@ShawInfo your company provides some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered from any company in any service sector. 3 weeks now and my wi-fi issues can't be fixed. Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone or get the right person to come fix the problem.

@wingsnation @ShawInfo We just moved into a new neighbourhood, #Telus never ran service into it so we are stuck with using Shaw... Today I used Shaw's call back service, they called back in 20 mins, recording said I was in "Position 1" in the queue and it still took 1 hr 15 min to speak with someone.

@Shawhelp I’m having an issue with sound. It drops off for a second or 2 intermittently. Does not occur when watching streaming services as I type this it has happened twice in 30 seconds. Any idea? Yes just happened 2 more times. :(

Wow so after 3.5 hours trying to help my parents switch to @ShawInfo and having a tech come out to their house, but they didn’t, and talking to the loyalty team @Shawhelp, they will be going back to Telus, haven’t seen service like this ever, and time for me to switch as well 👎

@ShawInfo moving your service is an impossible mission. I had to talk to 8 different agents, and finally they gave me another appointment. 1 month to move the services. #wfh and #studingfromhome with you is almost impossible. Your service is really bad.

@ShawInfo my elderly mother has been have internet problems for months. Finally Shaw says they will send a new modem. Oops! They ordered the wrong one and now have to wait even longer. Wont allow us to pick it up ourselves! #Shaw #poorservice

we recently cancelled TV with @Shawhelp. they don't cancel until the end of the billing cycle, so we still have service. however, no new DVR recordings are happening. if related, this is some bullshit. we are paying for this service, and it should work as intended to the end.

@Shawhelp This feed is in standard definition. I can't risk rebooting the system, it might never come back. I'm accepting the quality of the feed because I love this card, but shaw better reimburse me for paying premium money for a ghetto feed
