No signal of that person and I still with the issue. I called support and they said they can’t do anything I should just wait.

Since my apartment is new it has cables already on all rooms and fiber in the building He gave the fiber converter and the modem but he won’t install using the apartment infra already in place

He said that I must call customer support. This is ******* unbelievable!! Where is the respect with the customer? Do you call this an installation?
