    @RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

    @RogersHelps hi there I can’t connect a friends phone to my wifi? I’m on my wifi but their phone shows wifi but it has an “!” Beside it? Can you help me out? I know you’re busy with the outage right now but I hope you can help me.

    @RogersHelps Havn't had LTE or 5G service in a day and a half. What is actually happening with this company? Tech support was no help and I have reset everything. Absolutly ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps Ahhhh you're killing me. Multiple stores couldn't help and then phone girl said she couldn't help because her internet connection wasn't working. Transferred me and I've been on hold for over an hour. Trying hard not to be a Karen. 🆘

    @EVAsKarma @Rogers Had the same problems so switched to Bell. For me they have been 100% better. Been with then for 10 yrs now. Only one outage for 1 hr. Maybe just our feed but been good.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers is the worst cell phone company in Canada on the most money hungry one. They don’t care about their loyal customers, all they care about is money. I plan on cancelling & changing providers soon & don’t plan on ever coming back.

    @RogersHelps / @Rogers Your customer service is horrible. Your agents are robots who follow a script and have zero customer service skills. I’ve been a long time mobile customer but that may be changing soon. Unreal

    @RogersHelps I've been transferred 5 times already trying to cancel my service with you. It's taken 3 times as long to cancel as it took for @beanfield to install my new wifi. Ridiculous.

    @dpn_ray @Bell @Rogers I have had bell in the past and never got the speed I paid for. Yeah Rogers sucks too but I always get at least what I'm paying for.
