Called @TELUS and so happy to talk and worked a fabulous deal. father in law is happy as he will be saving $600/ year on home internet, cable and phone.

Over the past couple of days, I've had 5 calls for missing packages from DHL, CRA is sending someone to arrest me three times over and as of 5 minutes ago, my fourth covid emergency and I need to call back ASAP... But my strata won’t let fibre and Telus makes the other service useless so you’ll upgrade and we couldn’t run the business so we had to switch. Pretty sure that’s not solved so no going back.

With the exception of last week when the internet was out for most of a day but, hydro caused that problem. I was hesitant but happy to have switched. My wifi works now.

Was getting 200-250mbps down on a Saturday night back in February or March ish.... Even better on Sunday nights like 400mbps now this.... Only 50 down... On an medal 200 ft cell tower with rogers/telus etc on it with in 15 ft of direct line1/2

We spend a considerable portion of the year in the US and the price of our Telus transnational package is more than competitive with packages offering a similar level of service. Also not sure that the cost of video downloads is relevant!

Sounds suspicious (asking questions re alarm systems, who lives there etc). If they are repping Telus, (I doubt it?) they’re doing terrible job. Also poor taste to do in pandemic.
