    @CommonSenseSoc @TELUSsupport @CRTCeng It’s $32 to add 2gb. The TELUS wifi at home is so bad we’ve had to use data with everyone trapped here and now we’ve got 2gb for 20 days.

    @TELUS have tried twice to buy accessories at your Semihamoo mall in Surrey location. The rude/useless asian girl at the door does everything to discourage business, wants a full explanation of why you wish to enter. What nonsense. Finished with TELUS.

    I just wanted a phone. A simple ******* phone that could be used to make calls. In 3 days we’ve racked up an extra $20 because she took her phone outside I guess. WHAT ******** TELUS. That’s not what the woman sold me.

    @TELUSsupport I have a TELUS home account, why do I need to provide another verification for mobile services. I am not comfortable to provide SIN via phone.. This service person called from India.

    @TELUSsupport I did not realize that y'all replied to this. 13 @telus reps later they had my confirm a second piece of ID and baba-bing bada-boom, it was fixed just like that. But the crazy part was me having to explain my "issue" to every single rep that I was transferred to.

    @TELUS very rude and defensive clerk working at your Semihamoo mall location in Surrey. She is a young Asian on today at 4pm acting like she owns TELUS and she is a prision guard keeping customers out...unbelievable no other shop as paranoid as TELUS

    Literally actually can’t believe that @TELUS is doing less than bare minimum right now to support customers in this crisis. Literally every other provider is waiving cell phone data overages and you’re like “we know you can’t travel so we are waiving roaming fees”. Do better.

    @AmyBeeman @TELUSsupport @TELUS This actually makes me really mad. I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 yrs...&all I see is pricing going up when other companies are way less. Currently $95/m for 3Gbs of data, like wtf.😳 It’s like MURDER to me. I need to upgrade but don’t have the patience to call & negotiate.

    @JasJohalBC My response will be to pull out the check book, stamps and envelope and support my mail carrier with payment by check. It will cost less then the CC fee and support jobs. And cost Telus man hours to process payments. #paybycheck should start a movement against Telus
