Conversation. She sounded very uncertain of the said program/ promotion. Fast forward 2wks after, NO FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL @TELUS @TELUSsupport crappy service! Just got off the phone with another customer rep. In all fairness, he was apologetic and kind. Still, No resolution.

I just wanted a phone. A simple ******* phone that could be used to make calls. In 3 days we’ve racked up an extra $20 because she took her phone outside I guess. WHAT ******** TELUS. That’s not what the woman sold me.

We can’t live in remote communities and utilize the Bring It Back program with Telus. They’ll tell you that you need to be patient with Canada Post delays and then turn around and ding you bc of it, give you no real help and then won’t send the phone back. @TELUSsupport
