  • Ryansisson7
VWbugNuT (@Ryansisson7) reported from Pitt Meadows, British Columbia

@TELUS The call-back service doesn't even call my phone it goes directly to my voicemail. What can you do about this disservice to your customers who can only wait on hold an hour to speak with a representative?

  • MsYouDoYou
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@BeerGeekSmit @TELUS For sure. I just didn’t think about that and was not told that step. My bad I guess but seems an easy thing to mention when I explicitly say “so it just works as a phone - no data capabilities, right?”

  • captainfoote
Captain Tom E. Foote (@captainfoote) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

For 8 business days - I have had the worst customer experience with @TELUS and @TELUSsupport - Anyone win yet?

  • AmandaSW87

@AmyBeeman @TELUSsupport @TELUS This actually makes me really mad. I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 yrs...&all I see is pricing going up when other companies are way less. Currently $95/m for 3Gbs of data, like wtf.😳 It’s like MURDER to me. I need to upgrade but don’t have the patience to call & negotiate.

  • MsYouDoYou
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@2muchcoffee4me @BretInVancouver @TELUS Yep. And it’s just poor client care. Because I’ve had issues since we got it. And I’ve tried but half the people I talk to don’t understand what I am saying. I don’t need to be told how wifi works. I need troubleshooting beyond google. They are so busy assuming I am confused.

  • BernadetteNTF
Bernadette Keenan (@BernadetteNTF) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@malcolm8 @TELUSsupport @TELUS Can you get Shaw? I have had it elsewhere and never the type of grief I am getting from Telus

  • AudreyLobato
Audrey Lobato (@AudreyLobato) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport So it’s been 2 weeks since I DM’ed contact info with no response. And my @TELUS PikTV and *BOOSTED WIFI are still crap.

  • MsYouDoYou
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

It’s a refreshing change from weeks of condescending ineptitude from Telus technicians to have a Shaw person here who seems to know what a network cable is.

  • XianNewman
Christian Newman 👨🏻‍💻 (@XianNewman) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@vchan @TELUS Let me know if they’re unable to resolve your issue and I’d be happy to help.

  • jamiebillingham
Jamie Billingham (@jamiebillingham) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

So @PurolatorHelp Says that it’s not up to them to find the phone even though the delivery confirmation came to me they say it’s up to @TELUSsupport to solve the problem and of course Telus says it’s up to Purolator to try and locate the phone that was delivered to wrong address.

  • mattcolangelo
Matt Colangelo (@mattcolangelo) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@telus our internet speed has been operating like it’s 1998. You have put us 23 years into the past. We have called your disgraceful support 4 times and have waited on hold for close to 5 hours only to receive support from humans with no solution. When are you going to fix it?

  • bigfid25
Keith Fiddler (@bigfid25) reported from Maple Ridge, British Columbia

@drex @TELUS Check that all your cords are plugged in properly, I had this issue 2 weeks ago only to find out one Was unplugged

@maddynorton See, I enjoy the service at Telus except the part where nothing ever gets fixed.

  • DaleCadeau
DaleCadeau (@DaleCadeau) reported from Delta, British Columbia

@richardzussman As a member of Telus Life Plus, I am jumping no queues. All medical procedures I receive are outside of Telus & are in the MSP “lottery” to receive health care. I don’t have a family Doctor so how can keeping me out of visiting emergency or walk in clinics hurt the system?

  • LuvKimber
Kim (@LuvKimber) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

So after another 58 minutes on the phone with @TELUS and 47 of that on hold…I get another technician sent to my House…but I have to wait another 4 days and no Manager from @TELUSsupport even bothered to pick up…is it just me?? Or does this happen to every long term customer???

@JonFraserTF @TELUS I’m with Koodo the cheap arm of Telus and find the service great never had a problem

@ThematicTrader @mkfilko From what I’ve read, $TRT’s margins were stable for four years and only came down recently. If my intuition is right, they probably lowered them to get a foot in the door with Micron and COHR. Something similar happened with AMPG: they cut their margins to get a foot in the door with TELUS, and once they were in, they raised them again. But I'm open to your thoughts, since I'm still DDing this company.

🚨 #BREAKING: $ASTS Successfully Launched BlueBirds 8, 9, and 10, Completing Its First Multi-Satellite Launch Since April's Setback. What happened: ➜ AST SpaceMobile confirmed the successful launch of BlueBirds 8, 9, and 10 at 2:39 a.m. EDT on June 17, 2026. ➜ The satellites were launched aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. ➜ This marks the company's first successful stacked multi-satellite launch since April's mission setback. ➜ Each BlueBird satellite carries a phased array antenna measuring approximately 2,400 square feet, which AST SpaceMobile says is the largest commercial communications array ever deployed in low Earth orbit. ➜ The satellites are designed to connect directly to standard, unmodified smartphones without requiring any special hardware. ➜ AST SpaceMobile says the new satellites are capable of delivering peak download speeds of nearly 200 Mbps for voice, broadband data, and video services. ➜ That is nearly double the company's previously demonstrated peak speed of 98.9 Mbps achieved by its earlier Block 1 satellites. What comes next: ➜ CEO Abel Avellan said BlueBirds 11, 12, and 13 will ship shortly ahead of the company's next launch. ➜ He also said next-generation satellites through BlueBird 37 are already in active production and assembly. ➜ Avellan said, "This first stacked launch is just the beginning. Our focus is firmly on execution: scaling launch cadence, manufacturing, and preparing for commercial service." ➜ Speaking about the mission, he added: "BlueBirds 8, 9, and 10 represent the continued execution of a vision once considered impossible: space-based cellular broadband to everyone, everywhere." The scale behind the company: ➜ AST SpaceMobile says it now operates more than 500,000 square feet of manufacturing and operations facilities worldwide. ➜ The company says it employs more than 2,250 people and has a portfolio of more than 3,900 patents and pending patent claims. ➜ AST SpaceMobile also says it has agreements with nearly 60 mobile network operators representing more than 3 billion subscribers worldwide. ➜ Its strategic partners include $T, $VZ, Vodafone, Rakuten, Google, Bell, Telus, stc Group, and American Tower. ➜ The company plans to initially activate commercial service in the United States, Canada, Europe, Saudi Arabia, and Japan, while also supporting U.S. government programs.
