Literally actually can’t believe that @TELUS is doing less than bare minimum right now to support customers in this crisis. Literally every other provider is waiving cell phone data overages and you’re like “we know you can’t travel so we are waiving roaming fees”. Do better.

  • TomGautreau Thomas Gautreau (@TomGautreau) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Dealt with Shaw for forty yrs and thought would give Telus a try on a new service. BIG MISTAKE ! Mon. I called C/ S they told me they would call me in 48 hours or less to deal with problem. No call. @TELUS @Shawhelp Telus customer service offshore. Shaw is in Canada.

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@dooksofhazard @TELUSsupport I actually love TELUS mobility support. But this thing brands do with forcing you into a circular automated help situation is frustrating when you’re already frustrated.

So my wife and I were speaking about the fact we turned down multiple requests by @TELUS reps to connect our home with fiber optic “for free” 😒 Their doubling down on Huawei tech this week makes me think we made the right call.

  • troysweather Troy Weatherly (@troysweather) reported from Delta, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport I did not realize that y'all replied to this. 13 @telus reps later they had my confirm a second piece of ID and baba-bing bada-boom, it was fixed just like that. But the crazy part was me having to explain my "issue" to every single rep that I was transferred to.

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@CommonSenseSoc @TELUSsupport @CRTCeng @TELUS They won’t fix it because they want us to get fibre but our strata doesn’t want them drilling holes into the building envelopes.

@TELUS Why does your service suck so much lately, I’m sure I could get better reception from Edison and his kite. @Bell can you do better???

  • johnb45_reid John Reid (@johnb45_reid) reported

@TELUS Everybody that is paying to not connect to your cell internet is being charged. Therefore it's a telus problem. You can refund all our money for this nonsense and that means Everybody that has been affected. Back to the date they were forced to pay for something that didn't work

  • renawoss Rena Woss (@renawoss) reported

@TELUS Telus website is a mess of nothing but BS advertising. I want to find my bill, current charges ...practical stuff and its IMPOSSIBLE. FOR GOD SAKE FIX THIS!!!!!

  • coachworth Jonas Worth (@coachworth) reported

@TELUS No. You have lost my trust and I don't think yet another CSR interaction is going to help. Just do your job right the first time and respect loyal customers. I have lost too much valuable time trying to correct your mistakes.

  • dandoozled dan:doozled (@dandoozled) reported

@RogersHelps Pass this feedback along, verbatim: “if you truly hate seeing people leave because they’re being hassled by robocall scams, implement a true solution which @TELUS has done with their call control feature. Words are meaningless without actions.” #thoughtsandprayers

  • owndestined viren scrolling stars (@owndestined) reported

@TELUSsupport Hey Telus, my calls and Data cellular service is very spotty in Gatineau area near Louis chapagne and St raymond line. Barely i can call and use internet services. I have tried to chat with agent on My telus app and later booke appointment for 4:30. 1/2

  • coachworth Jonas Worth (@coachworth) reported

@TELUS Officially the worst customer experience in Canada. You added a TV contract I did not order, charged me for the 4 days it was active, & now ask me to return TV equipment I don't have!!! You can't update my contact info either & I'm a mobility client!!! Abusive! #Telus

  • TapSnag Tap Snag (launching in July 2023) (@TapSnag) reported

@ChlanJen @SpaceX We ordered online, they have a special for Canadians as of this post, and it arrived by Purolator BEFORE our Telus installer arrived. Of course we cancelled the Telus. I mean, 290 mbps compared to 25 by Telus??? The Canadian internet groups should just close down.

  • kolourfulkate kolourfulkate (@kolourfulkate) reported

@telus Hi 20 year customer here. Did the math and it equates to close to $50,000 we’ve paid you. We went to Mexico and turned off cell data while still in Canada but STILL were charged roaming fees of $120!!
