I’m not impressed by your teams customer service. I would of preferred “Our call centre made a mistake by telling you to come here, but let us ship it for you”.

Gotta say that their phone operator Christian was the most pleasant voice I've ever heard @TELUSsupport! Too bad my Fibre problems can't be fixed remotely.

Once, someone walked into Telus & bought 2 new phones + plans on my account Telus store even had them on camera but gave me a really hard time about my dispute.
