention/damage control?

-
Mankind vs Modern Feminism (@MankindVsModFem) reportedHey, @Rogers. When you force me to communicate with your AI when I call your offices, I'm going to change my service provider, even if the AI functions at the same level as a human being.
-

-
tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported@RogersHelps Tbh, I’ve totally given up and when I get a clear moment to deal with switching service providers etc, I will. A relationship that has existed since 1994 is about to end (wifi, phones, tv)
-
Sleepless in YYC🇨🇦🇬🇧 (@kvlovely19) reported@Autumblues @Rogers I asked the Rogers tech support lady she said it's not my equipment, but I don't think I believe her
-
Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reportedIf you are considering (or have to due to equipment failure like me) switching from Ignite to Xfinity on @Rogers here are some things to be aware of that they do not tell you before, during or after the transition. First, a new account will be opened, independent of your previous account, and unless you call and close your previous account, you will be double billed. Second, nobody will ask you for your credit card and it won’t be transitioned from your old account so unless you go online and add it, in a month you will be getting nasty notices. Three, if you have streaming services like Crave that you buy through Rogers it will not be transferred to your new account automatically. You must call to get it added. Fourth, expect at least one of the Xfinity boxes not to work properly. I’ve done the transition now at my cottage and home and multiple service visits and equipment replacements may be necessary. Fifth, if you have Rogers/ Yahoo email or Finance accounts they don’t automatically transition and multiple phone calls may be necessary and it may take the knowledge of a supervisor to get them going again. And sixth, Rogers goes out of its way to make speaking to an actual human being virtually impossible and you have to fight with AI and may be lucky and get through to someone in a few minutes or, like me, you can waste hours and hours on hold. And finally, they are going to email you a survey on how they did. Don’t fill it in right away. Wait a few days to make sure things work and work as they should. Good luck!
