@2muchcoffee4me @BretInVancouver @TELUS Yep. And it’s just poor client care. Because I’ve had issues since we got it. And I’ve tried but half the people I talk to don’t understand what I am saying. I don’t need to be told how wifi works. I need troubleshooting beyond google. They are so busy assuming I am confused.

@wingsnation @ShawInfo We just moved into a new neighbourhood, #Telus never ran service into it so we are stuck with using Shaw... Today I used Shaw's call back service, they called back in 20 mins, recording said I was in "Position 1" in the queue and it still took 1 hr 15 min to speak with someone.

@AliothFox @BorderDaCougah @GuilRosmer Telus (surprisingly) still (eventually) sent out a tech with a lift truck to fix the problem anyway. It wasn't their fault or their stuff kinda deal, but if they didn't do it, it wasnt going to get done. Problem turned out to be live power lines that had been cut and never fixed.

I never signed up for Telus "easy payment". Why is my cable $220.99? Why would I pay $140 a month for internet?!?!?!? when I called to set up my account again, the rep told me i'd be paying less than I was paying previously, then I get this $588 bill the next month.

@linda_kauffeldt @Bell You may be able to get a decent package with Telus, especiallyif bringing own device. Not sure of their coverage in your area. I wouldn't recommend Rogers. I lose decent service in areas north of 401 or outside Ottawa. Bro is with Telus and has better luck
