Hey @Rogers disappointed in your service. 1 hour of my time setting up internet and waiting for modem delivery. By the 3rd day I call back and order not processed. Another hour of my time and we schedule an install. Only to find out servers down and I have to reschedule again.

There will be those who died or had serious health issues & couldn't reach emergency services. People'll get evicted because of lost earnings

@CdnMapleV @RogersHelps An outage like this can actually impact the ability to diagnose a problem, because networks are out for the techs. Also, important not to erase conditions at the time of failure so the cause can be diagnosed so it doesn't happen again. Lessons learned et al
