@Supermathie @wd5acr @Rogers I thought about it. I was able to unlink the account, but that account still is allowed to use my email address. And they are the email address provider and still don’t see this as anything they can fix for me.

My stupid Ignite TV doesn’ work even though we installed it thee days ago. What the effing Eff @RogersHelps? Your products are bad.

  • LiteBlCollarWkr
Phil w. Tequila (@LiteBlCollarWkr) reported from Markham, Ontario

@RogersHelps @CTVNews @CP24 So hundreds (maybe more) of your email users suddenly "lost" their email access due to passwords "changing" and this is not an issue? But, we haven't been hacked? Have you tried turning the system off and then on again?

  • JProwess
Juan Pablo V (@JProwess) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Roam like home is a scam. I stopped using it before midnight PT but apparently since it was already the next day in ET I got charged 12 dollars for 0.14 MB. We truly have one of the worst telecom industries in the developed world

@Rogers your company does not know how to treat your clients, my family has been with this **** company for 30 years. But will now be canceling all services.

  • sometimeslola
Jessica Edwards (@sometimeslola) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Another day of no internet courtesy of @RogersHelps @RogersBiz. If you’re “doing work” or “updating the systems” why not text to inform your customers. Just terrible service. The worst.

@RogersHelps your business account reps transferred me to ignite after they couldn’t help over an hour ago… I’m trying to change my package and sort out a billing issue but this seems wildly long to be on hold? But I don’t want to hang up and lose my spot if it’s just busy…

  • MarkOrlan
Mark Orlan (@MarkOrlan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps @brettjjohnn Same issues we keep having with @Rogers. Internet has been down so many times over the past week, I sound like a broken record. Sadly, when you’re a monopoly your customers are taken for granted; even your most loyal ones.

  • eastyorkcycle
Samantha (@eastyorkcycle) reported from The Beaches, Ontario

@RogersHelps Based on my own experience and the numerous msgs I've see here on Twitter, there seems an internet outage. What is the ETA to fix it? And no I wont DM your bot to provide my info.

  • pkchandora
CHANDORA_pk (@pkchandora) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers Yes I did. They stated it will take 24-48 hours. It's way too long to resolve a small issue like this. Would really appreciate if your technical support team expedite the request.

  • AlphaRomeo92
Universnanth (@AlphaRomeo92) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

My phone is finally up and running… took 3 days! 🙏🏾 for nothing @Rogers! Still finding a cheaper plan so holla at your boy major/minor service providers. You can convince me to join with a free iPhone 14 pro Max when it comes out.

  • AphroseMusic
APHROSE (@AphroseMusic) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Being on hold with @rogers for an eff up on their end that they didn’t have the courtesy to tell you about, for TWO HOURS is the worst form of punishment. What the actual EFF

  • ResearchChat
    Chris Conley (@ResearchChat) reported

@Yuvrajsv1rk @Rogers Having the exact same issues with @Rogers 2 hours on hold (which appears to be the time limit for their hold-status) and then told by the automated voice to call back another time and disconnected. Did you get anything resolved?

  • VictoriaJoss
    Victoria Joss (@VictoriaJoss) reported

@RogersHelps I’m finding it increasingly difficult communicating with S/R. All Twitter “chats” have suddenly disappeared & speaking to a human being seems old school. Now we’re beset with bots who give pat answers unrelated to the question or FAQs that don’t help. IS there an actual phone#?

  • MattCundill
    Matt Cundill | Voiceover 🎙️ | Podcast Wizard 🎤 (@MattCundill) reported

@RogersHelps Here’s what happened… Rogers service person: “You have 30 days to return the equipment” Me: “It has been sent. I can get to your courier provider in 4 days.” Next Day another call: “You owe us $1000 for the equipment you haven’t returned.” Day after That: “When are you paying us for the equipment you haven’t returned?” Day after that: “We haven’t received the equipment, can you arrange payment?” While Driving to return the Equipment: “If you don’t return the equipment we will charge you” None of your people could access notes on the file from the previous call. Now bye.

@RogersHelps Doesn't even matter at this point. We've decided to leave Roger's. Yesterday was the worst customer service I ever could have imagined. Unfathomable way to treat long-term loyal customers. 6 hrs spent on the phone only to still be hugely disappointed.

  • kynetics
    Andy Obi (@kynetics) reported
