@RogersHelps been having lots issues with our internet service here in Stouffville this past month. Continued outages almost everyday. I’ve called in a few times and granted I got a few days credit but this is completely unacceptable. Not a happy customer

@RogersHelps what terrible customer service. I called to do a hardware upgrade and the first guy steers to me to a decent phone for $0 for my 4 plans. 3rd person take $0 and makes it $550 plus activation.

@RogersHelps @Rogers I have spent the last two days trying to cancel my Ignite Services. It has been impossible whenever I ask to cancel my acct from your Customer Reps I have to be transferred because they can not handle Ignite Accounts and then I am put on hold!!! Get it done!

@RogersHelps Tv was off 2 hours, gradually coming back. Was actually hoping it was problem in area and not our tv but apparently it IS our tv...still. MAJOR problems pretty much every day since switched to Ignite OVER A YEAR AGO! Last week techs came and replaced lines. We’re hopeful...NOPE

@Rogers @RogersHelps is this how you work? I have a new line installation today and they gave time slot 8-10 am and nobody shows up. I am on call with CallCenter since 1.5 hours, still waiting they just transfer line from one to other departments. Sucks!
