@mike31095399 @AboutRogers @RogersHelps I'm sorry but how is not being able to use a service we are PAYING for not a rogers problem? The world relies on internet and communication now more than ever. They have only addressed the issue, not even said when it will be resolved. People cannot work without this service.

@aridler @RogersHelps @Rogers I was paralyzed from the waist down last year, but with LOTS of work I've been able to walk, but with difficulty... today I was to be fitted for a leg brace, but I couldn't bring up the internet on my phone, so no map... the outage has affected my health, and recovery, too :(

@AboutRogers @Rogers You should hire me. I am an Infrastructure Analyst. Then it would not take you 14hrs to ID the problem. Do you have any idea how much money you have made us lose today? On a Monday!!
