    @RogersHelps We always call and message rogers help desk and they are never able to do anything. They only follow the scripts in front of them (unplug, restart, ….etc) which we know by now. At the end end of the call l, they apologize and add our phone to a notification system

    Comical update. 1:46 in someone answered. When I told him I simply wanted to cancel & return he told me I was in wrong queue & he couldn’t do it for me! Put me back in queue! I joined the correct queue via the prompts. Be better @RogersHelps I pay you $1,000 a month (for now).

    @RogersHelps 2/— we loose service every 1-2 hours and we get it back slower than before for an hour or 2. I have 3 students at home! The the funny thing that I pay 150 a month!
