Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Fisherville and nearby locations:

  • MarkOrlan Mark Orlan (@MarkOrlan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I think the HBR article explains it well. Clearly, being proactive with your loyal customers about promos or opportunities to reduce plan fees is not in your best interests. It will eat into your profits. So, after all these years, Rogers continues to deliver customer frustration

  • 1lilQtpie Laura (@1lilQtpie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I am having issues with one of my Rogers boxes. It is the older box. I trying unplugging it for a few minutes but still experiencing freezing in my programs.

  • jaymeemilli jmilly (@jaymeemilli) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers is letting me down AGAIN says I’m fully connected to WiFi however simple videos won’t load.... their website won’t even load. Bell is looking fantastic right now tbh. Over this company and their lousy WiFi

  • coulls (ノ°Д°)ノ︵ sןןnoɔ (@coulls) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Still no reply from @RogersHelps after 21 hours. Can’t even suggest that ppl start changing their Rogers password as that may not help here. #cybersecurity

  • i6Hitman Roger Roecken (@i6Hitman) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I hate going over my @Rogers data cap, the unlimited speed is just too slow. It should be a minimum of 1mbps not 512kbps... #brutalloadingspeeds

  • McCutcheon_C Cara McCutcheon (@McCutcheon_C) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@rogershelps I just heard the most bizarre story about @Rogers refusing to add an @Apple watch for an existing customer because your mailroom lost a @BlackBerry return in 2006. They are cancelling their service (cable/internet/family of 5 cell phones)tomorrow if you can’t fix it.

  • mikefoucault Michel Foucault (@mikefoucault) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps @rogers stop sending your door-to-door sales people to my house at 8pm at night trying to tell me my internet keeps cutting out and to buy yours. Felt bad for the kid because I know he needs the commission, but c’mon these are some sleezy sales tactics. #rogers

  • DomVitale63 Domenico Vitale (@DomVitale63) reported from Markham, Ontario

I agree that #internet speed and service is bad in my residential area in York Region. @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile are NOT cooperative when having to solve #internet issues.

  • Mobilio47 Ross Mobilio (@Mobilio47) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Beware @bell promotions, this is the fifth time coming back with an offer. Down to 210+ taxes, for the first 5 months then back to 220 not even close to @rogers $169.41+taxes or even Bell’s new client offers, this is comical, certainly not customer friendly

  • ANaughtan Amanda Mac Naughtan (@ANaughtan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps ignite is sketchy again...guildwood area of toronto. Your map says no issues. Ongoing here, always lines strung thru trees instead of underground where they belong! Get your act together guys, we all pay way too freaking much for this crap to happen on a daily basis.

  • Tksampson Tanya sampson (@Tksampson) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps No internet in my home and have rebooted the router twice. Help! M3H1K8

  • ANaughtan Amanda Mac Naughtan (@ANaughtan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps ignite tv not working. Either keeps replaying the same 10 secs or cuts out completely. Restarted modem, unplugged box, still not working. We were told it would be much more reliable than cable, we are extremely disappointed. Been happening for a couple months....

  • sheldonbk Sheldon Kerzner (@sheldonbk) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I hope so. I was a very happy loyal customer until I tried to upgrade my TV/Internet/Home Phone and smartphone in the last month. Perhaps tell chat reps & first line responders to stop pretending they're retentions and offer the best deals.

  • ANaughtan Amanda Mac Naughtan (@ANaughtan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps services down in guildwood area of toronto. Please confirm.

  • sugarbabez Julie (@sugarbabez) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps so I receive a text stating that SHM has fixed my problem with my app, but yeah it still doesn’t work, they leave a live chat link for support and of course no one is working. Been dealing with this December and it’s quite frustrating!!

  • gruz1n96 Michael (@gruz1n96) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Anyone else having issues watching the leafs game with @Rogers honestly this is so annoying. Rogers should just give me tickets to games to prevent me being pissed off about the service.

  • Renaldo27819502 Renaldo (@Renaldo27819502) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers Dazn is okay for me, who paid those stupid rates is beyond me. YouTube, Disney plus, Netflix does everything cable use to do for me. It's control cable without commercials.

  • joe_lafortune Joe LaFortune (@joe_lafortune) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Trying to access from the app on my phone. No issues earlier today. Now unable to access content for an hour.

  • GeoffreyWiseman Geoffrey Wiseman (@GeoffreyWiseman) reported from Leslieville, Ontario

@RogersHelps Internet died last night late — around midnight sometime and still isn’t back. Power cycling cable modem didn’t help.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • leafsweetie Kathy (@leafsweetie) reported

@_rallycap @RogersHelps This is where I say “play back the call you say you’re recording for quality assurance purposes”. It never works but I like to throw that in there.

  • mindmymeowmix mindmymanners (@mindmymeowmix) reported

@RogersHelps do you have a call-back option for customer service? your wait times are really bad lately, my bill increased with no warning and rogers double billed me this month so i urgently need to speak to someone as I'm out lots of money

  • Bizzle1882 Bonnie (@Bizzle1882) reported

@alexjbushell @RogersHelps We had this issue in the east end last week.

  • maryalton Mary Alton (@maryalton) reported

Screw you @Bell and @Rogers for allowing telemarketers to take over our phone lines. Like we need the harassment & interruptions during the day! You’re making money allowing them to phish and harass us. We know you can shut them down. #CDNpoli #CRTC

  • _rallycap Andy (@_rallycap) reported

Anyway if you're still reading this @RogersHelps promote Yuri. Make him Adams boss and teach him how to deal with people. Also when a customer asks for a phone in the quickest way possible maybe don't skip over your Pro On the Go option.

  • msimperfectoo Renuka Malhotra (@msimperfectoo) reported

@RogersHelps zero issue resolution, zero customer service and no option provided to honor your corporate customers who are with the company for over 2 years. #regrettable

  • 19BAM91 BrittM (@19BAM91) reported

@Rogers is literally so terrible that they would rather lose a customer than let them keep their monthly fee the same. They try and jack the price up every 12 months and now won’t honour your previous fees. Anyone know a good internet provider that is reasonably priced and

  • bobatyork Michael C (@bobatyork) reported

@_rallycap @RogersHelps I just finished messaging back and forth with @RogersHelps here on twitter and the agent was great but I have had problems when I call them, never as bad as your story

  • msimperfectoo Renuka Malhotra (@msimperfectoo) reported

@RogersHelps I think i have clearly stated my compliant & situation. If you can't do anything kindly file a complaint against your management. And let me hear back from your compliance team on what your customer service stands for.

  • alexjbushell Alex Bushell (@alexjbushell) reported

Anyone else having issues with @RogersHelps in the west end of Ottawa? My internet keeps dropping out of my wifi, and my Ignite WiFi app is telling me to (re-)activate my hub. I tried manually restarting it (e.g. removing power) but it is still an issue
