By the 3rd day I call back and order not processed. Another hour of my time and we schedule an install. Only to find out servers down and I have to reschedule again.

I alone have lost over $300 in wages since Sept 1st because my internet has been ****** since July. Rogers wont fix **** cause the CRTC wont force them to.

I was just making sure people knew the risks of using Rogers and working from home as Rogers will do nothing!

Apparently they upgraded my neighbourhood last week… made no difference. Pay for 1 GB download speeds. I get 30-40 MB.

Jo (@cherrypinkpeony) reported@RogersHelps Hydro, natural gas, driver’s licence, health card, banks etc - literally took < 5 minutes each to change my address/move my service. I must have called Rogers 3-4 times trying to set up this move … last phone call was over an hour wait. It’s the ONLY company that was a hassle.
