@RogersHelps help with a NON-ACTIVATED order incorrectly billed. returned unopened equipment immediately. FedEx return info: Track ID: 792007773926 Returned 2025-10-29 Orillia ON. Original rep said not to accept equipment and the order would auto-cancel. Never activated

@RogersHelps I have an esim & new S25. Your guides only serve Apple products. I set up my new phone on my own, however the eSim will not transfer. Closest Rogers store is a 2hr drive & sending physical sim, may take up to 11 days. Not great service any way you look at it

@Bell alarm switch over to API has been an unmitigated disaster. Our alarm hasn’t worked in over a week and we’ve been on hold multiple hours over multiple only to talent to NO ONE! Switching back over to @Rogers , who suck just as bad.
