@garry_keller @Rogers Left Rogers for TV and internet 3 years ago because if service problems. Only have cell phones there since I don't want everything with one vendor.

@Rogers @RogersHelps an answer, they just keep transferring from collection department,to home monitoring, to customer service with long waiting calls.They receive the equipment in a mail room. I gave all the info a month and half ago. And i was told they wont call anymore

@RogersHelps I tried to customer care as well. They are not helping me anyways. I told them 15 times that there is no store near me. Not even near to 200 kms. Then also they told me to go to store and ask for verify my doc. Although I did submit docs at all. So disappointed with the service.

@Rogers No internet/tv since 9:30 last night. Tried every tech solution and still nothing. After several calls to Rogers tech the soonest appt. to send someone out is Wednesday!!😳😡 4 days!!That’s totally unacceptable!! Time to start searching elsewhere I guess.
