All you do is tweak a radio driver ... this could be done by software at this point and released minutes after it is sent from OEM. QC is good but not like this. You're adding to the problem.

    @bradiems @RogersHelps One issue with regards to cellular is that cellular bandwidth is vastly more limited than broadband data. That surge in cellular data usage by lifting those data caps could cripple the networks.
