@RogersHelps @Twitch (Part 2) continue from where I left off instead of asking me the same questions “how do you know your internet not working, can we restart the modem, I see static, ...” 😭 just need a decent upload speed... has 50 and got cut down to 30 and everything went south from there 😭😭😭

@RogersHelps I was watching on my smart tv and suddenly the connection was lost and my Tv is connected through Ethernet cable so I assume it’s a network isssue and not my modem.

@erik_c @Rogers @TekSavvyBuzz I'll say this though, when things do go to crap (rare, but it happens), with the TPIAs, they'll have to file a ticket with R or B to fix their network, who, in turn, are known to drag their feet compared to when you're their client directly.

Well… @RogersHelps no longer has the “add a line for $10/mo to share data+voice” family option. It is now an additional $55/mo to do the same & that is on-top of the still limiting data. Somebody remind me, which country has the worst telcos? @CRTCeng

@kaplanmyrth .@Sportsnet & @Rogers crappy on-screen product should learn from the streaming services how to actually produce a broadcast. The streamers FAR outstrip the quality available from those charlatans. But they're fat, lazy and rich and don't give a crap about the product, just $$$.

@RogersBiz Working remotely, Rogers Internet repeatedly dropped while I was CHAIRING DAILY troubleshooting meetings with dozens of experts from multiple companies. Mortifyingly bad look for a contract project manager. Rogers totally indifferent and combative when asking for assistance.
