    Who is better than @telus for home WiFi? Currently paying for the most expensive internet that is slow, intermittently down, and has the worst customer service.

    I hope Telus goes bankrupt. They call me the day I’m moving to tell me “we can’t provide services until Nov 8.” What ******** am I supposed to do for 2 weeks with no internet? Worst part is they knew it needed to be postponed a week ago. They just didn’t say anything.

    @TELUS The call-back service doesn't even call my phone it goes directly to my voicemail. What can you do about this disservice to your customers who can only wait on hold an hour to speak with a representative?

    @GlobalBC As a member of Telus Life Plus, I am jumping no queues. All medical procedures I receive are outside of Telus & are in the MSP “lottery” to receive health care. I don’t have a family Doctor so how can keeping me out of visiting emergency or walk in clinics hurt the system?

    @TELUSsupport Was on hold for the ‘next available’ customer service agent at TELUS for just over 3 hrs today and finally gave up… (they said when I called my wait time would be ‘up’ to an hour)… guess they work on a different time clock then most.

    @Shawhelp I have been out of services from last 48 hours inspite of having electricity at home. Neighborhood is getting services from Telus but shaw seems to not working. Location Fraser heights, Surrey BC. It's so frustrating

    Why is it that telus doesn't know what it's doing. I pay money to block my phone going out to the internet, except using my own wifi. Then I get repeated emails, texts to connect to telus internet. I guess they just pocket the money as a bonus for themselves. Fix your problem.

    @TELUS How many times do I have to say NO to your co stant barrage of phone calls about switching my service? YOU ARE HARRASING ME. I'm not giving any info to the call center that for all I know is the same call center full of CRA scammer callers. TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER!

    @lc10155 deadasss.... not gonna lie i was approach by telus to do the exact same thing and they were trying to target it as a pyramid scheme 'if you sell x amount in said community you'll make this much in commission' i peaced ******** out of that 'job' bcos of how predatory it is

    @SharkeyCBC @koodo I was with @Telus for 20 years and was paying more than any new customer would pay. I asked for a break and they refused. I switched to Koodo (I know, same company) and cut my bill by more than half. Of course they would rather have you switch to Telus and pay $125/mth!!!

    @dowdtaco @ProgressAlberta @emmadeady My experience was with a small (ish) ISP in Calgary called Primus. They offered a service that was closed to half the price of Telus and using Telus infrastructure. The only problem was, install and setup yourself, and good luck with sorting out any technical issues haha

    @ShawDirect @2sunnysandy2 @bigbushelsag Called and their service people and asked why are new customers getting treated better than us witj better deals. Basically got told to bad because we dont qualify for those deals. Ok than we dont have to be loyal to you. We will try telus now. Bye shaw

    @realreporter From what I saw when he said MB could cut travel because there are 4 roads in/out I turned it off. Colossal waste of time. Telling travellers if they don’t behave he’s gonna come down like a load of bricks??? Umm they can’t even govern the residents aka Telus apt party house
