It freezes & jumps forward erratically, plus the dropping of sound while watching recordings I messaged you about a few days ago is still happening. Please fix this!

Issue is the same on my laptop as well. Even went to my sister’s and tried her wifi (also Shaw) and it didn’t work there either.

It doesn’t happen with our downstairs tv. We also lose the sound and the way to fix it is to rewind and then ff.
