Overall still good service for the price.

With the exception of last week when the internet was out for most of a day but, hydro caused that problem. I was hesitant but happy to have switched. My wifi works now.

I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 yrs...&all I see is pricing going up when other companies are way less. Currently $95/m for 3Gbs of data, like wtf.😳 It’s like MURDER to me. I need to upgrade but don’t have the patience to call & negotiate.

Every time they say they made a note. Then are annoyed. Repeat.

All medical procedures I receive are outside of Telus & are in the MSP “lottery” to receive health care. I don’t have a family Doctor so how can keeping me out of visiting emergency or walk in clinics hurt the system?

Called @TELUS and so happy to talk and worked a fabulous deal. father in law is happy as he will be saving $600/ year on home internet, cable and phone.

They serve many Alberta customers.** Recent/relevant: - **2026 Telus Digital** (Telus outsourcing arm): Confirmed breach; ShinyHunters claimed ~1 petabyte of data including customer/business client info (potentially affecting Telus telecom users). - **2026 Rogers/Fido**: Alleged breach; 10.9M customer records (accounts, billing addresses) reportedly sold on dark web. - **Bell Canada**: 2017 (~1.9M customer emails/phone numbers); 2018 (100k); 2024 (2.2M data leak). Both were excellent then. now it's a horror story. Champagne.
