@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers you can vote with your $. I'm no longer with Roger's. I'm with a local company for my internet. I can drive a mile and walk into the office, and sitdown with staff to discuss my account. There's never been a line up. Phone service is pretty quick too.

  • SprouleSue

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers AirCanada tried this in the early 2000's for the AirCanada Website Technical support services We trained them the quality of the service was really bad but they were extrêmely polite, With customers complaints high they brought it back to Canadian Call Centers

@RogersHelps @Rogers can't sign into my account on your website on my computer. I can sign in on the phone but not the computer. Fix it!

We all feel her pain! @Rogers never takes ownership for their poor service. We have had nothing but problems on our street. There were 3 repair technicians on our street today. Still issues!!

  • JustMeJamie64
Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported

@CognizantBeing @Rogers I will admit I received good service today, but it took over an hour of my time. The wait time to speak with someone was only 5mins. It was the amount of times I was put on hold while she “was checking” things. They must improve their service levels for call time as well as bring back more Canadian call centres. I haven’t even touched on privacy issues. @Rogers

  • BobRules4038
    Jim B (@BobRules4038) reported

@OShenMetaX @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Hey retard. This is all big canadian companies. If you want to actually support big Canadian companies you have to give money to other nations who actually support the people who buy their products LMAO.

  • JWatson42
    Mertecracker (@JWatson42) reported

@RogersHelps I am trying to dispute some charges for US roaming. I was told a block had been put on the account when I had the same issue last year, but it appears more got through again later. I've never visited the US during the timeframe but was working an hour or so from the border.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They used to, many companies used to. The standard for those centers was call time. So everyone basically had a manager behind them bickering at them to get the call time down. It becomes competition between teams who can get the call time down. The service standard dropped to nothing, people accepted it or in our case, have no reasonable alternatives due to the regulation of media and infrastructure in the country. Once people accepted it it was cheaper to outsource and automate.
