I was actually surprised how greedy Shaw is. The big kicker was charging my in laws more money for internet 15 than I pay for my 300 internet.

Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times.
