    @adymitruk @Shawhelp cable technology is limited they can't provide symmetrical speed and shaw is the worst provider price/bandwidth wise in Canada.

    Dealt with Shaw for forty yrs and thought would give Telus a try on a new service. BIG MISTAKE ! Mon. I called C/ S they told me they would call me in 48 hours or less to deal with problem. No call. @TELUS @Shawhelp Telus customer service offshore. Shaw is in Canada.

    I change my internet provider Telus to Shaw on the 15 Feb 2020. Shaw said we fill a form and send it on the 24 Feb 2020, but the Telus said there is no request from Shaw. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo @TELUS . Please talk to each other guys I need a solution. It is your miscommunication.

    @Shawhelp 6 weeks of intermittent tv problems. Replaced 2 pvrs. Signal coming out of cable box in alley is -16db to -11db. Shaw has failed to fix the problem in 6 weeks. Why do I pay a premium price to receive substandard service?

    @Shawhelp wifi not working. Spent an hour on phone with technician. Can’t get it working. Have to wait 1/2 days for new modem. I should be able to go to local office and get one. Pretty sure someone in Saskatoon has a modem in their truck. It’s called customer service.

    @Shawhelp over 5 hours and the number is not ported yet !! Spent an hour in line at Market mall to deal with an agent and still can't get it right, perhaps training is an issue ??
