    After months of being unable to find Sons of Anarchy on any streaming service in Canada including FXnow... @TELUS has finally blessed me with all 7 seasons on demand with FXnow. Now I dont have to suffer through all the scratched disks at the library

    Over the past couple of days I've experienced the best & worst of customer service & support. @lululemon has killed it yet again with their planning for @SeaWheeze - great customer support. My experiece with my @telus webmail & @TELUSsupport has been quite the opposite.

    25 hours without internet, tv or home phone! Come on @TELUS you need to improve your repair service. Can’t leave your customers in the dark for so long. Our whole neighborhood is without service since 10:30pm Wednesday night.

    Got home at 3am after a long shift only to find that I have no internet and no TV. Luckily @TELUS has 24/7 tech support! Gotta say that their phone operator Christian was the most pleasant voice I've ever heard @TELUSsupport! Too bad my Fibre problems can't be fixed remotely.

    @telusmobility Telus is currently bidding on a RFP for my company’s mobile contract for 220 line which I oversee. I’m not impressed by your teams customer service. I would of preferred “Our call centre made a mistake by telling you to come here, but let us ship it for you”.

These failures can be so complex that restoration can take longer than even the IT techs expected. Telus for sure working hard with no sleep on this issue.👍

    @MelissaLMRogers @jstweedie Post a sign ShiftWorker Absolutely No Canvassing or Solicitation Used to work shift work, if some one ignored sign it was sometimes worth it to give them hell (and see who/what they were hawking) Telus and Shaw cable salesmen were the worst.

    @dhniarnjwa Its not a joke. Essens Oryzalac ada refund policy. And they have smaller exposure compared to kayman. Companies yg tak jaga customer sampai habis ni tak telus and generally malas. Boleh je buat survey amongst paying customers and find out apa lagi boleh improve

    I didn’t cost Rogers a dime in staffing in the last 12 months, and I’ve been a pretty easy going customer for 15 years. I’m done though. I’m done being their customer. I want a cell phone plan with a company that isn’t this despicable, but sadly Telus and Bell are on that list.

    @570NEWS @RegionWaterloo I wonder if this would also include ported numbers from Telus to Rogers?? My wife ported her @telus number to Rogers and did not receive her vaccine appointment text. We would never know if she had not called.
