  • Westjet007 Jennifer West (@Westjet007) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I seriously recommend that people NOT get services with @Shawhelp. They don't keep their word and customer service is atrocious. Telus is your better option.

  • MsAlexi Alexi (@MsAlexi) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport I understand that scheduling and servicing takes time. However, we’ve been a TELUS customer for a long time and for a communication company, communication could be greatly improved. Now we wait... and looking at other providers that could get us connected ASAP. 3/3

  • MsAlexi Alexi (@MsAlexi) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport @TELUS When you’ve been using PureFibre internet for over 4 years and to find out that the new home you’re moving into does not have PureFibre even though the website and TELUS support confirmed that we have it, is a shitty to find out on your moving day 👎 1/2

  • aarongurney Aaron Gurney (@aarongurney) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUS I am having a frustrating time trying to call you guys to purchase Internet service from you. My call has been dropped 3 times and the call-back feature is no longer available. Please make it right.

  • rightoutthere Tac one (@rightoutthere) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

With all the neg. crap I read against Telus, I'd like to say, ever since we switched from Shaw to Telus our lives have become communication stress free. I run a complete wireless smart home, our service has been great, customer service has been outstanding + much lower bill..👍

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I really enjoy @TELUS as a company and have so very few issues with them or their services. I hope to heck when we move we can get fibre optic tho because it’s not workable in this townhouse and it’s annoying af.

  • KalpnaSolanki1 Kalpna (@KalpnaSolanki1) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

Tsk Tsk @TELUS cancelling my old internet service in anticipation of fibre optic being connected WITHOUT verification that the work had actually been completed. Now I have no internet connection at all @TELUSsupport #FAIL

  • hawes Stefan Hawes (@hawes) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Discovering a problem with the modern world. When your Internet goes down and you have to wait a couple of days for someone to come by to fix it, you’re also without TV, movies, and music. Might just have to read in silence. @TELUS

  • ckmng8 Camy Ng (@ckmng8) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Telus pls come fix our internet I haven't been able to take my Spanish lessons in a full week and the duolingo owl is trying to kill me

  • KalpnaSolanki1 Kalpna (@KalpnaSolanki1) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport Fibre is available in our area and line is in place. Tech just did not know how to do the connection! Yet, @telus discontinued the old service!

  • MarkBreslaw Mark Breslaw (@MarkBreslaw) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport I did call the sales team and was hung up on so I do t want to call in again. I would like to be treated like a customer TELUS wants to keep. Please tell me what iPhone options are available for the same deal I already received a confirmation for less than a week ago

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Every single time I have to talk to @TELUSsupport (often) it’s a great experience. I know people have TELUS issues but I am consistently pleased with their service and not enough people say positive things on this yelling machine.

  • KimABowie Kimberley Bowie (@KimABowie) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Ian_A_MacDonald @jodyvance @TELUS I’m so sorry. Telus is brutal and overcharges me every month. And customer service is abysmal.

  • Zharphyn Brad Thiessen (@Zharphyn) reported from Maple Ridge, British Columbia

@TELUS @TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness I just had the most unpleasant CSR experiences of my life, dealing with your CSRs. The names they gave me were ‘Joe’ and ‘Lovly’. Extremely rude and unhelpful. I even asked for a supervisor, and was refused.

  • iheliconnet HeliConnect (@iheliconnet) reported from Delta, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport been on hold for 30 minutes. Soon as a delta cable/eastlink gets a bit higher speed I’m so gone. We have a total outage. No acknowledgment on Telus’s past othervthan leave you on hold. Could at least put a notice out or something! SUCKS!!!

  • Schmidt_show Johnson (@Schmidt_show) reported from Maple Ridge, British Columbia

@Shawhelp My wifi is off sending this tweet because it is slow. I’m asking telus how there optik cable install is going because all we can get for tv and Internet is Shaw. We’ve had nothing but troubles w/ wifi, cable and billing.

  • fjgomezl Francisco Gomez (@fjgomezl) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

TELUSsupport @TELUS Pik tv not working at the worst possible time @oscars2019

  • spawnsteryvr Steven 🇨🇦 (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport This is very odd. Some email is coming through but I know not all. Sent a test message from Gmail to TELUS, which was slow in receiving but I did get. Also just received one from something I subscribe to but still a minimum of 2 emails outstanding.

  • JayManHope Jay Hope (@JayManHope) reported

@riarenouf @TELUS ...maybe they’re going to outsource it to Google like they did with my email service...😡

  • EDenhoff eric denhoff (@EDenhoff) reported

@Bzubyk You can get through no problem to the for-profit Telus online doctor system, of course!!! If their docs were doing the vaccinations, they’d have had thousands of operators!

  • Cheri_L_S Cheri S (@Cheri_L_S) reported

@CHEK_News Lol. Govt should have asked for references before hiring @TELUS to carry out such an important task. It took them 1.5 months, approx 15 phone calls and 40 hrs of my life to get one hole drilled for service installation. True story.

  • everybodystan8 STAN (@everybodystan8) reported

@RobShaw_BC @jjhorgan If they contracted for only a specific # of agents, therein lies the issue with the bottleneck. Not that you can have 50k agents, but if the Gov didn't have the foresight to up the services from Telus, then thats on them. Another case of didn't wanna pay. Bad planning as usual

  • Baseballma_woo Baseball Mama (@Baseballma_woo) reported

@LizaYuzda @TELUS @NEWS1130 Need to know when Telus was contracted the job and what volume were expected as per contract. Contractor will never blame their employer unless they want to be fired.

  • hockeydraft411 Ron Jones (@hockeydraft411) reported

@GlobalBC Don't blame @TELUS for crappy customer service? Blame the idiots that hired them knowing that they're poor. I wouldn't switch over to them when they have cheaper prices and a free tv. They are awful.

  • wendyannasmith wendysmith (@wendyannasmith) reported

@Bzubyk @toddstonebc If you had 1/2 a brain, you’d realize it was a Telus issue.. but that’s right, keep spinning it, cause we all know your party would have killed us all!!

  • ClothLabQuilts Diane Thompson (@ClothLabQuilts) reported

@jjhorgan @TELUS Why was Fraser Health was the only health authority of the 4 in B.C. to launch with an online booking system??? "The rest are expected to launch websites by April 12." 5 weeks from now? Seriously?? This is not a 'Telus' issue.

  • speedracer5555 David Engman (@speedracer5555) reported

@RobShaw_BC @jjhorgan I’m sure Telus bears some responsibility for sure BUT you never throw a supplier under the bus like that, it looks cheap and petty, and to be clear, the huge call volumes were clearly related to the terrible inconsistencies on the BCCDC site, no wonder it failed.

  • EmeryAGeek Emery the YVR Geek (@EmeryAGeek) reported

@PeterVogel @keithbaldrey Or private Telus users' wi-fi connections. They (Telus) say that wi-fi is not part of their service. Are they @Telus still in the 19th Century using tin cans???
