    When I signed up for Rogers Ignite TV @rogers I explicitly asked if something happens where I have to cancel the service, would I still maintain my email address & I was told yes by the sales person. Today I’m being told something else. #sofrustrated!!!

    @RogersHelps I was watching on my smart tv and suddenly the connection was lost and my Tv is connected through Ethernet cable so I assume it’s a network isssue and not my modem.

    @RogersHelps cant use "robokill" app. My carrier doesnt support "conditional call forwarding". US carriers do.

    @RogersBiz I called already, the issue is that your company can't come here to service the phone lines for another 48 hrs. Not acceptable

    @RogersHelps sucks cost $7 extra called so oh well i have popular tv package so i dont really have enough if i ordered it but i was wanting to watch b/c yes it looks scary hense the name but @DonnieWahlberg hosting it

    @Rogers @RogersHelps We are STILL having problems with our internet. We did all the tests you suggested. It's not our problem. YOUR modem, when connected directly to a laptop is 1/2 the Gig we are paying. #FixThisIssuePlease

    @RogersHelps The issue def started after i got the bank from the no name place. Sitting at Wimpy's diner & saw my screen was flashing & not charging like I was hoping for. The type C that came with it, im using it on the head attached to my wall

    @RogersHelps I finally got hold of an ignite person. What I would like you to do is send a memo to whomever does your website to adjust it. If an ignite customer asks to chat, it should be an ignite rep they get first... why on earth would I need to speak to a legacy rep first?

    @RogersHelps There is no internet in scarborough, 860 pharmacy. Last two days internet is down at this time and it keeps happening over and over again. Y'all need to hurry up fixing it or otherwise I'll cancel my policy with you guys.
