@NoLogsNoCrime I will try this. We had Telus internet, too. But my strata won’t let fibre and Telus makes the other service useless so you’ll upgrade and we couldn’t run the business so we had to switch. Pretty sure that’s not solved so no going back.

  • yourbcagent Anshu Arora (@yourbcagent) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@TELUS called yesterday and today. On hold for over 30 minutes and no resolution. No one answered. Why is it so hard to get good #CustomerService

  • Test123Do Langley (@Test123Do) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport @TELUS #customersupport Is Telus shutdown? There is no customer rep to pick up customers calls to get cell phone support. My God! I disconnected phone after 2 hours

  • Brad604 Brad Atchison (@Brad604) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia

Anyone else having Koodo/Telus issues right now?

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@TheFalconer @TELUS Also **** off. As a business owner who processes transactions, I pay insane fees for everything I do. And so do the clients. And probably the staff. Pay your own fees you dumb *****.

  • kikithekrakra99 Kiefer Abram (@kikithekrakra99) reported from Delta, British Columbia

Even better on Sunday nights like 400mbps now this.... Only 50 down... On an medal 200 ft cell tower with rogers/telus etc on it with in 15 ft of direct line1/2

  • camcavers Cam Cavers FKA Cam Cabers (@camcavers) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@infil00p Even if you didn’t you could have a cheap prepaid data plan running on the Telus network in the amount of time it takes to get to the closest London Drugs and back

  • Eni_gs Bernardo G. S. (@Eni_gs) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

Anyone having problems with @TELUS ? No internet on #Burnaby #BritishColumbia. Please help @TELUSsupport

  • chrismitcheldlr Chris Mitchell (@chrismitcheldlr) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

As a Telus Mobile customer, having wifi in the tunnel is a huge plus. You can check bus connections for PoMo or Burquitlam Station without data (which can be spotty after leaving the tunnel).

  • kerricoombs Kerri Coombs (@kerricoombs) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport I use Lightspeed and have been paying about $40/month for years, as a very heavy internet user. Not sure how the service is because I've almost never needed it. I replaced a modem once and they were fine. Streaming is fine but YouTube uploads are kinda slow. I'm happy with them.

  • BLeeLoganberg Bobbi-Lee Loganberg 🌻 (@BLeeLoganberg) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Solidchick4life August billing cycle, not the bill I just paid... It will not be enough to cover the inconveniences. I’ll be switching to TELUS as I no longer need TransCanada service.

  • d_esiree_______ freelance cyberbully (@d_esiree_______) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

In Telus cause I lost my SIM card cause I’m really stupid and this woman ahead of me just told me she’s been a customer since 1969. NINETEEN SIXTY NINE.

  • EmptyUK Mat Thomas (@EmptyUK) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

The inane @TELUS 1.5% credit card bill charge is just another gouge. I pay them so much money already; it’s time to look elsewhere. Also, my actual cell phone coverage is pretty terrible even in my apartment. #CashGrab

  • paul_wb_wtf Paul Barraclough (@paul_wb_wtf) reported from Delta, British Columbia

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport Stop billing people for wireless service from the time you ship the SIM cards and then put them in regular mail. I’m not paying for a week of service on 4 lines while Canada Post gets around to delivering them.

  • ShamimAbbassi Shamim Abbassi (@ShamimAbbassi) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUS @Fidomobile we expect the same support from you as well. So many Iranians need this support. #MahsaAmini

  • jchoisea Juancho (@jchoisea) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

Watching Elvis in Telus and... the ******* box shoot down! It is a shity service right here!!

  • kikithekrakra99 Kiefer Abram (@kikithekrakra99) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport @pgib That wont help! You suck telus and rogers @RogersHelps

  • yourbcagent Anshu Arora (@yourbcagent) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@TELUS how come #CustomerService is sooooo horrible

  • camcavers Cam Cavers FKA Cam Cabers (@camcavers) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@infil00p I think they fixed it late evening, but I’m not sure; wife and I are on Telus and I actually just finished moving both my kids’ phones from Speakout (which uses Rogers network) to Public prepaid sims, which is obviously Telus as it was bought out in 2016.

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

@CalgaryOccupy Telus wants to charge us, not a service fee, but a percentage of the payment. I can see corporate retail doing the same.

  • costanza_sports Spooky szn George Costanza 🦑 🎃 (@costanza_sports) reported

@akaRCN Shaw is an actual nightmare to deal with customer service and Telus has Optik.

  • emma_goldwoman Emma (@emma_goldwoman) reported

The telus wires on the hydro poll outside an elderly neighbours apartment has been cut, @TELUSsupport wont send someone to fix the wires outside the building , the heck

  • gene_anderson Gene Anderson (@gene_anderson) reported

@MarkConnollyCBC My first was a Telus Mike phone in 96. Those were super tough phones, battery lasted all day, service was good, and while it wasn’t a small phone it wasn’t a brick either.

  • OriginalEddieH Eddie House (@OriginalEddieH) reported

@KoppPpc @mamabarebighair He never did any of what you’re saying. The Monopoly is still there. To think Canadians have choice now on mobile carriers is pathetic. We are still paying more for data than any other developed world. Telus & Bell own all the cell towers. They control the prices.

  • newfieOilerFan1 NewfieOilerFan (@newfieOilerFan1) reported

@TELUSsupport unreal.. been third in the Que waiting for telus support for over an hour.. I guess no one is getting served..

  • jenniibeez J to the Ho (@jenniibeez) reported

Retweet if you think #telus coverage sucks. Absolutely the worst in Canada.

  • JudithBares Judith Mitchell, A grateful Canadian 🇨🇦 (@JudithBares) reported

@CalgaryOccupy Telus is on board. I cancelled my automatic billing with them. I will no longer pay by credit card. As soon as our contract is over, I'll cancel. Already moved phone service.
