BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia
@2muchcoffee4me @BretInVancouver @TELUS Yep. And it’s just poor client care. Because I’ve had issues since we got it. And I’ve tried but half the people I talk to don’t understand what I am saying. I don’t need to be told how wifi works. I need troubleshooting beyond google. They are so busy assuming I am confused.

-
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia
@BeerGeekSmit @TELUS For sure. I just didn’t think about that and was not told that step. My bad I guess but seems an easy thing to mention when I explicitly say “so it just works as a phone - no data capabilities, right?”
-
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

Starfleet Replicator(parody) #IndigenousLivesMatte (@ReplicatorUnit) reported
@CRTCeng CRTC ****** Canadians as usual. BUT what do you except, with a former Telus CEO ******* running it? CRTC needs to be abolished as it is now. It no longer protects consumers, but protects the Big 3. Millionaire CEO (and buddy to Bell/Rogers/Telus) doesn't care about rates.
-
D e W y (@C_Dewar85) reported
@TELUS we are told if we have crave we’ll get Friends Reunion. Well I got crave but then had to pay $20 for HBO! For one show. Wtf. I want that back
-
Master of screm (@RomeoTheMac1) reported
@Uncle_B_T @TELUS Dumbdad say we pay $65 for 600Mps down, 30 up, no data cap no thing call contract.
-
Dopamine Triggers (Poutine / Tacos) (@DopamineTrigger) reported
The CRTC has sold the interests of Canadians down the river. But rather than get mad at @Bell Canada, @Telus and @Rogers for reaming us, we're going with Starlink. If we're going to pay a high price for internet, it might as well be the best.
-
Tapan Gujjar (@TjTapan) reported
@TELUSsupport It is for residential service. I am moving to a new apartment, that has 50% discount on telus services.
-
McDerpy (@_mcderpy) reported
@IRPlawyer *beep* *beep* TELUS: in order to service you better, TELUS is raising your mobility plan $5/mo starting June 1st.
-
Guy (@man_of_storm) reported
@TekSavvyBuzz Bell, Rogers and Telus have made very little efforts to provide a broadband solution to the rural communities. They do not deserve this break until such a time that they have a proper service in the rural communities.
-
katie baradoy (@katieekatess) reported
So all that being said stay far away from @TELUS. We have no equipment, anything and we are still expected to pay this huge fee. What are we paying for??? And why! Especially if you CAN cancel it, but refuse to. Will not ever be using your service again
-
Mark (@markyeg) reported
@yegventures @TELUSsupport @TELUS I cancelled my service after terrible speeds and a very awful install experience. Which is a shame because I do like their corporate culture, having worked there, they treated their staff very well.
-
Caracticus Thirdaisi (@Caracticus) reported
@TekSavvyBuzz Maybe it's time to break up the infrastructure from the service providers: make rogers, telus, bell, shaw/ cogeco, videotron, sasktel, etc. and the rest spin off their infrastructure as separate companies and force everyone to bid for access.
