@RogersHelps @Rogers The today’s technician HD the audacity of lie on the report saying that I wasn’t at home. I live in a building with cameras. People are only allowed to get up if the concierge call me first. That never happen also the technician never talked to me beforehand or SMS, no contact

@Rogers @RogersHelps The technician left, I have all the equipment that he gave me, I did follow the instructions, NO INTERNET. He said that I must call customer support. This is ******* unbelievable!! Where is the respect with the customer? Do you call this an installation?

@RogersHelps An update here: the new technician supposed to show up between 10am and noon never care to message me or anything. No signal of that person and I still with the issue. I called support and they said they can’t do anything I should just wait.

@Rogers What is the point of schedule something if you can’t make it? This destroys the purpose of scheduling. I can’t organize anything in my day off to solve all issues related to my moving but @RogersHelps thinks it is fine for me to take the entire day just to seat and wait for them

@Rogers @RogersHelps Unbelievable the technician got finally here, gave a bag of stuff and create a problem. Since my apartment is new it has cables already on all rooms and fiber in the building He gave the fiber converter and the modem but he won’t install using the apartment infra already in place
