    @TELUSsupport @TELUS if no one gets back to me with a solution to the problem you created soon, I will not pay my next bill. See how you like that. That or I’ll cancel all my TV, cell phone, internet and you’ll lose an extremely loyal customer. Customer not satisfied.

    @TELUSsupport your instructions on configuring Outlook post migration aren’t very good. I’d like my Telus email to@come through there and not Google. Followed your instructions and when I input my Telus address, says “email address already added”. Doesn’t help. 1/2

    Conversation. She sounded very uncertain of the said program/ promotion. Fast forward 2wks after, NO FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL @TELUS @TELUSsupport crappy service! Just got off the phone with another customer rep. In all fairness, he was apologetic and kind. Still, No resolution.

    @AmyBeeman @TELUSsupport @TELUS This actually makes me really mad. I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 yrs...&all I see is pricing going up when other companies are way less. Currently $95/m for 3Gbs of data, like wtf.😳 It’s like MURDER to me. I need to upgrade but don’t have the patience to call & negotiate.

    @TELUSsupport I did not realize that y'all replied to this. 13 @telus reps later they had my confirm a second piece of ID and baba-bing bada-boom, it was fixed just like that. But the crazy part was me having to explain my "issue" to every single rep that I was transferred to.

    Dealt with Shaw for forty yrs and thought would give Telus a try on a new service. BIG MISTAKE ! Mon. I called C/ S they told me they would call me in 48 hours or less to deal with problem. No call. @TELUS @Shawhelp Telus customer service offshore. Shaw is in Canada.

    Hey @TELUS We @FreeOfViolence need 65 phones for a facility for folx who are recovering from #COVIDー19. Refurbished is cool, just need to be able to contact family & friends for comfort as will be in isolation, & will make contacting staff easier, if they need help.

    Literally actually can’t believe that @TELUS is doing less than bare minimum right now to support customers in this crisis. Literally every other provider is waiving cell phone data overages and you’re like “we know you can’t travel so we are waiving roaming fees”. Do better.

    Does anyone have any suggestions at all on how to get a hold of @TELUS @TELUSsupport. Their entire system seems to be failing- phone lines don’t work after being on hold for 45 minutes. Then twitter response links don’t function properly. Someone help!? I’ve been trying for days

Now they fail to recognize that their whole system has an issue...they told me to use another phone to call them... why? I call everyone else on my phone. It’s their system

    @StephKall @TELUS @TELUSsupport Yeah I think sometimes consumers (speaking for myself) have this emotional attachment with companies that don't actually give a ****, which is a whole other topic. But sometimes there are no other choices so if there is, it might be a good time to shop around.

    @TheSpecialist4 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I pay $75 for 20GB of data (and I get $10 off because we have a family plan. They had this offer a month or two ago. Which province are you in? Problem with Telus is, that unless you call and tell them you are cancelling, they don't give you the best deal.

    @TheSpecialist4 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Dump telus. I had to years back. I was a loyal customer of theirs for years and years. They don't believe in any kind of loyalty program at all. The cost of their plans were out of this world. Just dump them there are way better plans out there
